In the related art, there are two general arrangements of wire-to-wire connectors used in automobiles:
firstly, the wire-to-wire connector is separated from the wire harness trunk and is independently fixed, and the wire-to-wire connector is fixed on a vehicle body sheet metal or an interior plastic part through a back buckle, so that a fixing hole is required to be correspondingly formed on the vehicle body sheet metal or the interior plastic part.
The method needs to add a punch or a slide block on the die, the die cost is high, and the sheet metal or the interior trim part of the car body is not suitable for being perforated in all positions, so that the limitation is large.
Secondly, the wire-to-wire connector is bound on the wire harness trunk through the binding belt or the adhesive tape, so that insert back buckles and holes for metal plates of the automobile body or interior trim parts can be omitted.
The method has a certain manufacturability problem, and when the connector is bound between the wire harness trunk and the sheet metal of the vehicle body or the interior trim part, abnormal sound and assembly difficulty are easily caused due to the reason of binding angle or position dislocation, and the assembly efficiency is affected.
The embodiment of the utility model provides a fixing device of an automobile wire harness connector and an automobile wire harness assembly, which can effectively fix the connector, reduce the fixing cost of the connector, avoid abnormal sound and improve the assembly efficiency.
A fixing device 100 of an automobile harness connector and an automobile harness assembly according to an embodiment of the present utility model are described below with reference to fig. 1 to 6.
As shown in fig. 1, a fixing device 100 of an automotive harness connector according to an embodiment of the present utility model includes: a connector securing structure 110 and a mounting base 120.
In this embodiment, the connector fixing structure 110 defines a receiving chamber, and opposite ends of the receiving chamber are provided with a first opening and a second opening, respectively.
The first opening and the second opening are used for allowing the automobile wire harness connector to pass through, the automobile wire harness connector can extend into the accommodating cavity of the connector fixing structure 110 from the first opening and the second opening, and the accommodating cavity is used for accommodating the automobile wire harness connector.
In actual implementation, the size of the receiving chamber of the connector-securing structure 110 may be adjusted according to the size of the receiving vehicle harness connector.
The automobile wire harness connector is fixed through the connector fixing structure 110, the situation that the fixed installation of the automobile wire harness connector needs to be singly perforated is avoided, the connector fixing structure 110 accommodates the automobile wire harness connector in an accommodating cavity in the interior, the automobile wire harness connector can be prevented from colliding with other parts of an automobile, abnormal sound is avoided, the automobile wire harness connector stretches into and is connected from a first opening and a second opening at two ends of the connector fixing structure 110, and assembly is simple.
In this embodiment, the connector fixing structure 110 is disposed on the mounting base 120, the mounting base 120 is provided with a fastening structure 121, and the mounting base 120 is detachably fixed to the automobile body through the fastening structure 121.
The fixing device 100 of the automobile wire harness connector is detachably fixed on an automobile body in a buckling mode, the requirement on the arrangement environment of the automobile internal wire harness is low, the fixing requirement of the automobile wire harness 200 and the automobile wire harness connector can be met by arranging the buckling connection position on the automobile body, and the space utilization rate of the automobile body is effectively improved.
In practical implementation, the connector fixing structure 110 and the mounting base 120 may be made of plastic materials, the fixing device 100 of the automobile harness connector may be integrally formed, and the fixing device 100 of the automobile harness connector may also be assembled by two parts of the connector fixing structure 110 and the mounting base 120.
A specific embodiment is described below.
As shown in fig. 2, the automobile harness 200 is provided with two automobile harness connectors, namely a male connector 210 and a female connector 220, and the male connector 210 and the female connector 220 are connected in a matched manner.
The male connector 210 and the female connector 220 extend into the receiving cavity of the connector securing structure 110 from the first opening and the second opening of the connector securing structure 110, respectively.
In this embodiment, a sheet metal hole 300 is provided in the vehicle body to which the snap structure 121 of the fixing device 100 can be attached.
As shown in fig. 3, the male connector 210 and the female connector 220 are connected together and fixed in the accommodating cavity of the connector fixing structure 110 of the fixing device 100, and the fastening structure 121 of the fixing device 100 is fastened to the sheet metal hole 300 of the automobile body.
According to the fixing device 100 for the automobile wire harness connector provided by the embodiment of the utility model, the automobile wire harness connector is fixed through the accommodating cavity of the connector fixing structure 110, and extends into and is connected with the first opening and the second opening at two ends of the connector fixing structure 110, and the fixing device 100 is detachably fixed on an automobile body in a buckling manner, so that the automobile wire harness connector can be effectively fixed, the fixing cost of the automobile wire harness connector is reduced, abnormal noise is avoided, and the assembly efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, the fixing device 100 of the automobile harness connector may further include: the wire harness fixing structure 130.
As shown in fig. 4, the harness fixing structure 130 is disposed on the mounting base 120, and the harness fixing structure 130 is used for fixing wires of the harness connector of the automobile.
In this embodiment, the wiring of the automotive harness connector (i.e., the automotive harness 200) may be secured to the harness securing structure 130 by taping with a base material such as an adhesive tape or a tie, and the harness securing structure 130 may control the wiring of the automotive harness connector.
In some embodiments, the harness securing structure 130 is a plate-like structure that is connected to an outer side wall of the connector securing structure 110.
As shown in fig. 5, the harness fixing structure 130 is a plate-like structure, and the wires of the automobile harness connector (i.e., the automobile harness 200) may be arranged along the length direction of the plate-like structure to control the running direction of the wires of the automobile harness connector.
In this embodiment, the plate-like structure is connected to the outer sidewall of the connector fixing structure 110, the automobile harness connector is fixed to the inner cavity of the connector fixing structure 110, and the automobile harness connector and the automobile harness 200 are not in direct contact, so that the occurrence of abnormal noise can be effectively avoided.
The fixing device 100 of the automobile wire harness connector comprises a clamping structure 121, a wire harness fixing structure 130 and a connector fixing structure 110, the connector fixing structure 110 is used for fixing the automobile wire harness connector through a cavity structure, the wire harness fixing structure 130 is used for fixing the automobile wire harness 200 and controlling the trend of the automobile wire harness 200, the fixing device 100 is detachably arranged on an automobile body through the clamping structure 121 and can simultaneously fix the automobile wire harness 200 and the automobile wire harness connector, the automobile body is not required to be provided with holes for the automobile wire harness connector independently, abnormal sound caused by directly binding the automobile wire harness connector on the automobile wire harness 200 is avoided, and assembly efficiency can be effectively improved.
In some embodiments, the inner side wall of the connector fixing structure 110 is provided with a connector clamping structure for clamping the automobile harness connector, and fixing the automobile harness connector to the accommodating chamber.
In this embodiment, the connector fixing structure 110 is internally provided with a connector clamping structure, and the automobile wire harness connector is fixed in the accommodating cavity through the connector clamping structure, so that the fixing stability of the automobile wire harness connector is effectively improved.
In actual implementation, the structure of matching and clamping with the connector clamping structure can be arranged on the automobile wire harness connector, the automobile wire harness connector stretches into the accommodating cavity from the first opening and the second opening of the connector fixing structure 110 and is matched and clamped with the connector clamping structure, and the fixing stability of the automobile wire harness connector is effectively improved.
In some embodiments, the connector clamping structure is a spring 140.
In this embodiment, the spring 140 includes a fixed end that is fixed to the connector fixing structure 110 and a free end that is located in the receiving chamber.

In some embodiments, the head of the snap feature 121 is arrow-shaped.
