In this embodiment, the lamp panel 31 has 4 LED lamps 33, and in other embodiments, a person skilled in the art may reasonably select the number of LED lamps according to the actual requirement. The lamp panel 31 is connected with a power line 34, one end of the power line 34 is connected with the lamp panel 31, and the other end is connected with the power supply of the electric soldering iron 100, so that the power supply of the electric soldering iron 100 is utilized to supply power to the annular lamp 3. The power source may be a battery mounted on the mini-tool, or may be a cord that connects the mini-tool to an external power source (e.g., mains, and an external power supply battery).
The light guide cover 32 includes an annular cover plate 321 and an annular side wall 322, which together constitute an accommodation space for accommodating the lamp panel 31. The lamp panel 31 is covered by the light guide cover 32, and the LED lamps 33 on the lamp panel 31 face the annular cover plate 321, and light emitted from the LED lamps can be transmitted out of the annular cover plate 321.
As shown in fig. 2 to 5, the ring lamp 3 is provided between the housing 1 and the front cover 2, and the fitting and fixing of the ring lamp 3 depend on the construction of itself and the corresponding fitting portions on the housing. Specifically, the front end of the housing 1 forms a groove 11, and the ring lamp 3 is accommodated in the groove 11. The front end of the housing 1 is further provided with a first mating portion, in this embodiment, the first mating portion is ribs 12 formed on the housing 1, the ribs 12 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the housing 1, and the number of the ribs can be selected according to practical situations, as shown in fig. 3, in the illustrated embodiment, the housing 1 is provided with a pair of ribs 12, and the ribs 12 extend from the inner wall of the housing 1 along the groove bottom of the groove 11 toward the central axis direction of the housing 1. Accordingly, the ring-shaped lamp 3 is provided with a second mating portion, which in the present embodiment is a pair of notches 313 formed in the lamp panel 31 and a pair of notches 323 formed in the annular side wall 322 of the light guiding cover 32. The two pairs of notches 313, 323 are sized and positioned to mate with the pair of ribs 12. When the pair of ribs 12 is engaged with the two pairs of notches 313, 323, i.e. the ribs 12 are snapped into the notches 313, 323, the ring lamp 3 is mounted to the housing 1.
As shown in fig. 4, the front end cover 2 is screwed to the front end of the housing 1, and in the state where both are connected, the front end cover 2 abuts against the ring lamp 3, and further, the front end cover 2 abuts against the ring cover plate 321, and the ring side wall 322 abuts against the housing 1. The front end cap 2 is preferably screwed tightly onto the light-guiding lamp shade 32 of the ring lamp 3, so that the axial positioning of the ring lamp 3 is simultaneously achieved by the connection of the front end cap 2 to the housing 1.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the light guide cover 32 is larger in size than the front cover 2, and at least a part of the annular cover plate 321 of the light guide cover 32 is located outside the outer circumferential wall of the front cover 2, i.e., beyond the front cover 2. The position of the LED lamp 33 on the lamp panel 31 exceeds the outer circumferential wall of the front end cover 2, namely the diameter of the circle of the LED lamp 33 is larger than the outer diameter of the front end cover 2. The design makes the light emitted by the LED lamp 33 not blocked by the front end cover 2, and the light emitted by the LED lamp can penetrate the annular cover plate 321 to form an illumination area around the soldering bit 20, so that a user can conveniently perform operation.
In a second embodiment of the present utility model, as shown in fig. 6 to 10, the mini tool 100' is embodied as an electric grinder. The electric grinder 100' includes a main body portion 10' and a working head 20'. The main body 10' includes a housing 1' and a front cover 2', the front cover 2' is connected to the front end of the housing 1', and an inner space defined by the front cover 2' and the front cover is used for accommodating various parts of the electric grinder 100 '. As shown in fig. 7 to 10, the ring lamp 3 'is provided between the housing 1' and the front cover 2', and the assembly and the fixation of the ring lamp 3' depend on the construction of itself and the corresponding fitting portions on the housing. Specifically, the front end of the housing 1' is provided with a first fitting portion, which is a pair of grooves 12' formed on the inner wall of the front end of the housing 1' in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 9. Accordingly, the light guiding lampshade 32' is provided with a second matching portion, in this embodiment, the second matching portion is a pair of ribs 323' formed on the annular side wall 322', and the ribs 323' correspond to the size and the position of the groove 12'. The lamp panel 31 'is provided with notches 313' at positions corresponding to the ribs 323', which on the one hand avoid interference when the ribs 323' are matched with the grooves 12', and on the other hand are used for limiting the lamp panel 31'. When a pair of ribs 323' pass through the notch 313' and are engaged with the groove 12', the ring lamp 3' is mounted to the housing 1 '.
The front end cap 2 'is screwed to the front end of the housing 1', and in the connected state, the front end cap 2 'abuts against the annular lamp 3', and further, the front end cap 2 'abuts against the annular cover plate 321', and the annular side wall 322 'abuts against the housing 1'. Preferably, the front end cap 2 'is screwed tightly onto the light guide lamp shade 32' of the ring lamp 3', so that the axial positioning of the ring lamp 3' is achieved at the same time by the connection of the front end cap 2 'to the housing 1'. In the solution shown in fig. 10, the front end cover 2 'may not be pressed against the light guiding lampshade 32', and the annular lamp 3 'may be stably assembled to the housing 1' by the first fitting portion and the second fitting portion, so that even if the front end cover 2 'is not pressed against the light guiding lampshade 32', a gap exists between the two, and the use of the whole mini tool is not affected.
In the present embodiment, the light of the ring-shaped lamp 3' is transmitted from the inside of the front cover 2', and therefore, at least a part of the ring-shaped cover plate 321' is located in the inner hole 21' of the front cover 2', and the position of the LED lamp 33' on the lamp panel 31' is located in the inner diameter of the end face hole 22' of the front cover 2', that is, the diameter of the circle where the LED lamp 33' is located is smaller than the inner diameter of the end face hole 22 '. In the solution shown in fig. 10, the ring lamp 3 'is located in the inner bore 21' of the front end cap 2 'and is covered by the front end cap 2'. The light emitted by the LED lamp 33' passes through the annular cover plate 321' and passes through the end face hole 22' of the front end cover 2', and an illumination area is formed around the grinding head 20', so that a user can conveniently perform work, and the design also enables the light emitted by the LED lamp 33' not to be blocked by the front end cover 2'.
