Description

Water vapor separation device and tobacco sheet conveying system

Technical field

The present application relates to the technical field of tobacco sheet production, and in particular to a water vapor separation device and tobacco sheet conveying system.

Background technique

In the production process of paper-making tobacco sheets, dust removal and extraction are the first steps. The tobacco raw materials are usually pumped into the material conveying pipe through a centrifugal fan. When passing through the dropper, the tobacco raw materials and dust are separated, and the tobacco raw materials enter the extraction tank. The body performs extraction operation, and the dust enters the dust removal system for collection and processing. Since the extraction liquid in the extraction tank is high-temperature hot water, during the operation of the centrifugal fan, water vapor will enter the dust removal system along the pipes, causing blockage of the dust removal pipes and equipment.

The current method to prevent water vapor from entering the dust removal system is usually to set a stop valve on the pipe between the dropper and the extraction tank. It is strictly forbidden to open the valve before the tobacco raw materials are transported, and the valve is closed immediately after the tobacco raw materials are transported. However, during the transportation of tobacco raw materials, part of the water vapor will still enter the dust removal system along the pipeline, so this approach cannot achieve good results.

It falls to the discharging unit 13 to discharge the material; the rotating unit 14 separates the feeding unit 12 from the discharging unit 13 to separate the water vapor to the side away from the feeding unit 12 .

In the embodiment of the present application, the housing 11 is surrounded by a closed space 11c to prevent water vapor from entering the housing 11 and then being discharged into the material conveying pipe, thereby causing water vapor to enter the dust removal system 40 and block the pipes and equipment. The feeding unit 12 and the discharging unit 13 are arranged opposite each other to facilitate the entry and exit of materials.

In the embodiment of the present application, the rotating unit 14 can be driven by the weight of the material it carries, or can also be driven by an external driving mechanism. The rotating unit 14 rotates to transport the materials it carries to the discharging unit 13 . The rotating unit 14 can achieve the purpose of separating the feeding unit 12 and the discharging unit 13 before and after the rotation, so as to prevent water vapor from entering the material conveying pipe during the entire rotation process.

In the embodiment of the present application, the material-carrying part of the rotating unit 14 is disposed in the enclosed space 11c.

In the water vapor separation device 10 provided by the embodiment of the present application, the housing 11 with the closed space 11c can block water vapor, and a rotation unit 14 is provided inside the housing 11. The rotation unit 14 can rotate the water vapor into the housing through rotation. The materials in 11 are transferred to the discharging unit 13 for discharging. On the other hand, the discharging unit 13 can be separated from the feeding unit 12 to prevent the water vapor in the extraction tank 30 from entering the dust removal system through the feeding unit 12 40Clog pipes and equipment.

12。The specific structure of the rotating unit 14 can be set according to actual needs. In some embodiments, the rotating unit 14 includes a rotating shaft 14a and a plurality of blades 14b. One end of the blades 14b is disposed on the rotating shaft 14a, and the other end is in contact with the inner wall of the housing 11; the rotating shaft 14a rotates to cause the material to fall to the discharging unit 13. At least one blade 14b is located between the discharging unit 13 and the feeding unit 12 to separate the water vapor and the feeding unit 12.

In the above embodiment, the blades 14b are used to carry and transport materials entering the housing 11. When the weight of the materials reaches a certain value, the blades 14b move downward, thereby driving the rotating shaft 14a to rotate. And one end of the blade 14b is in contact with the inner wall of the housing 11, so that the blade 14b blocks the discharging unit 13 and the feeding unit 12. The rotating shaft 14a rotates, and the blades 14b transport the materials to the discharging unit 13; after rotation, one blade 14b moves to the side of the discharging unit 13 away from the feeding unit 12, and the other blade 14b moves to the feeding unit 12 and the discharging unit. between units 13 to achieve the purpose of blocking the two.

Specifically, the plurality of blades 14b are evenly arranged around the rotating shaft 14a. It can be understood that the number and uniform arrangement of the blades 14b can enable the rotating unit 14 to maintain at least one blade 14b between the feeding unit 12 and the discharging unit 13 when the rotating shaft 14a rotates.

In other embodiments, the number of blades 14b is two, and the two blades 14b are respectively located on both sides of the communication position between the feeding unit 12 and the housing 11; the rotating unit 14 also includes a driving member, and the driving member is connected to the rotating shaft 14a. to rotate the rotating shaft 14a.

In the above embodiment, before the rotating shaft 14a rotates, one blade 14b is located between the feeding unit 12 and the discharging unit 13 to carry materials, and the other blade 14b is located on the other side of the connection position between the feeding unit 12 and the housing 11 ; When the blade 14b rotates to deliver the material to the discharging unit 13, the blade 14b that does not carry the material rotates accordingly until it moves between the discharging unit 13 and the feeding unit 12; after the material is transported to the discharging unit 13, The driving member can drive the rotating shaft 14a to rotate, so that both blades 14b return to their initial positions. The driving member here may be an elastic rotary structure provided on the rotating shaft, or may be an external electronically controlled driving structure, which is not limited by the embodiments of the present application.

In some embodiments, the rotating unit 14 further includes a seal 14c, which is installed on an end of the blade 14b close to the inner wall of the housing 11 and abuts against the inner wall of the housing 11. In the above embodiment, the sealing member 14c is a soft rubber sheet. The arrangement of the seal 14c prevents wear between the blade 14b and the inner wall of the housing 11 during rotation; on the other hand, the seal 14c can enhance the sealing effect to better block water vapor.

Further, the seal 14c is detachably connected to the end of the blade 14b. It can be understood that the seal 14c is a wearing part and can be easily disassembled from the blade 14b so that it can be replaced at any time after wear. The blade 14b and the seal 14c can be connected by screw connection or snap connection, which is not limited here.

In some embodiments, the feeding unit 12 includes a feeding pipe, the feeding pipe is connected with the housing 11 , and the feeding pipe extends along the tangential direction of the connecting position between the two on the housing 11 . It can be understood that in addition to the feeding hopper, the feeding unit 12 also includes a feeding pipe connected to the housing 11; the direction of the feeding pipe will affect the speed and smoothness of the feeding. In the embodiment of the present application, it is preferred that the feeding pipe is along the The tangential direction of the communication position between the two on the housing 11 extends.

In some embodiments, the housing 11 includes an outer shell 11a and an inner shell 11b. The outer shell 11a and the inner shell 11b define a closed space 11c; the part of the rotating unit 14 that carries materials is disposed in the closed space 11c.

In the above embodiment, the shape of the housing 11 can be set according to actual needs. For example, referring to FIG. 1 , the housing 11 may have a cylindrical structure. The outer shell 11 a and the inner shell 11 b surround a closed space 11 c, and the space surrounded by the inner shell 11 b is hollow. In this case, the rotating shaft 14a is disposed in the space surrounded by the inner shell 11b, and the inner shell 11b rotates with the rotating shaft 14a.

Furthermore, the inner wall of the housing 11 and the rotating unit 14 are coated with an anti-rust protective layer.
