The specific meaning of the terms in this application will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art as the case may be.
The present application is described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings and alternative embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a vertical curtain of the present application, and fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view of a vertical curtain of the present application, referring to fig. 1-2, a vertical curtain 100 is disclosed, the vertical curtain 100 including a guide rail 110, a profiled clamping piece 130, a hanging wheel 140, and a dimming shaft 114.
The rail 110 includes a rail body 111, the rail body 111 including a hanging wheel mounting area 112; the profiled clamping piece 130 is shown disposed outside the guide rail 110 for securing the curtain blade 150; the hanging wheel 140 is arranged in the hanging wheel mounting area 112 and can slide on the guide rail main body 111, and the hanging wheel 140 is used for hanging the special-shaped clamping piece 130; the dimming shaft 114 is disposed in the hanging wheel mounting area 112 and passes through the hanging wheel 140, and the dimming shaft 114 is used for controlling the profiled clamping piece 130 to rotate.
The hanging wheel mounting area 112 is provided with a lateral opening 115, and the hanging wheel 140 is connected to the profiled clamping piece 130 after extending outwards from the lateral opening 115; the rotation axis of the profiled clamping piece 130 is located at the outer side of the guide rail main body 111, that is, the rotation axis of the curtain cloth of the vertical curtain is on the same straight line with the rotation axis of the profiled clamping piece 130.
This application is through redesigning guide rail 110, compare in the mode of conventional connecting curtain leaf 150 at guide rail 110 bottom opening, guide rail 110 of this application is in the side opening, connects special-shaped clamping piece 130 from the side through hanging wheel 140, and the rotation axis when can accomplish this special-shaped clamping piece 130 rotation is located the outside of track main part, even set up the curtain leaf 150 that is higher than guide rail 110 bottom on special-shaped clamping piece 130 like this, this maximum rotation angle still can reach 180 degrees, still possesses the function of adjusting luminance of vertical curtain 100. The guide rail 110 designed by the application can be provided with the curtain leaf 150 higher than the bottom of the guide rail 110, so that the function of hiding the guide rail 110 is realized, and the attractiveness of the vertical curtain 100 is improved.
Wherein, a certain gap is formed between the profiled clamping piece 130 and the bottom of the guide rail 110, and the width of the clamping piece is generally larger than that of the guide rail 110. The profiled jaw 130 may be used to grip the curtain 150 higher than the lowermost position of the rail body 111 to shield the rail body 111 by the curtain 150.
It will be appreciated that if the bottom of the rail 110 is open, even if the hook 143 is disposed at the outermost position in the rail body 111, the rotation axis of the clip still falls in the projection of the rail body 111 under the gravity projection, resulting in that when the clip is mounted higher than the curtain blade 150 at the bottom of the rail 110, the clip cannot necessarily be adjusted to the dimming angle of 180, which is an angle parallel to the rail body 111, resulting in that the vertical curtain 100 cannot realize the function of full shade. In the present application, the rotation shaft of the profiled clamping piece 130 is disposed outside the rail main body 111, and even if the curtain blade 150 is disposed higher than the rail main body 111, it does not interfere with the rail main body 111. It is understood that, when the length direction of the profiled clamping piece 130 is parallel to the rail main body 111, a gap is provided between the profiled clamping piece 130 and the rail main body 111, and the position is defined as the outer side of the rail main body 111. Specifically, the rotation axis of the profiled jaw 130 is located between the rail body 111 and the second clamp portion.
Fig. 3 is a schematic view of a crane wheel of the present application, and referring to fig. 1-2 in combination, the present application also discloses a crane wheel 140, the crane wheel 140 comprising a crane wheel body 141, a crane wheel body extension 142, and a hook 143, the hook 143 for suspending the profiled clamp 130; the dimming shaft 114 is disposed through the hanging wheel main body 141, and is used for driving the hanging hook 143 to rotate so as to control the profiled clamping piece 130 to rotate; the hanging wheel main body 141 is arranged in the guide rail main body 111, the hanging wheel main body 141 extends outwards from the lateral opening 115 to form the hanging wheel main body extension part 142, and the hanging hook 143 is arranged in the hanging wheel main body extension part 142 and extends outwards to be connected with the special-shaped clamping piece 130; the hooks 143 are disposed outside the lateral openings 115.
The hanging wheel body 141 is provided with a light adjusting hole 145, a worm wheel is installed in the light adjusting hole 145, and the worm wheel is of a hollow columnar structure. The dimming axis 114 passes through the worm wheel, and the cross section shape of the dimming axis 114 is consistent with that of the worm wheel, for example, the dimming axis 114 is quadrilateral and hexagonal, and the worm wheel is quadrilateral and hexagonal respectively. The outer wall of turbine is provided with the screw thread, and the upper portion of lifting hook 143 is the worm, and worm gear and worm cooperate, realize that lifting hook 143 is rotatory. Wherein the rotation axis of the worm wheel is along the length of the guide rail 110 and the rotation axis of the worm screw is parallel to the direction of gravity.
In this case, the hanging wheel body extension 142 is completely disposed outside the guide rail body 111, the bottom of the hanging wheel body extension 142 is provided with a through hole, the worm part of the hanging hook 143 is disposed inside the hanging wheel body extension 142, and the hook part of the hanging hook 143 is disposed outside the hanging wheel body extension 142.
In general, the rotation axis of the shaped clamping piece 130 is the hook 143, the dimming shaft 114 drives the worm to rotate the shaped clamping piece 130, the shaped clamping piece 130 also rotates, and the rotation axis is consistent with the hook 143. When the hook 143 is not aligned with the worm, the corresponding profiled jaw 130 does not spin, and the dimming system is complex for the vertical blind 100.
Specifically, the hanging wheel mounting area 112 is provided with a first supporting position 123 and a second supporting position 124, the first supporting position 123 is used for providing an upward supporting force for the hanging wheel 140, the second supporting position 124 is used for providing a downward limit for the hanging wheel 140, and the second supporting position 124 is arranged on one side of the first supporting position 123 away from the lateral opening 115. In this solution, since the lifting hook 143 is disposed on the outer side of the guide rail main body 111, the curtain blade 150 that is subjected to by the lifting wheel 140 is pulled on the outer side of the guide rail main body 111, in order to balance the pulling force, a downward limiting force needs to be applied to the other side of the lifting wheel 140 away from the lifting hook 143, that is, the second supporting position 124 is used, so that the lifting wheel 140 is prevented from being blocked by unbalanced stress of the lateral opening 115.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view of a guide rail of a vertical curtain of the present application, referring to fig. 4, the present application discloses a guide rail 110, the guide rail 110 includes a hanging wheel installation area 112, the hanging wheel installation area 112 includes a first top plate 120, a first side plate 121 and a first bottom plate 122, one end of the first side plate 121 is connected to one end of the first top plate 120, the other end of the first side plate 121 is connected to one end of the first bottom plate 122, and the other end of the first bottom plate 122 and the other end of the first top plate 120 form the lateral opening 115.
Wherein the first supporting position 123 comprises a first supporting plate, which is parallel to the first side plate 121 and is disposed on the first bottom plate 122; the hanging wheel 140 is provided with a first limiting portion 144 corresponding to the first supporting plate. In fig. 1, only the first supporting position 123 is shown to be disposed at the bottom of the hanging wheel mounting area 112, that is, a bottom supporting manner is adopted, and in the field of vertical curtains 100, a bottom supporting manner is generally adopted, so that the method is simpler and more stable, and the manufacturing cost is lower.
The end of the first support plate, which is close to the hanging wheel 140, is provided with a protrusion 127, the first limiting part 144 is provided with a recess 128, and the protrusion 127 is disposed in the recess 128 and is used for limiting the hanging wheel 140 from top to bottom. The protrusion 127 on the first support plate is matched with the recess 128, so that when the guide rail 110 is placed in the anti-gravity direction, the first support position 123 can provide a supporting force, and is generally used for displaying the running of the rail on a exhibition, and when the anti-gravity is placed, the hanging wheel 140 is not supported.
The second supporting position 124 is a second supporting plate, and is disposed on the first top plate 120 for abutting against the hanging wheel 140. Of course, during demonstration, the guide rail 110 is placed upside down, and the second supporting position 124 can provide a certain supporting force for the hanging wheel 140.
Specifically, the first side plate 121 is further provided with a third supporting position 125, and the third supporting position 125 is used for providing an upward limit for the hanging wheel 140. The third support position 125 can also provide a certain supporting force for the hanging wheel 140 when the guide rail 110 is placed in an operating manner. The third support location 125 functions identically to the second support location 124 for spacing the hanging wheel 140 when the rail 110 is placed in the anti-gravitational direction.
Wherein, the first support position 123, the second support position 124 and the third support position 125 can be respectively provided with a mute slide bar so as to keep better operation.
Wherein the hanging wheel mounting area 112 is a semi-enclosed structure of the lateral opening 115. An extension of the first bottom plate 122 may be further disposed at a lower portion of the lateral opening 115, i.e., extend upward to abut the hanging wheel body 141, so as to provide a certain supporting force for the hanging wheel body 141. An extension may also be provided at the upper portion of the lateral opening 115 to limit the hanging wheel 140. For the motorized vertical curtain 100 of the present application, however, a gap is typically provided between the hanging wheel 140 and the first top plate 120 at the upper portion of the lateral opening 115 to provide operational smoothness.
Specifically, the first support plate and the end of the first bottom plate 122 near the lateral opening 115 form a groove 126, and the dimming shaft 114 and the groove 126 are in the same vertical direction. When all hanging wheels 140 are received at both sides, the dimming shaft 114 is generally longer for the larger guide rail 110, and the middle part of the dimming shaft 114 cannot be supported, so that the dimming shaft 114 is deformed and falls into the groove 126 for accommodating the dimming shaft 114.
The design based on fig. 1 may be a manual vertical curtain 100, adjacent hanging wheels 140 may be connected by ropes or connecting sheets, and the driving of the dimming shaft 114 may be implemented by providing driving structures on two sides.
In the manual vertical curtain 100, the first bottom plate 122 may be provided as an arc plate, the first bottom plate 122 gradually extends upward from the first side plate 121 to the lateral opening 115, and a cavity 129 is formed between the first side plate 121, the hanging wheel 140, the first support plate and the bottom plate. The cavity 129 may be used to store a rope or a guy rope or a pull cord.
In this regard, based on the above design, the present application also discloses an electric vertical curtain 100, and the electric vertical curtain 100 is mainly different from the manual vertical curtain 100 in that a mechanism is used for driving, thus distinguishing a transmission mechanism part. However, the hanging wheel mounting area 112 is substantially identical in structure and is fully applicable to the electric vertical curtain 100, and the above-mentioned matters will not be described in detail.
Fig. 5 is a perspective view of an angle of an electric vertical curtain of the present application, fig. 6 is another angle perspective view of an electric vertical curtain of the present application, fig. 7 is a sectional view of an electric vertical curtain of the present application, and fig. 8 is a sectional view of a rail of an electric vertical curtain of the present application.
Referring to fig. 5-8, the present application discloses an electric vertical curtain 100 and a guide rail 110 thereof, the electric vertical curtain 100 including the guide rail 110, a timing belt, a hanging wheel 140, a dimming shaft 114, a clip, and a driving mechanism. The guide rail 110 comprises a guide rail main body 111, wherein the guide rail main body 111 comprises a synchronous belt installation area 113 and a hanging wheel installation area 112, and the synchronous belt installation area 113 is arranged above the hanging wheel installation area 112; the synchronous belt is arranged in the synchronous belt installation area 113 and is used for driving the hanging wheel 140 to slide on the guide rail main body 111; a hanging wheel 140 is arranged in the hanging wheel mounting area 112 and can slide on the guide rail main body 111, and the hanging wheel 140 is used for hanging the special-shaped clamping piece 130; the dimming shaft 114 is disposed in the hanging wheel mounting area 112 and passes through the hanging wheel 140, and the dimming shaft 114 is used for controlling the profiled clamping piece 130 to rotate; the hanging wheel mounting area 112 is provided with a lateral opening 115, and the hanging wheel 140 is connected to the profiled clamping piece 130 after extending outwards from the lateral opening 115; the rotation shaft of the profiled clamping piece 130 is located at the outer side of the guide rail main body 111, and the synchronous belt and the dimming shaft 114 can be driven by a driving mechanism.
The first top plate 120 is a bottom plate of the synchronous belt mounting area 113. The driving mode of the vertical curtain 100 may be divided into an opening and closing driving mode and a dimming driving mode, wherein the opening and closing driving mode is that driven gears and driving gears are respectively arranged at two ends of a synchronous belt, the synchronous belt moves under the driving of the driving gears, and the synchronous belt is connected to one hanging wheel 140 at the end part through a trolley or directly to drive the hanging wheel 140 to slide on the guide rail main body 111. The dimming driving mode is that the dimming shaft 114 rotates, the lifting hook 143 is driven to rotate by a worm and gear mode, the lifting hook 143 is generally parallel to the gravity mode, the lifting wheel 140 rotates by taking the central axis of the gravity direction as a rotation axis, the clamping piece below the lifting hook 143 is driven to rotate, and the dimming angle control of the curtain blade 150 is further realized. For example, when the curtain 150 is parallel to the light incident direction, this is the maximum dimming angle, and the transmitted light amount is the maximum; when the curtain 150 is perpendicular to the light incident direction, this is the minimum dimming angle, and the light transmittance is minimum. It can be understood that, while the dimming shaft 114 rotates, the hanging wheel 140 can also move in the guide rail main body 111, and the hanging wheel and the guide rail main body do not interfere with each other, that is, the hanging wheel can be opened and closed when dimming is realized, and the hanging wheel can be dimmed when opening and closing.
It can be appreciated that, in the scheme of driving the trolley by the synchronous belt and the hanging wheel 140 by the trolley, the trolley is disposed at the cavity 129 between the synchronous belts, and this part is not improved in this application, and will not be described here.
It will be appreciated that the opening and closing drive mode and the dimming drive mode of the manual vertical blind 100 are the same except that they are manual and do not use out of sync. It will be appreciated that the motorized vertical blind 100 may also be provided with a manual actuation.
It should be noted that, unlike the manual vertical curtain 100, the second support position 124 in the present embodiment is disposed on the first side plate 121, and the first top plate 120 is provided with an opening that allows the timing belt installation area 113 and the hanging wheel installation area 112 to communicate.
