In this way, the connector of the free end port of the cable is controlled outside the limit baffle 530 by the limit baffle 530, so that the storage device 330 can be prevented from being damaged due to the fact that the connector of the free end port of the cable is wound into the storage device 330. Referring to fig. 5, 15 and 16, in one embodiment, in order to ensure the electrical safety of the grain depot and prevent the cable connected to the pest trapping device 900 from directly contacting the grain, the intelligent station 10 further includes a first support 600, where the first support 600 is used to support the cable electrically connected to the pest trapping device 900, so that a creepage distance exists between the cable and the grain surface; the first storage compartment 110 is provided therein with a storage compartment 117 for storing the first holder 600. Any support for supporting the cable is possible.
Illustratively, the first support 600 is provided in a strip shape, one end of the first support 600 may be inserted into the grain pile, and another third mounting position 601 for mounting the cable is formed. Wherein the end inserted into the pile may be pointed.
In another preferred embodiment, the first support frame 600 is configured to be foldable in order to ensure that the first support frame 600 has a sufficient depth and to facilitate the storage of the first support frame 600 into the storage compartment 117; and/or, the first support 600 may be telescopically arranged.
Referring to fig. 11 to 13, in one embodiment, the grain depot pest trapping apparatus intelligent station 10 includes a storage rack 800 provided with a second mounting location for placement of the pest trapping apparatus 900; the second storage compartment 120 has a second compartment body 121 and a second compartment door 122, where the second compartment body 121 is disposed at a second compartment opening 123, and the second compartment door 122 is used for opening or closing the second compartment opening 123.
The second storage compartment 120 is set in a direction, for example, the second door 122 may be front, may be set on the top, or may be set on both left and right sides, and only needs to be able to place and take out the trapping device. In addition, after the grain bin is placed, pest trapping device 900 can be retracted into second storage bin 120, so that pest trapping device 900 is also shielded, thereby extending the life of pest trapping device 900.
Considering that the lateral space occupied by the partition plate in pest trapping device 900 that can be inserted in the grain stack is large, in one embodiment, the second installation site includes a first installation groove 801a and a second installation groove 801b in order to reduce the lateral space occupied by pest trapping device 900; the groove depths of the first mounting groove 801a and the second mounting groove 801b extend in the vertical direction, the top surface of the second mounting groove 801b is higher than the top surface of the first mounting groove 801a, and the first mounting groove 801a and the second mounting groove 801b are alternately arranged at intervals along the length direction of the storage rack 800. In this manner, the installation grooves in which pest trapping apparatus 900 is placed are set to be staggered in height, so that the partition plates occupying a larger lateral area are placed in a staggered manner, thereby reducing the lateral space occupied by pest trapping apparatus 900.
For example, referring to fig. 11 and 12, the storage rack 800 includes a connection board 810 and a plurality of mounting frames 820 disposed on the connection board 810, the plurality of mounting frames 820 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the connection board 810, and the mounting frames 820 form the second mounting groove 801b; the connection plate 810 is formed with the first mounting groove 801a. Wherein, the bottom circumference of connecting plate 810 is provided with interface 801, the inner wall of second storage compartment 120 be provided with interface 801 looks adaptation bayonet lock 830, so, storage support 800 can directly install in second storage compartment 120.
The intelligent station 10 of the grain depot pest trapping device can be directly placed on a plane with certain hardness or can be mounted on the wall of a grain depot, and in consideration of the actual use environment, the intelligent station 10 of the grain depot pest trapping device is preferably mounted on the wall of the grain depot.
Illustratively, referring to FIGS. 2 and 5, the grain depot pest trapping apparatus intelligent station 10 includes a second support 700; the first storage bin 110 is mounted on a wall through the second support frame 700; and/or, the second storage compartment 120 is mounted on a wall by the second support frame 700. The second support 700 includes a first portion and a second portion, the first portion is fixed to the wall through a screw, the second portion is mounted on the housing 100, the first portion and the second portion are provided with mutually matched components for connection, and the components for connection can be directly and fixedly connected.

Claims (17)
1. A grain depot pest trapping apparatus intelligent station, comprising:
the power distribution equipment comprises an explosion-proof electric box and a cable storage module;
the explosion-proof electric box is internally provided with a power switch and a power adapter module, wherein the power switch is used for connecting an external power supply and is electrically connected with a power circuit of pest trapping equipment through a cable; the power supply adaptation module is arranged between the power supply switch and the pest trapping device;
the cable storage module comprises a storage device for storing and releasing the power line.
2. The intelligent station for grain depot pest trapping apparatus of claim 1, wherein the intelligent station for grain depot pest trapping apparatus comprises a wireless communication module; the power switch is electrically connected with a power circuit of the wireless communication module, and the wireless communication module is used for being in communication connection with pest trapping equipment so as to feed back pest trapping information in the pest trapping equipment to a cloud system.

The intelligent grain depot pest trapping apparatus station of claim 2, wherein the intelligent grain depot pest trapping apparatus station includes a housing having a first receptacle; the explosion-proof electric box and the cable storage module are both arranged in the first storage bin, and the explosion-proof electric box is located above the cable storage module.
4. The intelligent grain depot pest trapping apparatus station of claim 3 wherein the first storage bin includes a first bin body and a first bin gate, the first bin body having a first bin opening, the first bin gate for opening or closing the first bin opening;
the intelligent station of the grain depot pest trapping device comprises an isolation assembly, wherein the isolation assembly comprises a first partition plate and a second partition plate; the first partition plate divides the cavity inside the first storage bin into an upper cavity and a lower cavity which are distributed from top to bottom, the second partition plate divides the upper cavity into a first cavity and a second cavity which are arranged front to back, and the second cavity is communicated with the first bin opening;
the explosion-proof electric box is arranged in the first cavity, the storage device is arranged in the lower cavity, and the control switch and the display lamp of the explosion-proof electric box are highlighted in the second cavity.
5. The intelligent station for grain depot pest trapping apparatus of claim 4, wherein the second partition has a receiving slot formed therein for receiving a fitting, the receiving slot being in communication with the second cavity;
and/or one side of the second partition board, which is close to the second cavity, is provided with a hook for mounting accessories.

The intelligent station for grain depot pest trapping apparatus of claim 4, wherein the intelligent station for grain depot pest trapping apparatus comprises a mounting bracket for mounting the receiving device, the mounting bracket being provided in the second cavity and being connected to an inner wall of the first receiving bin.

The intelligent station for grain depot pest trapping apparatus of claim 6, wherein the mounting bracket includes a base and a plurality of support plates mounted to the base, the base being fixedly connected to the first storage bin; a first installation position for installing the storage device is formed between any two adjacent support plates.

The grain depot pest trapping apparatus wisdom station of claim 6, wherein the first storage bin is provided with a cable access opening for a user to access cables and cable runs; the cable taking opening is formed in the bottom of the first storage bin and located on one side of the base, and the cable taking opening extends along the arrangement direction of the supporting plates.

The intelligent station for grain depot pest trapping apparatus of claim 8, further comprising a limit stop provided at the cable take-off opening; an accommodating space is formed between the limit baffle and the bin body of the first storage bin; the limit baffle is provided with a bayonet, a cable used for being electrically connected with the pest trapping device is clamped into the bayonet, and a connector of the cable port can be accommodated in the accommodating space.

The intelligent station for grain depot pest trapping apparatus of claim 9, wherein the limit baffle includes a connecting portion and a bending portion connected to each other; the connecting part of the bending part is connected with the bin body at the bottom surface of the first storage bin; the bending part is obliquely arranged towards the side surface close to the first storage bin so as to block the cable taking opening and the channel of the first storage bin;
a limiting piece is arranged in the accommodating space and is suitable for being positioned at the bayonet so as to limit the connector of the cable port to be positioned in the accommodating space;
the bayonet is arranged on the bending part, or the bayonet extends from the bending part towards the connecting part.
11. The intelligent station for grain depot pest trapping apparatus of claim 4, further comprising a first support for supporting a cable electrically connected to the pest trapping apparatus such that a creepage distance exists between the cable and a grain surface; the first storage bin is internally provided with a storage grid for storing the first supporting frame.
12. The intelligent station for grain depot pest trapping apparatus of claim 11, wherein the first support frame is provided in a strip shape, one end of the support frame is inserted into the grain pile, and another third installation position for mounting the power cable is formed.
13. The intelligent station for grain depot pest trapping apparatus of claim 12, wherein the first support is foldably provided;
and/or the first support frame is arranged in a telescopic way.
14. The grain depot pest trapping apparatus intelligent station of any one of claims 4 to 13, wherein the housing further has a second storage compartment for storing the pest trapping apparatus; the second storage bin is arranged on one side of the first storage bin;

17. The intelligent station for grain depot pest trapping apparatus of claim 14, wherein the intelligent station for grain depot pest trapping apparatus comprises a second support;
the first storage bin is mounted on a wall through the second support frame;
and/or the second storage bin is mounted on a wall through the second support frame.
