Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present utility model will be described with reference to the drawings. However, in the embodiments described below, various limitations technically preferable for the implementation of the present utility model are added. Accordingly, the scope of the technology of the present disclosure is not limited to the following embodiments and examples. The size, shape, and proportional relation in the example of the drawing are merely illustrative, and are not specific. In the drawings, the same components as those in the embodiments are denoted by the same reference numerals, and overlapping description thereof is omitted.
Fig. 1 is a plan view schematically showing an embodiment of the wrapping type label 100 of the present utility model when it is unfolded. As shown in fig. 1, the wrapping type label 100 has a plurality of wrapping portions 101 and a plurality of connecting portions 102.
Adjacent ones 101 of the plurality of wrapping portions 101 are each for wrapping a different main face of the housing body. In fig. 1, a wrapping type label 100 for wrapping a case body having a hexahedral structure is shown. The hexahedral housing body is, for example, a housing of a battery pack. In fig. 1, for example, the wrapping portion 101 having the largest area in the central region is used to wrap the entire front surface of the case body, and two wrapping portions 101 having a smaller area are provided around the wrapping portion 101, and the two wrapping portions 101 are used to wrap the side surface in the thickness direction of the case body and the back surface of the case body.
Each of the plurality of connection portions 102 connects the adjacent wrapping portions 101. The connection portion 102 is constituted by, for example, a break line or a crease line of the self-contained label 100. The connection portion 102 may have any structure as long as it can break stress generated when bending between the adjacent wrapping portions 101.
Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view schematically showing the internal structure of the wrapping type label 100 in the thickness direction according to one embodiment of the present utility model. As shown in fig. 2, the wrapping label 100 has a three-layer structure including a base material layer 110, an adhesive layer 120, and a protective layer 130.
The base material layer 110 is a main body of the wrapping type label 100 to be attached to the case body. When the wrapping type label 100 is wrapped around the case body of the battery pack as a protective type label for the battery pack, for example, polyethylene terephthalate (PET) or polyvinyl chloride (PVC) may be used as the material constituting the base material layer 110 in view of abrasion resistance and water resistance. In addition, the thickness of the base material layer 110 is not limited, and may have a thickness of several tens to hundred micrometers, for example, according to the use scenario. In addition, the color of the base material layer 110 may be colored, transparent or translucent depending on the use scene. The base material layer 110 may be a heat-shrinkable label, and may be further closely attached to the case body by heating.
In the case where the connection portion 102 is formed of a crease line, for example, the material of the base material layer 110 is weakened at the crease line which is the connection portion 102 connecting the adjacent wrapping portions 101, and the stress generated when bending the adjacent wrapping portions 101 is broken. For example, the position of the connection portion 102 may be pressed by a pressing jig such as a pressing roller, so that the base material layer 110 at the position is irreversibly deformed, and a crease line in which the material of the base material layer 110 is weakened may be formed.
In the case where the connection portion 102 is formed of a broken line, for example, a portion of the base material layer 110 is broken along the longitudinal direction of the broken line at the connection portion 102 connecting the adjacent wrapping portions 101, that is, at the broken line. For example, along the longitudinal direction of the connection portion 102, a breaking region penetrating the base material layer 110 in the thickness direction is provided at predetermined intervals. Specifically, in view of the aesthetic property and the durability of the wrapping type label 100, the breaking area of the base material layer 110 having a length of 1mm is provided every 2mm along the longitudinal direction of the connecting portion 102, and thus an area of about 1/3 of the longitudinal direction of the connecting portion 102 becomes the breaking area. In addition, in order to provide the connecting portion 102 with sufficient durability strength to be less likely to be broken, it is preferable that the breaking region not be provided at the end portion of the edge of the connecting portion 102.
The connection portion 102 may be formed by forming a crease line in which the material of the base material layer 110 is weakened by pressing, and then breaking a part of the crease line, instead of forming either the crease line or the break line. That is, the connecting portion 102 may be formed so as to break the stress generated when bending the adjacent wrapping portions 101 in addition to the considered durable strength.
The adhesive layer 120 is provided on one surface of the base layer 110, and is made of an adhesive having tackiness. The protective layer 130 is provided on the surface of the base material layer on which the adhesive layer 120 is provided, with the adhesive layer 120 interposed therebetween.
The protective layer 130 is a polyester film having a release coating, such as a siliconized paper, etc., and adheres to the adhesive layer 120 with a weak bonding force so as to be easily detached by being torn from the wrap-around label 100. The protective layer 130 may be integrally provided on the whole of the wrapping type label 100, or may be provided separately for each wrapping portion 101.
Fig. 3 is a perspective view schematically showing a case body 200 to which the wrapping type label 100 according to an embodiment of the present utility model is wrapped. As shown in fig. 3, each of the attaching portions 101 of the attaching tag 100 is attached to each of the main surfaces of the case body 200, and in the example of fig. 3, a central portion of the back surface (the surface facing the outside of the paper in the drawing) of the case body 200 is reserved for attaching the tag indicating the product parameter, but the attaching tag 100 may be attached to the entire area of the case body 200.
As shown in fig. 3, by attaching the attachment type tag 100 to the case body 200, the connection portions 102 of the attachment portions 101 of the attachment type tag 100 are formed so as to be able to break the stress generated when bending between the adjacent attachment portions 101, and therefore the attachment type tag 100 is tightly attached to the case body 200, the buckling stress generated when attaching the tag is effectively reduced, and the attachment type tag 100 is attached to the case body 200, so that the tag can be effectively prevented from being lifted.
In fig. 3, the case body 200 is shown as an example of a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, but the shape of the case body 200 is not limited thereto. For example, in the case where the case body 200 is a case of a cylindrical battery, the case body 200 is a cylindrical body, and the wrapping label 100 may be provided with a plurality of connection portions 102 capable of breaking bending stress along the cylindrical direction on the cylindrical side surface in addition to the connection portions 102 provided between the upper and lower surfaces and the side surfaces of the cylindrical case body 200, so as to reduce the buckling stress generated when the label is wrapped.
The present utility model can be variously omitted, substituted or modified within a range not departing from the gist of the present utility model. These embodiments and modifications are included in the scope and gist of the utility model, and are included in the utility model described in the claims and their equivalents.
