Because the partial electric devices of the outdoor unit 1 are disposed above the electric control box assembly 40, such as the fan assembly 50, when the fan assembly 50 is connected with the electric control board 42, if the connecting wire 60 is plugged into the electric control box assembly 40 through the bottom of the electric control box assembly 40, the connecting wire 60 can be led to pass through most of the electric devices in the box 10 along the vertical direction and avoid in the penetrating process, thereby complicating the assembly process, easily damaging the connecting wire 60 and prolonging the length of the connecting wire 60. In this application, through setting up first line mouth 4121 in the top of curb plate portion 412 to set up second line mouth 4111 on mainboard portion 411, the one end of connecting wire 60 can link to each other with the fan 51 of fan subassembly 50, and the other end of connecting wire 60 can directly peg graft in automatically controlled box subassembly 40 through first line mouth 4121, and the operation simple process is effective, has reduced the complexity of connecting wire 60 installation, and has reduced the length of connecting wire 60, has reduced the damage of connecting wire 60. And because the first wire passing port 4121 is arranged on the side plate part 412, the electric control plate 42 is arranged on the main plate part 411, and the first wire passing port 4121 and the electric control plate 42 have no overlapping area in the vertical direction, the situation that water directly enters and falls onto the electric control plate 42 through the first wire passing port 4121 can be avoided, the damage of the electric control plate 42 is reduced, and the safety and reliability of the electric control box assembly 40 are improved.
As shown in fig. 3, in some embodiments of the present utility model, a second wire passing port 4111 is disposed at a connection portion between the main board 411 and the side board 412, and the first wire passing port 4121 and the second wire passing port 4111 are disposed on the same side of the main board 411.
Specifically, the side plate portion 412 on the left side of the main plate portion 411 is provided with a first wire passing port 4121, and the connection between the left edge of the main plate portion 411 and the side plate portion 412 is provided with a second wire passing port 4111, so that the vertical space between the first wire passing port 4121 and the second wire passing port 4111 can be reduced, and the length of the connecting wire 60 can be reduced. The second wire through hole 4111 may be formed by partially recessing the main board 411.
In some embodiments of the present utility model, the second wire passing port 4111 may also be disposed at the bottom of the main board 411, and the connecting wire 60 may sequentially pass through the first wire passing port 4121 and the second wire passing port 4111 at the bottom of the main board 411 and be connected to the electronic control board 42, but such a structure is relatively complex compared to the second wire passing port 4111 passing through the side of the main board 411.
As shown in connection with fig. 3, 6 and 7, in some embodiments of the present utility model, at least a portion of the inner edge of the first wire passing opening 4121 is provided with a flange 41211 or chamfer.
Specifically, at least the bottom edge of the first wire passing port 4121 is provided with a flange 41211, when the connecting wire 60 is inserted into the first wire passing port 4121, the connecting wire 60 is abutted against the bottom edge of the first wire passing port 4121 under the action of self gravity, and the bottom edge of the first wire passing port 4121 is provided with a flange 41211, so that the occurrence of the phenomenon of scratching the connecting wire 60 can be reduced, and the reliability of the use of the connecting wire 60 is improved.
Optionally, the first wire passing hole 4121 is provided with a flange 41211 at all inner edges thereof, so as to further reduce scratch caused by contact between the connecting wire 60 and the edge, and improve the reliability of the connecting wire 60.
Referring again to fig. 3, 6 and 7, in some embodiments of the present utility model, the opening size of the first wire passing opening 4121 gradually decreases from bottom to top in the vertical direction.
Specifically, the first wire passing opening 4121 is disposed through the side plate 412, and the top of the first wire passing opening 4121 is opened, and the connecting wire 60 can be inserted into the first wire passing opening 4121 through the top of the first wire passing opening 4121. In the vertical direction, the top opening size of the first wire passing port 4121 is smaller than the bottom opening size, so that a necking structure is formed at the top position of the first wire passing port 4121. After the connecting wire 60 penetrates into the first wire passing port 4121, the connecting wire 60 is not easy to automatically move out of the first wire passing port 4121 through the top of the first wire passing port 4121 due to the necking structure of the top, so that the positioning effect on the connecting wire 60 is improved.
Optionally, the two sides above the first wire passing hole 4121 are further provided with second guiding surfaces 41212 respectively, the second guiding surfaces 41212 are used for connecting the top edge of the first wire passing hole 4121 with the top edge of the side plate 412, and the size of the opening formed between the second guiding surfaces 41212 on the two sides gradually increases from bottom to top along the vertical direction, that is, the top of the two second guiding surfaces 41212 has the largest spacing size, so that the connecting wire 60 is conveniently inserted into the first wire passing hole 4121 through the top of the first wire passing hole 4121.
As shown in fig. 3, 6 and 8, in some embodiments of the present utility model, a first guiding surface 4111 is disposed at the bottom of the second wire passing port 4111, and the first guiding surface 4111 is disposed obliquely from bottom to top along the direction of the side plate 412 toward the main plate 411.
Specifically, the first guiding surface 41111 is a slope that slopes upward from the outside toward the inside of the main plate portion 411, and may be a planar slope or an arc-shaped surface slope, so as to guide the connection wire 60 through the second wire passing port 4111 and connect with the electronic control board 42. By providing the first guide surface 41111, the connection line 60 needs to pass through the first guide surface 41111 provided upward before being connected to the electronic control board 42, so that the water can be prevented from sliding down onto the electronic control board 42 through the connection line 60.
Specifically, the portion of the connecting line 60 disposed between the first wire passing port 4121 and the second wire passing port 4111 includes at least one bending portion 61, and the bending portion 61 includes a first line segment 611 and a second line segment 612 disposed at an angle in a vertical plane. The first line segment 611 extends from top to bottom to below the second line passing port 4111 along the first guiding surface 41111 and passes through the second line passing port 4111, so that a bending angle in a vertical plane is formed at the connection position between the first line segment 611 and the second line segment 612, and even if water moves along the connecting line 60, when water flows to the connection position between the first line segment 611 and the second line segment 612, the water can naturally drop due to the gravity of the water, so that the water cannot continue to flow along the second line segment 612, and the possibility that the water contacts the electric control board 42 is reduced.
Referring again to fig. 3, 6 and 8, in some embodiments of the present utility model, the second wire passing port 4111 is at the same height as a portion of the electronic control board 42 in the vertical direction.
Specifically, the second wire passing port 4111 and the electric control board 42 have a portion facing each other in a horizontal direction perpendicular to the vertical direction, so that the connection wire 60 passing through the second wire passing port 4111 can be directly connected to a portion of the structure of the electric control board 42, and the set length of the connection wire 60 is reduced.
As shown in connection with fig. 3 and 6, in some embodiments of the present utility model, the side plate portion 412 is further formed with a wire passing groove 4122, and at least a portion of the wire passing groove 4122 is disposed between the first wire passing port 4121 and the second wire passing port 4111.
