The embodiment of the application relates to a door lock, and this door lock specifically can be the intelligent door lock of taking cat eye camera function, can include the outer panel assembly in the structure, interior panel assembly and lock body, and the surface at the door body is installed to the outer panel assembly, and the interior surface at the door body is installed to the interior panel assembly, and the lock body is installed in the door body. The outer panel assembly comprises a camera, the inner panel assembly comprises a display screen, the camera is equivalent to a cat eye, the images outside the door are collected, image data are transmitted to the display screen of the inner panel assembly through a main flat cable, and the display screen displays the image data, so that indoor users can watch scenes outside the door through the display screen.
The inner panel assembly comprises an inner panel assembly and a battery cover assembly, and a battery cover shell of the battery cover assembly is detachably arranged on the inner panel shell of the inner panel assembly so as to facilitate replacement of batteries in the inner panel shell.
At present, the common inner panel assembly, the inner panel assembly includes a plurality of circuit boards, and battery cover assembly also includes the circuit board, leads to the quantity of the circuit board that the inner panel assembly includes more, and then leads to circuit layout unusual complicacy, has increased the equipment degree of difficulty of inner panel assembly, and the circuit still breaks down easily.
While some inner panel assemblies include a circuit board that is assembled either in the inner panel housing of the inner panel assembly or in the battery cover housing of the battery cover assembly, if assembled in the inner panel housing, the circuit board is separated from a display screen mounted on the surface of the battery cover housing when the battery is replaced, and the circuit board and the display screen are typically connected by a flexible circuit board, which is often separated from the circuit board, will affect the electrical connection. If the circuit board is assembled in the battery cover shell, when the battery is replaced, the main flat cable and the motor lead wire which are inserted on the circuit board are required to be pulled out, wherein the main flat cable is a circuit for connecting the outer panel assembly, the motor lead wire is a circuit for connecting the lock body motor, and the battery is replaced every time, so that the operation easily causes poor contact between the main flat cable and the circuit board and poor contact between the motor lead wire and the circuit board, and the user experience is poor.
In the inner panel assembly provided by the embodiment, the inner panel assembly comprises the circuit board, and the battery cover assembly comprises the circuit board, so that the number of the circuit boards included in the inner panel assembly is small, the circuit layout of the inner panel assembly is simplified, the assembly difficulty of the inner panel assembly is reduced, and the circuit stability is improved.
Moreover, because the main winding displacement and the motor wire are all connected on the circuit board of the inner panel assembly, the display screen is connected with the circuit board of the battery cover assembly, and then, when the battery is replaced, a user does not need to plug the main winding displacement and the motor wire, and also does not need to separate the display screen from the circuit board, so that the operation is convenient when the battery is replaced, and the use experience of the user is improved.
The specific structure of the inner panel assembly will be described in detail.
Fig. 1 is an exploded view of the inner panel assembly, fig. 2 is an assembled view of the inner panel assembly, and the battery is not shown in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 1, the inner panel assembly includes a battery cover assembly 1 and an inner panel assembly 2, and as shown in fig. 2 and referring to fig. 1, the battery cover assembly 1 is detachably fastened at a compartment opening of a battery compartment 211 of the inner panel assembly 2. In use, the inner panel assembly 2 is mounted to the inner surface of the door body with the battery door cover assembly 1 facing the interior of the room. When a user needs to replace the battery, the battery cover assembly 1 is detached from the inner panel assembly 2, the battery is replaced, and after the replacement is completed, the battery cover assembly 1 is buckled on the inner panel assembly 2.
Wherein, battery cover assembly 1 includes display circuit board 13, display circuit board 13 includes mainboard interface 131, inner panel assembly 2 includes main circuit board 22, and main circuit board 22 includes display interface 222.
Thus, when the battery cover assembly 1 is fastened to the inner panel assembly 2, the main board interface 131 of the battery cover assembly 1 and the display interface 222 of the inner panel assembly 2 are abutted.
Therefore, the number of the circuit boards included in the inner panel assembly is small, the circuit layout of the inner panel assembly is simplified, the assembly difficulty of the inner panel assembly is reduced, and the circuit stability is improved.
Because the display circuit board 13 of the battery cover assembly 1 and the main circuit board 22 of the inner panel assembly 2 are in butt joint through the interface instead of wire connection, the connection mode can be simplified, the battery can be conveniently replaced by a user, and the use experience of the user is improved.
The structural features of the battery cover assembly 1 and the inner panel assembly 2 will be described below, respectively.
Structural features of the battery cover assembly 1.
As shown in fig. 3, the battery cover assembly 1 includes a battery cover case 11, a display 12, and a display circuit board 13. As shown in fig. 4, the display 12 is located on the outer surface of the battery cover case 11, the display circuit board 13 is located on the inner surface of the battery cover case 11, and the display 12 and the display circuit board 13 are electrically connected. As shown in fig. 3, the display circuit board 13 includes a motherboard interface 131, and the motherboard interface 131 is configured to interface with the display interface 222 of the inner panel assembly 2.
Wherein the inner surface of the battery cover case 11, i.e., the surface facing the inner panel assembly 2, and the outer surface, i.e., the surface facing the interior of the chamber, are positioned opposite to each other.
In one example, as shown in fig. 3, the display 12 includes a display screen 121 and a decorative cover 122, the display screen 121 and the decorative cover 122 are fixed on the outer surface of the battery cover housing 11, and the decorative cover 122 covers the display screen 121, and the display screen 121 is electrically connected with the display circuit board 13.
The display screen 121 may be a liquid crystal screen, and the decorative cover 122 may be a glass cover plate covering the outer surface of the display screen 121.
In one example, the fixed connection between the decorative cover 122 and the outer surface of the battery cover housing 11 may be achieved by gluing.
In one example, the display screen 121 is electrically connected to the display circuit board 13, for example, as shown in fig. 3, the display screen 121 and the display circuit board 13 are connected by a flexible wire board 123. Since the display screen 121 and the display circuit board 13 are located on two different surfaces of the battery cover housing 11, in order to facilitate electrical connection of the two, accordingly, as shown in fig. 3, the battery cover housing 11 has a notch 113, and one end of the flexible wire board 123 is connected to the display screen 121, and the other end passes through the notch 113 and is connected to the display circuit board 13.
In one example, since the main board interface 131 of the display circuit board 13 and the display interface 222 of the main circuit board 22 are standard components, the sizes (such as the heights) of the main board interface 131 and the display interface 222 cannot be adjusted, so that when the battery cover housing 11 is buckled on the inner panel housing 21, the main board interface 131 and the display interface 222 can be abutted, correspondingly, as shown in fig. 5, the inner surface of the battery cover housing 11 is provided with a plurality of first protrusions 111, and the display circuit board 13 is fixed on the inner surface of the battery cover housing 11 and is located on the outer end surfaces of the plurality of first protrusions 111, wherein the height value of the first protrusions 111 is a value meeting the abutting connection of the main board interface 131 and the display interface 222.
In one example, the first protrusion 111 may be provided at an arbitrary position of the inner surface of the battery cover case 11, for example, may be provided on a column wall of the first stud 112. The first protrusion 111 is connected to the first stud 112, and may also enhance the strength of the first stud 112.
In this way, the display circuit board 13 is placed above the battery cover housing 11, each first stud 112 is clamped in the corresponding first positioning hole 132 of the display circuit board 13, the display circuit board 13 is supported by the plurality of first protrusions 111, and the screws are screwed on the first studs 112, so that the fixed connection between the display circuit board 13 and the battery cover housing 11 can be realized.
In the assembly of the display circuit board 13 and the battery cover housing 11, the height of the first protrusion 111 needs to be adjusted to a value that the motherboard interface 131 can be docked with the display interface 222, so the height value of the first protrusion 111 is a value that satisfies the docking between the motherboard interface 131 and the display interface 222.
In one example, when the battery cover housing 11 is detached from the inner panel housing 21 and the battery is replaced, the display circuit board 13 is exposed to the outside, and components thereon are easily damaged, and accordingly, as shown in fig. 6, the battery cover assembly 1 further includes a cover plate 14, the cover plate 14 having a first socket 141, as shown in fig. 7, the cover plate 14 being fixed to the inner surface of the battery cover housing 11 and covering the display circuit board 13, and the main board interface 131 being exposed through the first socket 141.
In this way, the cover plate 14 covers the display circuit board 13, and the display circuit board 13 is hidden between the cover plate 14 and the battery cover shell 11, so that the components on the display circuit board 13 can be protected.
Since the motherboard interface 131 of the display circuit board 13 needs to be docked with the display interface 222 of the inner panel assembly 2, the cover plate 14 has the socket 141 at a position corresponding to the motherboard interface 131, so that the motherboard interface 131 can be exposed through the socket 141.
And (II) structural features of the inner panel assembly 2.
As shown in fig. 8, the inner panel assembly 2 includes an inner panel housing 21, a main circuit board 22, and a battery 23, wherein the battery 23 may be a lithium battery. As shown in fig. 9, the inner panel housing 21 includes a battery compartment 211, wherein a compartment opening of the battery compartment 211 is located on a second surface of the inner panel housing 21, wherein the second surface is a surface facing the battery cover assembly 1.
As shown in fig. 10, the main circuit board 22 includes a power input interface 221 and a display interface 222, the power input interface 221 is used for accessing the battery 23 to obtain electric energy from the battery 23, the display interface 222 is used for accessing the display circuit board 13 of the battery cover assembly 1 to transmit signals and electric energy to the battery cover assembly 1, such as image data collected by a camera of the outer panel assembly, to the battery cover assembly 1 to enable the display screen 121 of the battery cover assembly 1 to display the image data. As shown in fig. 8, the battery 23 includes a power output interface 231, and the power output interface 231 is used to output electric power to the outside.
In one example, the main circuit board 22 is located in the inner panel housing 21, for example, as shown in fig. 11, the main circuit board 22 is located on a first surface of the inner panel housing 21, where the first surface is a surface facing the door where the inner panel assembly is located, and is also a surface facing away from the battery cover assembly 1.
As shown in fig. 12, the battery 23 is located in the battery compartment 211, and the power input interface 221 and the power output interface 231 are in butt joint, the battery 23 outputs electric energy to the main circuit board 22, for example, to a power management device on the main circuit board 22, and the electric device is electrically connected with the main circuit board 22, and electric energy is obtained from the main circuit board 22, which can be referred to as fig. 11.
The display interface 222 is used for interfacing with the main board interface 131 of the battery cover assembly 1, and may be shown with reference to fig. 12.
In one example, since the power input interface 221 and the power output interface 231 are standard components, and the dimensions thereof cannot be adjusted, in order to enable the battery 23 to be located in the battery compartment 211, the power input interface 221 can be docked with the power output interface 231 after the main circuit board 22 is mounted in the inner panel housing 21, and accordingly, the height of the power output interface 231 relative to the inner panel housing 21 can be adjusted by adjusting the depth of the battery compartment 211, so the depth value of the battery compartment 211 is a value satisfying the docking of the power input interface 221 and the power output interface 231.
For example, in the assembly of the inner panel assembly 2, the power input interface 221 and the power output interface 231 may be caused to interface by adjusting the depth value of the battery compartment 211.
In another example, the power input interface 221 may also be adjusted by adjusting the spacing between the main circuit board 22 and the inner panel housing 21, relative to the height of the inner panel housing 21, so that the battery 23 is located in the battery compartment 211, and the power input interface 221 can be docked with the power output interface 231 after the main circuit board 22 is installed in the inner panel housing 21.
Accordingly, as shown in fig. 13 and referring to fig. 14, the surface of the inner panel housing 21 has a plurality of second protrusions 212, and the main circuit board 22 is fixed to the inner panel housing 21 at the outer end surfaces of the plurality of second protrusions 212. The height of the second bump 212 is a value that satisfies the interfacing between the power input interface 221 and the power output interface 231.
In this way, the distance between the main circuit board 22 and the inner panel housing 21 can be adjusted by adjusting the height of the second protrusion 212.
In another example, the battery 23 may be located in the battery compartment 211 by adjusting the depth of the battery compartment 211 and the height of the second protrusion 212 in combination, so that the power input interface 221 can be interfaced with the power output interface 231 after the main circuit board 22 is mounted in the inner panel housing 21.
In one example, the second protrusions 212 may be located at any position of the surface of the inner panel housing 21 as long as they function to support the main circuit board 22.
For example, the second protrusions 212 may be located on a column wall of the second stud 213, as shown in fig. 13 and 14, the second protrusions 212 being disposed along a circumferential direction of the second stud 213 such that the second stud 213 forms a stepped stud.
The process of assembling the main circuit board 22 to the inner panel housing 21 may be such that the main circuit board 22 is placed on the inner panel housing 21 by the cooperation of the second stud 213 on the inner panel housing 21 and the second positioning hole 225 on the main circuit board 22, and the main circuit board 22 is supported on the second protrusion 212, as can be seen in fig. 14.
In one example, as shown in fig. 10, the main circuit board 22 further includes a main wire harness interface 223, the main wire harness interface 223 for accessing the main wire harness 3, and the main wire harness 3 for connecting the main circuit board 22 of the inner panel assembly and the main circuit board of the outer panel assembly.
For example, one end of the main bus wire 3 is inserted into the main bus wire interface 223, and the other end is connected to the main circuit board of the outer panel assembly, so that signals and power can be transmitted between the inner panel assembly and the outer panel assembly. For example, the camera of the outer panel assembly transmits the collected image data to the inner panel assembly through the main bus line, so that the display screen 121 of the inner panel assembly displays the image data. For another example, electrical energy in the battery 23 of the inner panel assembly may be transmitted to the outer panel assembly via the main bus line to power the electrical devices in the outer panel assembly.
The main flat cable interface 223 is integrated on the main circuit board 22 of the inner panel assembly 2, but not on the display circuit board 13 of the battery cover assembly 1, so that when the battery cover assembly 1 is detached from the inner panel assembly 2 and the battery is replaced, the main flat cable is not required to be plugged and unplugged, the connectivity of the main flat cable is more stable, and the use experience of a user is also improved.
In one example, as shown in fig. 10, the main circuit board 22 further includes a motor interface 224, as shown in fig. 8, the motor interface 224 for receiving motor conductors 4, the motor conductors 4 for connecting the main circuit board 22 of the inner panel assembly and the lock body drive motor.
For example, one end of the motor lead 4 is inserted into the motor interface 224 of the main circuit board 22, and the other end is inserted into the controller of the lock body driving motor.
The motor interface 224 is integrated on the main circuit board 22 of the inner panel assembly 2, but not on the display circuit board 13 of the battery cover assembly 1, so that when the battery cover assembly 1 is detached from the inner panel assembly 2 and the battery is replaced, the motor wire is not required to be plugged and unplugged, the connectivity of the motor wire is more stable, and the use experience of a user is also improved.
And (III) structural features of the inner panel assembly.
As shown in fig. 1, the inner panel assembly comprises a battery cover assembly 1 and an inner panel assembly 2, as shown in fig. 2 and referring to fig. 1, the battery cover assembly 1 is detachably buckled at the bin opening of the battery bin 211 of the inner panel assembly 2, so that when the battery 23 needs to be replaced, the battery cover assembly 1 is detached from the inner panel assembly 2, and after the battery is replaced, the battery cover assembly 1 is buckled on the inner panel assembly 2.
