Technical Field

Background
The base resin is the main material for making artificial tooth base, when the dentition is defective or lost, it is necessary for stomatologist to make artificial tooth (false tooth) for it to replace the lost tooth to restore normal chewing function, and general complete denture is composed of two parts of artificial tooth and base, and the base connects the artificial tooth together.

In some possible examples, the height of the vent 8 corresponds to the height of the resin base to be prepared.
In another schematic top view of the mould body 2, as shown in fig. 3, the jaw support 4 is provided with a plurality of glue injection holes 9 in some possible examples. The number of the glue injection holes 9 can be 1-6, and the positions of the glue injection holes 9 and the grooves 6 are not overlapped.
In some possible examples, the base 3, the jaw supporting portion 4 and the blocking portion 5 are formed as an integral structure, and the base 3, the jaw supporting portion 4 and the blocking portion 5 are formed as an integral structure.

The sealed cover body 1 and the sealed mould body 2 enable the glue injection port 9 of the mould body 2 to be placed on a table top upwards, the mixed resin glue is filled into the injector, the injector is aligned to the glue injection port 9 for glue injection until glue is discharged from the glue discharge port 7, and then the injection is stopped, and in the process, gas is discharged from the gas outlet 8. Of course, in practical application, the air outlet 8 may also discharge glue, which is not described herein again.
It should be noted that, for the mold main body 2 shown in fig. 2, since the glue injection openings 9 are not provided, any row of the glue injection openings 7 can be used as the glue injection, and the glue injection process is similar to the above process and is not described herein again.

1. An injection mold for a removable denture resin base is characterized by comprising a cover body and a mold main body which can be buckled; the die main body comprises a base, and a jaw supporting part and a blocking part which are arranged on the base;
the jaw supporting part is positioned in the middle area of the base, is in an arc surface shape as a whole, protrudes towards one surface of the base, on which the blocking part is arranged, and corresponds to an upper jaw or a lower jaw;
the blocking part is arranged around the jaw supporting part, and a groove is formed between the blocking part and the jaw supporting part and is used for accommodating a dental cast;
the blocking part is provided with a plurality of glue discharging openings and an air outlet.
2. The removable denture resin base injection mold according to claim 1, wherein the barrier portion increases in height from front to back in a direction from the anterior teeth to the incisors of the dental mold.
3. The removable denture resin base injection mold according to claim 2, wherein the discharge port is provided at a rear portion of the barrier portion, and the discharge port is provided at a portion other than the rear portion of the barrier portion.
4. The removable denture resin base injection mold according to claim 1, wherein the vent has a height corresponding to a height of the resin base to be prepared.
5. The removable denture resin base injection mold according to claim 1, wherein the jaw supporting portion is provided with a plurality of injection holes.
6. The removable denture resin base injection mold according to claim 5, wherein the number of the injection holes is 1 to 6.
7. The removable denture resin base injection mold according to claim 6, wherein the injection hole is located at a region where there is no overlap with the recess.
8. The removable denture resin base injection mold of claim 1, wherein the base, the jaw support portion and the stop portion are of an integrally formed construction.
9. An injection mold for a removable denture resin base as claimed in claim 1, wherein the material of the cover and the mold body is a metallic material.
