The refrigerator 100 may be a side-by-side refrigerator. For example, the refrigerator 100 may include a cabinet 10 and a door 20, the door 20 including a hinge end 21, the hinge end 21 of the door 20 being hinged with the cabinet 10 such that the door 20 can rotate with respect to the cabinet 10. It will be appreciated that the cabinet 10 includes side walls forming the refrigerating chamber 11, and the door 20 is used to close or open the refrigerating chamber 11. The refrigerating chamber 11 may be a refrigerating chamber for refrigerating articles or a freezing chamber for freezing articles.
In order to secure the user's demand for ice, the refrigerator 100 may further include an ice making device 30 and a dispenser 40, wherein the ice making device 30 is provided in the refrigerating chamber 11, the ice making device 30 is used for making ice, the ice making device 30 includes a housing 31 forming the ice making chamber, and the housing 31 is provided with an ice outlet 32. The dispenser 40 is disposed on the door body 20, the dispenser 40 is provided with an ice inlet 41, it is understood that the dispenser 40 is further provided with an ice outlet channel (not shown), the door body 20 is provided with an ice taking opening 22, the ice outlet channel of the dispenser 40 is communicated with the ice taking opening 22, and when the door body 20 is closed, the ice inlet 41 of the dispenser 40 is communicated with the ice outlet 32 of the ice making device 30, so that ice in the ice making device 30 can flow into the dispenser 40, and flow from the ice outlet channel of the dispenser 40 to the ice taking opening 22 for a user to take ice.
It will also be appreciated that the side-by-side refrigerator is provided with two door bodies 20 at the same time, and when the ice making device 30 is provided in one and the dispenser 40 is provided in one, in the side-by-side refrigerator 100, the dispenser 40 is provided in one of the door bodies 20, and the position of the ice making device 30 in the refrigerating chamber 11 corresponds to the position of the dispenser 40, so that the ice inlet 41 of the dispenser 40 can be in abutting communication with the ice outlet 32 of the ice making device 30 when the door bodies 20 are closed.
It will be appreciated that the structure of the ice making device 30 and the dispenser 40 is not limited in the embodiment of the present application, as long as the ice making device 30 can make ice and store ice, and can transport ice to the dispenser 40 when the ice inlet 41 of the dispenser 40 is communicated with the ice outlet 32 of the ice making device 30, and then the dispenser 40 transports ice to the ice taking opening 22 of the door 20.
For a more clear description of the structure of the ice making device 30 and the dispenser 40, the structure of the ice making device 30 and the dispenser 40 will be exemplified with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 5 in combination with fig. 4, fig. 5 is a sectional view along the direction E-E in fig. 2, the ice making device 30 may include an ice bank 33, an ice pushing member 34, and a housing 31 forming an ice making chamber, the housing 31 being provided with an ice outlet 32, the ice bank 33 being disposed in the ice making chamber of the ice making device 30, wherein the ice bank 33 is in communication with the ice outlet 32, the ice pushing member 34 being rotatably disposed in the ice bank 33, it being understood that ice cubes may be stored in the ice bank 33, the ice pushing member 34 being for pushing the ice cubes in the ice bank 33 to the ice outlet 32 so that the ice cubes can flow into the dispenser 40.
Illustratively, the ice pushing member 34 includes a spiral structure 341, and when the ice pushing member 34 rotates, ice cubes within the ice bank 33 may be pushed to move by the spiral structure 341 so that the ice cubes are pushed to the ice outlet 32. It will be appreciated that the ice pushing member 34 may be driven in rotation by a motor, such as the ice pushing member 34 being in driving connection with an output shaft of the motor.
It is also understood that ice cubes within the ice bank 33 may be formed directly within the ice bank 33, such as by flowing water into the ice bank 33 and cold air of the refrigeration compartment 11 to the ice bank 33 to freeze the water within the ice bank 33.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a cross-sectional view of a refrigerator and an ice making apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present application. An ice making tray 35 may be provided in the ice making chamber surrounded by the housing 31, and ice may be made through the ice making tray 35, such as circulating water into the ice making tray 35 and cold air of the refrigerating chamber 11 into the ice making tray 35, so that the water is frozen in the ice making tray 35. The ice making tray 35 may be rotated by a motor to enable the ice cubes within the ice making tray 35 to be poured out. Wherein ice cubes discharged from the ice making cells 35 can be transported to the ice bank 33 by the ice transporting mechanism 36.
For example, ice transport mechanism 36 may include a rail member 361 and an ice transport plate 362. The ice tray 362 is slidably mounted to the rail member 361 to be movable between a first position and a second position in a gravitational direction. The ice tray 35 is positioned between the first position and the second position such that the ice tray 362 is able to receive ice cubes poured from the ice tray 35 when moved to the first position.
The technical solution of the embodiment of the present application will be further explained and illustrated by taking the ice making tray 35 as an example.
The lower end of the rail member 361 serves as a first position located at the lower side of the ice making tray 35. The upper end of the rail member 361 serves as a second position on the upper side of the ice making tray 35. Then the ice cubes poured out after the rotation of the ice tray 35 may fall onto the ice tray 362 by its own weight when the ice tray 362 moves to the first position or when the ice tray 362 moves below the ice tray 35. The ice tray 362 may then transport ice cubes to the second position, and it is understood that the ice bin 33 may be disposed in the second position such that ice cubes transported to the second position by the ice tray 362 may flow into the ice bin 33 and ice cubes located in the ice bin 33 may be pushed into the dispenser 40 by the ice pusher 34.
It is understood that the structure of the rail member 361 may be various, such as the rail member 361 may be a linear rail having a length direction parallel to a gravitational direction, in which case the ice making tray 35 and the ice bank 33 are located at the same side of the rail member 361 in a horizontal direction. Of course, the track member 361 may also be an arc track or a spiral track that spirals downward, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The ice making device 30 may further include a driving part (not shown) for driving the ice carrying plate 362 to move between the first position and the second position.
Specifically, the driving member may be disposed on the housing 31 of the ice making device 30 and in driving connection with the ice transporting plate 362, or may be disposed on the rail member 361 and in driving connection with the ice transporting plate 362, or may be disposed on the ice transporting plate 362 and in driving connection with the rail member 361 or the housing 31 of the ice making device 30, which is not limited in this embodiment.
For example, the driving part may be composed of a first motor and a first rack and pinion transmission assembly, a first screw transmission assembly, or a first timing belt transmission assembly driven by the first motor, and the first motor may drive the ice transport plate 362 to slide through the first rack and pinion transmission assembly, the first screw transmission assembly, or the first timing belt transmission assembly. Of course, the driving member may also be a first electric push rod or the like, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
It will be appreciated that ice flowing from the ice making device 30 to the dispenser 40 can flow through the dispenser 40 to the ice-taking opening 22 of the door 20, wherein please refer to fig. 7 and 8 in combination with fig. 2 to 4, fig. 7 is a schematic view of another view of the structure shown in fig. 3, and fig. 8 is a cross-sectional view along the direction F-F in fig. 7. The dispenser 40 may include a housing 42 and an ice crushing assembly 43, the housing 42 being provided with an ice inlet 41 and an ice outlet passage (not shown) communicating to the ice taking opening 22 of the door body 20. When the door 20 is closed, the ice inlet 41 is communicated with the ice outlet 32 of the ice making device 30, and after ice cubes fall into the housing 42 from the ice inlet 41, the ice cubes can fall into the ice fetching opening 22 of the door 20 through the ice outlet channel, so that a user can fetch the ice cubes.
Wherein, the ice crushing assembly 43 is disposed in the housing 42 for crushing ice cubes in the housing 42. For example, the ice crushing assembly 43 may include a rotating shaft 431, a moving blade 432, a fixed blade 433, and a driving member (not shown), the rotating shaft 431 is rotatably disposed in the housing 42, the driving member is used for driving the rotating shaft 431 to rotate, the moving blade 432 is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft 431, the fixed blade 433 is fixed in the housing 42 and one end of the fixed blade 433 is rotatably connected with the rotating shaft 431, the fixed blade 433 is located at one side of the moving blade 432 in an axial direction of the rotating shaft 431, the fixed blade 433 and the moving blade 432 are provided with saw teeth matched with each other, and when the moving blade 432 rotates along with the rotating shaft 431, the saw teeth of the moving blade 432 can be matched with the saw teeth of the fixed blade 433, so that ice cubes located between the moving blade 432 and the fixed blade 433 are crushed. It will be further appreciated that when the ice is broken, the moving blade 432 continues to rotate, and at this time, the moving blade 432 can push the broken ice to the ice outlet channel, so that the broken ice can flow to the ice taking opening 22 of the door 20 through the ice outlet channel for the user to take.
In the related art, when the ice inlet of the dispenser is in butt joint with the ice outlet of the ice making device, the sealing effect is poor, and the condition of cold leakage is easy to occur at the butt joint position between the ice inlet of the dispenser and the ice outlet of the ice making device.
Based on this, please refer to fig. 9 in combination with fig. 3 and 8, fig. 9 is an enlarged view at a in fig. 5.
