Abstract

压辊，点种器的转动依靠同轴的行走轮；采用装配式
料斗，下种和下料依靠料斗底板的弹性舌片。优点是
可以将成垄、施肥、压槽、播种、覆盖和镇压在一机上
实现，可采用多种牵引方式，提高播种耕作效率。适
用于各种旱地作物的播种作业。
Description
本实用新型属于农业播种机具，特别是能够成垄、播种、施肥、覆盖的旱地播种机。
目前，广大农村耕作中，使用机具多为单一功能，比如种植旱地作物的花生、玉米、豆类，都是先用犁铧起垅，人工点播种子，播撒化肥，然后再用石滚覆盖、压实，工序多，工效低。近年，出现一些多功能播种机，实现开沟、播种、或施肥、点播，但因地区条件的差异，其构造和功能不能满足使用要求。
本实用新型的目的是，设计一种多功能的旱地播种机，在一台机具上实现成垄、施肥、压槽、播种、覆盖、镇压等多种功能，以提高作业效率。
本实用新型的多功能旱地播种机，由机架、犁铧、点种器、压实轮组成，其特征是，在机架前部两侧设起垄用犁铧，机架前端设导向轮，在机架中部的点种器前方设有同步链传动的施肥辊，在点种器和施肥辊之间设有压槽辊，在机架后部设有覆盖器和镇压辊；点种器的转动依靠同轴的行走轮；在施肥辊上方和点种器上方设有装配式料斗，下料和下种依靠料斗底板的弹性舌片；
本实用新型的多功能旱地播种机，可以平行设置2－5个犁铧，1－4个施肥辊、点种器和覆盖器、镇压辊，实现平行多行作业。
本实用新型的使用方法是，用机械或畜力牵引，将化肥料斗、种子料斗装配在机架上相应的施肥辊和点种器上方，即可前行作业。
本实用新型的优点是，旱地种植的多个工序能在一台机具上实现，可以平行作用多行种植，可以多种牵引方式，播种效率得到提高。经试验，用牛牵引作业，播种一行，行距60厘米，每小时可播种2亩玉米。可用于播种花生、谷子、大豆、玉米等多种旱地作物。适用于广大农村的旱地耕作。
