本实用新型为一种矿灯式瓦斯报警器。它由灯 头、蓄电池、电路板、传感器等组成。其补偿元件分装 在线路板上，照明线与报警控制线只用三根线，灯头 至电源之间采用继电器常闭触点，接通电源无压降。 本实用新型控制线路少，故障率低，传感器功耗小，其 重量与体积均与普通矿灯相同，便于携带，使用方 便。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种电子监测装置，具体说是一种矿灯式瓦斯报警器。
目前现有的矿灯式瓦斯报警器种类较多，但都存在着一定缺陷，如传感器功耗大，在350毫安以上，三极管降压大，因而另设电源，增加了控制线路，电路设计较复杂，控制线路多达六根，故障率高。有的控制部分装在灯头外部，给灯头增加了体积和重量，使用不方便。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种功耗低，性能可靠的传感器、重量轻、线路少、电路设计简单、安装可靠、使用方便的矿灯式瓦斯报警器。
本实用新型的技术方案为：报警部分是将传感器固定在灯头壳体4上，补偿元件Mg2分装在线路板2上，该线路是照明与控制线只用一根三心防爆电缆3，传感器Mg1的一端接在灯头内电源正端上，传感器Mg2接在灯头内电源的负端上，Mg1、Mg2的另两端接在一起，用一根控制线引到IC的输入负端，灯头到电源之间采用继电器常闭触点，接通电源无压降，而稳定电源用LM317型集成电路装在线路板2上，检测元件由电阻构成检测桥，用 1/4 LM339型集成块，二只三极管BG1、BG2、C2、继电器组成振荡器。
本设计的优点：
1、检测元件5单独装在灯头4内，电路元件少，故障率低；
2、检测桥功耗小，不超过80－84毫安；
3、重量轻，与现有矿灯式瓦斯报警矿灯相比重量最轻；
4、整个矿灯为一体化，所增加的瓦斯检测报警装置均与矿灯为一体，携带方便；

参见图2，当瓦斯浓度达到1％以上时通过传感器Mg1，经可调电位器W1输入给比较放大器IC，比较放大器IC经过电组R6输入给三极管BG1，导通三极管，BG2也同时导通，继电器J吸合常闭触点J1，常闭触点J1断开，灯泡X息灭，经负反馈电容C2，电阻R8至BG1基极而产生间歇振荡，此时灯泡X时亮时灭即为报警信号。
稳压电源WR1、R2、C3组成由（2）端输出2、5伏作电路电源。整个检测电路消耗84毫安，报警时116毫安，碱性矿灯的电源为2、5伏，因此可把稳压电源WR1、R2去掉，3、2两端接通，碱性矿灯正常工作。

1、一种矿灯式瓦斯报警器，由灯头(4)、蓄电池(1)、电路板(2)、三芯电缆线(3)、传感器(5)、灯泡(6)、开关(K)组成，其特征在于：报警部分是将传感器固定在灯头壳体(4)上，补偿元件Mg2分装在线路板(2)上，该线路是照明与控制线只用一根三心防爆电览(3)，传感器Mg1的一端接在灯头内电源正端上，传感器Mg2接在灯头内电源的负端上，Mg1Mg2的另两端接在一起，用一根控制线引到IC的输入负端，灯头到电源之间采用继电器常闭触点，接通电源无压降，而稳定电源用LM317型集成电路装在线路板(2)上，检测元件由电阻构成检测桥，用 1/4 LM339型集成块，二只三极管BG1、BG2、G2、继电器组成振荡器。
