The existing multifunctional children cart can be folded, reversed, folded by seat linkage and the like, and the problem that the frame structure is complex or the appearance is not compact due to the multiple functions is caused.
Referring to fig. 1 to 13, the present application provides a folding joint of a stroller, which includes a first element 110, a second element 120, a third element 130 and a linkage assembly 400 that can rotate around the same axis, wherein the folding joint has an unfolding state and a folding state, and when folding, the first element 110 rotates towards the second element 120 or the third element 130, and simultaneously drives the second element 120 and the third element 130 to rotate towards each other through the linkage assembly 400.
Referring to fig. 7 to 13, the linkage assembly 400 includes a first locking member 410 capable of moving along an axial direction and a linkage member 430 capable of rotating around an axis and connecting the linkage assembly 400, the first locking member 410 includes a coupling portion 411 cooperating with the first member 110 and a locking portion 412 interposed between the linkage member 430 and the second member 120, the first locking member 410 has a locking position where the locking portion 412 is combined with the second member 120 and the linkage member 430, and a release locking position where the locking portion 412 is separated from the second member 412, and when the first locking member 410 is in the release locking position, the first member 110 can drive the linkage member 430 to rotate through the first locking member 410, and then drive the second member 120 and the third member 130 through the linkage assembly 400.
For convenience of description, the end of the first element 110 is defined as a proximal end and the end of the linkage 430 is defined as a distal end in the axial direction (hereinafter referred to as an axial direction).
First, the folding process of the present embodiment has a pre-procedure, specifically, an initial stage (for example, a period of rotating by a certain angle before the first locking member 410 is not completely located at the releasing position) of rotating the first element 110, so as to complete the unlocking. In the initial stage, the second and third elements are kept still, and after unlocking is completed, the second and third elements are rotated and folded. The first locking member 410 not only keeps the vehicle retracting joint in an unfolding state when in the locking position, but also realizes the connection and relative fixation between the first element 110 and the linkage member 430 after being switched to the unlocking position, thereby helping to complete folding, and omitting a rod which is originally hinged with the first element and is used for folding linkage or removing a hinge point of the first element. The appearance is more concise.
Wherein the retracting joint comprises a first elastic member 420 acting on the first locking member 410 to bring it into a locking position. For example, in fig. 14 and 15, in one embodiment, the linkage assembly 400 includes a first linkage rod 441, a second linkage rod 442, and a third linkage rod 443, wherein one ends of the second linkage rod 442 and the third linkage rod 443 are hinged to each other, and the other ends are respectively hinged to the second element 120 and the third element 130, and one end of the first linkage rod 441 is eccentrically hinged to the linkage member 430 (relative to the axis of the receiving joint), and the other end is hinged to the second linkage rod 442 and/or the third linkage rod 443. So that there are no remaining hinge points on the first element 110 and the appearance is more compact.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 14, in the unfolded state, the linkage 430 abuts against the first linkage rod 441, so as to improve the structural strength and the unfolding positioning in the unfolded state.

The key way structure has an interaction to achieve the interlocking of the rotation shaft 190 and the coupling 411, and the key way structure does not interact in the initial stage of the first member 110. The method comprises the following specific steps:
the coupling portion 411 is provided with a first protruding key 4111, and the inner wall of the rotation shaft 190 is radially protruding with a first stopper 1921, and in the locked state, a gap is provided between the first protruding key 4111 and the first stopper 1921 in the rotation direction of the first element 110. Wherein, the gap is equal to 0 when the first element 110 rotates to drive the first locking element 410 to be at the unlocking position, that is, the first protruding key 4111 and the first stop 1921 abut against each other (as shown in fig. 21 and 22), so that the switching of the linkage element 430 to the unlocking position is not affected. But the positions of the first protruding key 4111 and the corresponding first inclined surface 4112 of the first element 110 may be kept unchanged, and during the process of waiting for deployment, the two first inclined surfaces 4112 immediately release the interaction, and after the first locking member 410 is aligned with the second cavity, the first locking member is reset to the locking position.
In one embodiment, the coupling portion 411 is cylindrical, the first protruding key 4111 is disposed adjacent to the proximal end and the first inclined surface is disposed on the first protruding key 4111.

The handle bar assembly 210 has a first state tilted to a first direction and a second state tilted to a second direction. Wherein the first direction is on the side of the first leg assembly 220 and the second direction is on the side of the second leg assembly 230.
Referring to fig. 28 and 29, the bottoms of the first and second foot bar assemblies 220 and 230 are rotatably provided with a first wheel assembly 310 and a second wheel assembly 320, respectively, all of which have a universal state capable of freely rotating in a horizontal plane and an oriented state capable of advancing only in a fixed direction, and the first and second foot bar assemblies 220 and 230 are provided with a positioning lock pin 331 controlled by a folding joint through a first transmission assembly 240, the handle bar assembly 210 is switched from the first state to the second state, the first wheel assembly 310 is switched from the oriented state to the universal state, and the second wheel assembly 320 is switched from the universal state to the oriented state.
The problem of relatively changing the riding direction of the child by rotating the handle bar assembly is more relaxed and convenient than by rotating the seat assembly.
When the handle bar assembly is rotated, the second locking member needs to be driven to be in a locking release position, and the second locking member can be reset to a locking position to keep unfolding whether in the first state or the second state. In combination with the folding of the seat assembly and the vehicle retracting joint, the handle bar assembly can be realized by continuously rotating a certain angle to the first direction on the basis of the first state, and the reversing operation direction of the handle bar assembly is opposite to the reversing operation direction, so that the occurrence of the condition of unexpected folding is avoided.
Regarding the switching of the two wheel assemblies during the reversing of the handlebar assembly, the following is specific:
referring to fig. 29 to 38, the first and second wheel assemblies 310 and 320 are provided with a detent groove 332 engaged with the detent pin 331, and a fourth elastic member 333 acting on the detent pin 331 to be inserted into the detent groove 332;
the first transmission assembly comprises a transmission piece 340 which is linked with the positioning lock pin 331 through the second stay wire 334 and is matched with the handle bar assembly 210, and a fifth elastic piece 335 which acts on the transmission piece 340 to reset the transmission piece, wherein the elastic force of the fifth elastic piece 335 is larger than that of the fourth elastic piece 333, so that the transmission piece 340 resets to drive the positioning lock pin 331 to exit the positioning lock groove 332.
The corresponding switching to the orientation state is that the transmission piece 340 moves and compresses the fifth elastic piece 335 when being stressed, the second pull wire 334 is correspondingly released, the fourth elastic piece 333 resets to push the positioning lock pin 331 to extend into the positioning lock groove 332, and if the positioning lock groove 332 is aligned with the positioning lock pin 331.
The two transmission members 340 are a second transmission member 341 and a third transmission member 342 movably disposed in the second element 120 and the third element 130, and the first element 110 is radially provided with a second abutting portion 114 and a third abutting portion 115 acting on the second transmission member 341 and the third transmission member 342 respectively;
as shown in fig. 30 to 32, when the handle bar assembly 210 is in the first state, the third abutting portion 115 is close to abutting against the third transmission member 342, and the second abutting portion 114 is far from releasing the second transmission member 341;
as shown in fig. 33 and 34, when the handle bar assembly 210 is in the second state, the third abutting portion 115 is far away from the release third transmission member 342, and the second abutting portion 114 is close to the pressing second transmission member 341.
Referring to fig. 35 to 38, in an embodiment, the first element 110 has a rotating shaft 190 extending in an axial direction, and the second abutting portion 114 and the third abutting portion 115 are arranged at an outer periphery of the rotating shaft in a staggered manner in the axial direction. The staggered arrangement is understood to mean that the second abutment 114 is disposed adjacent the proximal end and the third abutment 115 is disposed adjacent the distal end, so that the two driving members are axially staggered with respect to each other, the spatial configuration of the corresponding second and third members 120, 130 only taking into account the corresponding driving members and abutments, the space for the avoidance of driving members and abutments being reduced, and the respective structural strength of the second and third members being relatively ensured.
In an embodiment, the rotating shaft 190 includes a first segment 191 and a second segment 192 that are nested with each other, the second abutting portion 114 is disposed on the first segment 191, the third abutting portion 115 is disposed on the second segment 192, and the second abutting portion 114 and the third abutting portion 115 are arranged in a staggered manner in the circumferential direction. And the first section 191 and the second section 192 are located on both sides of the second element 120.
Wherein, both unlocking pieces are cylindrical, and the third abutting part 115 is a first bump arranged on the periphery of the second section 192.
In connection with the previous embodiment, with particular reference to fig. 38, the first stop 1921 and the second stop 1922 are disposed on the inner wall of the second section 192, and the first stop 1921 and the second stop 1922 form a group, two groups, and two groups are disposed 180 degrees. Correspondingly, the first protruding key 4111 and the second protruding key 4113 on the coupling portion 411 form a group, and are also two groups and are disposed at 180 degrees. The two sets of stops and the two sets of tabs cooperate with each other when the first element is in the first state.
Wherein the first protruding key 4111 and the second protruding key 4113 have a gap 4114 therebetween through which the second stopper 1922 passes. The first member 110 rotates in the second direction (the first locking member is in the locking position), and the second block 1922 passes through the gap 4114 until the first block 1921 abuts against the second protruding key 4113 in the other set, so as to perform a reversing positioning assistance function. And finishing reversing operation after the subsequent automatic resetting of the second locking piece.
Referring to fig. 37, the distal end of the first segment 191 extends radially beyond a complete flange 1911, a portion of the periphery of the flange 1911 further extends to form an active region 1912 of the second abutment 114, and the remainder of the periphery of the flange 1911 is a relief region 1913 that allows the second transmission member to return.
The folding joint of the present application includes at least unlocking of a first element, folding/unfolding of a joint, joint reversing, interlocking folding of an accessory, and state switching (universal/directional) of wheels of a child cart in which the folding joint is disposed. Under the condition of having a plurality of functions, the size of the vehicle-collecting joint is reduced, and the appearance of the vehicle-collecting joint is kept more compact and attractive.
