Description

本实用新型涉及一种金属棉,特别涉及一种羊毛金属棉。
目前,金属棉通常以涤纶、睛纶、丙纶等化学纤维作为絮料与镀金属的薄膜或镀金属的复合无纺布针刺迭合而成一体。作为服装材料,吸湿能力弱、静电强,保温性相对也差,普通羊毛制品只能阻挡热传导和热对流,而对热辐射却毫无效果。
本实用新型的目的就在于克服上述缺陷,设计一种以羊毛作为絮料与镀金属反射布迭合而成的羊毛金属棉。
本实用新型的技术方案是:保护胶膜与金属镀层粘接,金属镀层与高分子膜粘接,高分子膜与非织布粘接,共同构成镀金属反射布,特点是镀金属反射布的非织布与羊毛迭合而成一体。
本实用新型的优点和效果在于不仅具有羊毛制品阻挡热传导和热对流的保温性和篷松感,而且又具有金属棉将热源辐射反射回热源的优点,并且吸湿能力强、静电感应弱。

实施例:
如图1所示,选用金属棉反射布:保护胶膜1由高分子材料制成,与金属镀层2粘接,金属镀层2再与高分子膜3粘接,高分子膜3又与非织布1粘接。然后,将羊毛1作为絮料,通过针刺方法与金属棉反射布上的非织布2迭合而成一体。非织布2也可用纺织布代替。
本实用新型可以作为服装材料,制作各种防寒服装、床上用品,鞋帽、手套等。

1、羊毛金属棉,保护胶膜(5)与金属镀层(4)粘接,金属镀层(4)与高分子膜(3)粘接,高分子膜(3)与非织布(2)粘接,构成镀金属反射布,其特征在于镀金属反射布的非织布(2)与羊毛(1)迭合。
