Detailed Description
For a fuller understanding of the objects, features and functions of the present invention, reference should be made to the following detailed description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
In the present application, "a" or "an" is used to describe elements, components and assemblies described herein. This is for convenience of illustration only and provides a general sense of the scope of the invention. Thus, unless clearly indicated to the contrary, this description should be read to include one, at least one and the singular also includes the plural.
In the present application, the terms "comprising," "including," "having," "containing," or any other similar terms are intended to cover non-exclusive inclusions. For example, an element, structure, article, or apparatus that comprises a plurality of elements is not limited to only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such element, structure, article, or apparatus. In addition, unless expressly stated to the contrary, the term "or" is intended to mean an inclusive "or" rather than an exclusive "or".
Please refer to fig. 1 (a) and fig. 1 (b), which are a first perspective view and a second perspective view of an LVDS connector according to an embodiment of the present invention, respectively. In fig. 1 (a) and 1 (b), an LVDS type connector 10 is used to connect a flat wire 2 as in fig. 2 with a printed circuit board 4 as in fig. 4.
Returning to fig. 1 (a) and 1 (b), the LVDS connector 10 includes a head end 12, a socket end 14, a pressing member 16, a plurality of terminals 20 and a plurality of fixing members 18, wherein the terminals 20 can be seen in fig. 5.
Referring to fig. 2, a perspective view of the head end of fig. 1 according to the present invention is shown; fig. 3 is a schematic exploded view of the headend of fig. 1 according to the present invention. In fig. 2 and 3, the head end 12 includes a rubber core 122 and a housing. In the present embodiment, the housing is composed of a first housing 124 and a second housing 126, and in another embodiment, the housing may be integrally formed.
The rubber core 122 covers a housing composed of a first housing 124 and a second housing 126, and the housing can accommodate the flat wire 2. In another embodiment, the first housing 124 has a first extension 1246 and the second housing 126 has a second extension 1266. In addition, the free end of the first extending piece 1246 extends from the surface of the third body 1242 toward the edge of the third body 1242 and the free end of the second extending piece 1266 extends from the surface of the fifth body 1262 toward the edge of the fifth body 1262, so that the free end of the first extending piece 1246 and the free end of the second extending piece 1266 are close to each other, and in short, the first casing 124 and the second casing 126 penetrate the first extending piece 1246 and the second extending piece 1266, so that the opening size of the insertion opening of the casing for accommodating the flat lead 2 is reduced, that is, the first extending piece 1246 and the second extending piece 1266 are close to two corresponding surfaces of the flat lead 2, respectively.
The core 122 includes a first body 1222, a plurality of first fasteners 1224, and a plurality of fifth fasteners 1264 disposed on the second housing 126. The first latches 1224 are disposed corresponding to the fifth latches 1264. The first housing 124 and the second housing 126 are combined with the first body 1222 by the first fasteners 1224 fastening the fifth fasteners 1264. The first body 1222 has a plurality of guiding holes 1226 formed at both sides, and the guiding holes 1226 penetrate through the core 122. The rubber core 122 also forms a plurality of first clamping points 1228, which can also be referred to as a perspective view of another perspective view of the rubber core shown in fig. 3 in fig. 6 (a).
In another example, the first housing 124 further includes a plurality of third fasteners 1244. The third fasteners 1244 extend in a direction of the housing for accommodating the flat wires, where the direction is perpendicular to the surface of the third body 1242.
In another example, the second housing 126 further includes a plurality of stoppers 1268. Fig. 8 (a) and 8 (b) are also referred to. Fig. 8 (a) is a top view illustrating the LVDS type connector of fig. 1 according to the present invention; and, fig. 8 (B) is a B-B cross-sectional view illustrating the LVDS-type connector of fig. 8 (a) according to the present invention. In fig. 8 (b), it can be understood that the stoppers 1268 are adjacent to the third latches 1244 after the second housing 126 is combined with the first housing 124. In this example, if the flat wire 2 is to be withdrawn from the housing after the flat wire 2 is inserted into the housing, the head end 12 may be lifted from the seat end 14 upward in the drawing due to pulling, which may cause damage. Thus, the rubber core 122 is not easily removed from the seat end 14 by the stoppers 1268 interfering with the catching groove 184 and/or the acting groove 144' of fig. 5.
Referring to fig. 4, a perspective view of the seat end, the pressing member and the fixing member of fig. 1 disposed on the printed circuit board is illustrated. In fig. 4, the socket end 14 is combined with the pressing member 16, and the socket end 14 is disposed on the printed circuit board 4 through the fixing member 18.

The rotation axes 164 are disposed corresponding to the action slots 144 and the second stops 166 are disposed corresponding to the first stops 1228. Here, when the force F is applied to the pusher 16, the fourth body 164 rotates clockwise or counterclockwise about the rotation shaft 164. For example, the fourth body 164 can be rotated clockwise to unlock the head 12 from the seat 14; on the contrary, the fourth body 164 can be locked by rotating in the counterclockwise direction to allow the head end 12 to be fastened to the seat end 14, and fig. 6 (b) can also be referred to for another perspective view of the pressing member of fig. 5 of the present invention. In one embodiment, the width of the middle portion of the pressing member 16 may be greater than or equal to the width of both sides of the pressing member 16.
In another embodiment, refer to fig. 6 (a) and 6 (b). In fig. 6 (a), the first click 1228 is exemplified by a convex pillar having a groove, and in fig. 6 (b), the second click 166 is formed in the groove, and the convex pillar is inserted into the groove in combination, so that the second click 166 acts on the groove of the convex pillar, and referring to fig. 8 (b), in fig. 8 (b), it can be understood that the second click 166 is disposed in the groove, so that interference is caused, and unlocking caused by touching the pressing member 16 by mistake can be avoided, and the male end 12 is separated from the socket end 14.

The third click point 12210 is disposed corresponding to the second click slot 168, and the third click point 12210 is formed between two first click points 1228. Here, the number of the third card slots 12210 and the number of the second card slots 168 are illustrated as three, and in other embodiments, the number of the third card slots 12210 may be less than the number of the second card slots 168. Fig. 7 (a) and 7 (b) are also referred to. Fig. 7 (a) is a top view illustrating the LVDS type connector of fig. 1 according to the present invention; and, fig. 7 (b) isbase:Sub>A cross-sectional viewbase:Sub>A-base:Sub>A illustrating the LVDS type connector of fig. 7 (base:Sub>A) according to the present invention.
In another embodiment, the first body 1222 further includes a plurality of clamping members 12212, the clamping members 12212 are formed at two sides of the first body 1222, so that the robot arm can clamp and be assembled conveniently.
