It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and the claims of the present utility model and the above figures are used for distinguishing between similar objects and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used may be interchanged where appropriate such that the embodiments of the utility model described herein may be implemented in sequences other than those illustrated or otherwise described herein. Furthermore, the terms "comprises," "comprising," and "having," and any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed but may include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a mattress according to an embodiment of the present utility model, and as shown in fig. 1, the mattress 100 includes: a plurality of adjustment zones 10, each adjustment zone 10 comprising an adjustment assembly 11, the plurality of adjustment zones 10 comprising at least a head adjustment zone 101, a neck adjustment zone 102 and a waist adjustment zone 103; and a control module 20 connected with the adjusting assembly 11, wherein the control module 20 is used for controlling the adjusting assembly 11 to adjust the height of the adjusting area 10 in the direction Z perpendicular to the mattress 100.
Wherein the size and position of the adjustment area 10 can be adaptively set and adjusted according to the size of an actual mattress, which is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present utility model.
It is to be understood that fig. 1 shows that the plurality of adjustment zones 10 include at least a head adjustment zone 101, a neck adjustment zone 102, and a waist adjustment zone 103, but is not limited thereto. It will be appreciated that the head and neck adjustment regions 101 and 102 are generally disposed in close proximity, and that the user typically assumes various sleeping positions on the mattress 100, such as lying on his side or on his side, where the distance between the user's head and neck, respectively, and the mattress 100 is also different, and if the heights of the head and neck adjustment regions 101 and 102 in the mattress 100 in the direction Z perpendicular to the mattress 100 are not appropriate, suspension of the user's neck and the mattress 100 or excessive support of the neck by the mattress will easily result in muscular soreness of the neck of the user the next day, and long-term, the cervical vertebra cannot be effectively rested at night, strain is easily formed, and finally cervical spondylosis evolves. In addition, the lumbar region 103 corresponds to the lumbar region of the user, and if the user hangs in the air or presses the mattress in a transitional manner, discomfort such as lumbar pain of the user may be caused.
In this way, in order to facilitate understanding and explanation of the solution, in the structure of the mattress 100 shown in fig. 1, generally, the adjusting assemblies 11 and the control module 200 are disposed inside the mattress 100, and the size of the adjusting assemblies 11 in each adjusting area 10 can be adjusted according to the size of the corresponding adjusting area 10, so as to ensure that the height of the entire adjusting area 10 in the direction Z perpendicular to the mattress 100 can be fully adjusted by the entire adjusting area 10 under the action of the adjusting assemblies 11, so that the control module 20 can timely adjust the adjusting assemblies 11 when a user sleeps in different sleeping postures, so that each adjusting area 10 on the mattress 100 can be gently attached to each body part of the user.
For example, fig. 2 is a schematic view of a sleeping posture of a user according to an embodiment of the present utility model, and in conjunction with fig. 1 and 2, when the user is in a lying state, the control module 20 controls the adjusting assemblies 11 of each adjusting area 10 to make the height of the head adjusting area 101 in the direction perpendicular to the mattress 100 be about the distance between the back spoon and the back chest curve, i.e. the height corresponding to h1 in fig. 2, and at the same time make the height of the neck and shoulder adjusting area 102 in the direction perpendicular to the mattress 100 be about the maximum distance between the neck curve and the chest curve, i.e. the height corresponding to h2 in fig. 2, and make the height of the waist adjusting area 103 in the direction perpendicular to the mattress 100 be about the distance between the chest curve and the waist, i.e. the height corresponding to h3 in fig. 2. It will be appreciated that when the user is sleeping in different positions, the heights of the head adjustment region 101, the shoulder and neck adjustment region 102 and the waist adjustment region 103 in the direction Z perpendicular to the mattress 100 are different, so as to meet different requirements of the user on the pillow height and the neck height in two sleeping positions, and improve the use feeling and sleeping quality of the user.
In the embodiment of the utility model, the mattress comprises a plurality of adjusting areas, and each adjusting area is provided with an adjusting component, wherein the adjusting areas at least comprise a head adjusting area, a neck adjusting area and a waist adjusting area, so that when a user lies on the mattress, the head, neck, shoulder and waist of the user are just positioned in the adjusting areas. The control module is connected with the adjusting component, and the height of the adjusting area in the direction perpendicular to the mattress can be adjusted by controlling the adjusting component, so that the body of a user can bear pressure uniformly under any sleeping posture, meanwhile, the spine is in a natural bending state, sleeping comfort is provided, and the use feeling and sleeping quality of the user are further improved.
Optionally, fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of another mattress according to an embodiment of the present utility model, and as shown in fig. 3, the adjustment area 10 further includes a buttock adjustment area 104, a thigh adjustment area 105, and a calf adjustment area 106.
It is understood that the buttocks contact the calf, heel contact the mattress and the knee is suspended. The knee will now bear the weight from the thigh, part of the calf. When the user lies on the bed in a state of full movement or approaching to a separation, the muscles cannot share the gravity with the knees due to overfatigue, and the knees can be hidden and painful in a state of straight legs.
Thus, by providing the hip adjustment region 104, the thigh adjustment region 105 and the calf adjustment region 106 in the mattress 100, the sizes thereof can be adaptively set according to actual needs, and the sizes of the adjustment assemblies 11 respectively provided in the hip adjustment region 104, the thigh adjustment region 105 and the calf adjustment region 106 can also be adaptively adjusted according to the sizes of the corresponding adjustment regions 10. The control module 20 is electrically connected with the adjusting components 11 in each adjusting zone 10, so that the height of each adjusting zone 10 in the direction Z perpendicular to the mattress 100 meets the current sleeping posture requirement of a user by adjusting each adjusting component 11, the knees are ensured not to be painful due to the fact that the knees receive excessive pressure by gravity, and the use experience and the sleeping quality of the user are improved.
