Technical Field
The application belongs to the packing field, especially relates to a packing carton and cardboard structure.
Background
Along with the development of economy and the improvement of living standard of people, the requirement of people on packaging is higher and higher, and various packaging boxes are developed along with the requirement, so that the diversified requirements of various industries are met. The goods may be affected by various external factors during the transportation or storage process, which may cause the damage, contamination, leakage or deterioration of the goods, and reduce or lose the use value of the goods. Therefore, the various packing boxes are adopted to pack the articles scientifically and reasonably, and the good quality and quantity of the articles are ensured, for example, the deformation or damage of the articles caused by extrusion in the transportation process is prevented. However, most of the existing various packaging boxes only have the function of protecting commodities, and the function is single.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The embodiment of the application provides a support and a paperboard structure, which can reduce the manufacturing cost and are beneficial to environmental protection on the premise of meeting the structural strength.
In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a packaging box, which includes a main body plate and a supporting seat, wherein the main body plate includes a plurality of first panels connected in sequence; the supporting seat is connected with one first panel of the plurality of first panels; the packaging box comprises a first state and a second state, wherein in the first state, the plurality of first panels are arranged in a coplanar manner; in the second state, the plurality of first panels surround to form a first accommodating cavity with a first opening, and the supporting seat is arranged in the first accommodating cavity.

First embodiment
The applicant finds that the existing packaging boxes are various, and the diversified requirements of various industries are met. However, in order to ensure that the goods are not affected by external factors during transportation or storage, which may cause damage, contamination, leakage or deterioration of the goods, and thus reduce or lose the use value of the goods, the packing box often completely packs the goods. Although the package can effectively protect articles in the box, the package does not have a display function and has a single function.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a packaging box of a first embodiment of the present application in a first state, and fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of the packaging box of the first embodiment of the present application in a second state.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, to solve the above problems, a first embodiment of the present application provides a package 10, where the package 10 includes a main body panel 1 and a supporting seat 2, and the main body panel 1 includes a plurality of first panels 11 connected in sequence; the supporting seat 2 is connected with one first panel 11 of the plurality of first panels 11; wherein the package 10 comprises a first state in which the plurality of first panels 11 are arranged coplanar and a second state; in the second state, the plurality of first panels 11 surround to form a first accommodating cavity 13 with a first opening 12, and the supporting base 2 is disposed in the first accommodating cavity 13.
Wherein the number of the first panels 11 may be 3, 4 or more. The first receiving cavity 13 has one or two first openings 12, that is, the first receiving cavity 13 may have one or two openings. When there are two first openings 12, the two first openings 12 may be provided on two adjacent surfaces or on two opposite surfaces. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that two openings provide greater visibility of the contents of the package 10 and better display than one opening. In the first state of the package box 10, the plurality of first panels 11 of the main body panel 1 form an accommodating cavity for accommodating articles, and the supporting seat 2 is disposed in the box for supporting and limiting the articles in the box. Under the second state, a plurality of first panels 11 of main part board 1 expand to same plane in proper order, and article and supporting seat 2 all show out completely in the box, and the user of being convenient for takes. A user can visually see the contents of the package 10 through the first opening 12 and can view the contents without disassembling the package 10. The package box 10 has a function of storing and packing articles and a function of displaying the articles in the package box 10.
The package 10 may be used to house cutlery, toys or tea sets which may include sub-pieces of a variety of different shapes or sizes. In order to more clearly describe the embodiments of the package 10 of the present application, the package 10 will be described in detail below as an example of containing tableware.
Fig. 3 is another schematic structural view of the package of the first embodiment of the present application in a second state. Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the plurality of first panels 11 includes a bottom plate 14, the supporting base 2 is connected to the bottom plate 14, the supporting base 2 includes a plurality of second panels 21 connected in sequence, and the plurality of second panels 21 surround to form a second receiving cavity 22. The base plate 14 is used to carry the support base 2 and the articles in the box. In order to enlarge the accommodating space in the packing box 10, the supporting base 2 can accommodate a part of the articles inside the supporting base 2 in addition to the function of supporting the articles in the box. One of the second panels 21 of the support base 2 may be connected to the base plate 14.
Optionally, the number of the second panels 21 is four, and two panels are arranged oppositely. The two second panels 21, which are arranged opposite to the bottom plate 14, are both arranged parallel to the bottom plate 14, and under the condition that the bottom plate 14 is horizontally arranged, the articles in the box are not easy to incline, so that the packaging is more stable. Optionally, chopsticks, knives, forks, spoons, dinner plates, bone plates and other tableware can be placed in the second containing cavity 22.
In some embodiments, the support base 2 includes a support plate 23 disposed opposite the base plate 14, and the support plate 23 includes at least one second opening 231. The support plate 23 may be disposed in parallel with the base plate 14, and the support plate 23 may have a second opening 231, and the second opening 231 may penetrate the support plate 23. The articles placed in the second receiving cavity 22 may be partially placed in the second opening 231 to limit and fix the articles, so as to prevent the articles in the packing box 10 from toppling or turning over due to bumping and other reasons during transportation. The number of the second openings 231 is set according to the articles in the first receiving cavity 13, and the present application is not limited thereto. Alternatively, the contents of the first receiving cavity 13 may include bowls, the second opening 231 is circular, and a plurality of bowls are stacked and partially placed in the second opening 231.
In some embodiments, the supporting base 2 includes a first supporting side plate 24 and a second supporting side plate 25 which are oppositely arranged, the supporting plate 23 connects the first supporting side plate 24 and the second supporting side plate 25, and at least one of the first supporting side plate 24 and the second supporting side plate 25 is provided with a first limiting plate 3 for fixing at least part of the articles in the first accommodating cavity 13.
The first supporting side plate 24 and the second supporting side plate 25 are used for supporting the supporting plate 23, and the first supporting side plate 24 and the second supporting side plate 25 may be respectively disposed perpendicular to the supporting plate 23, or may be respectively disposed at an acute angle or an obtuse angle with the supporting plate 23. It should be understood that, in the case that the first supporting side plate 24 and the second supporting side plate 25 are respectively arranged at an obtuse angle with the supporting plate 23, the dimension of the end of the supporting seat 2 far away from the bottom plate 14 is smaller than that of the end near the bottom plate 14, and the bearing capacity of the supporting seat 2 is better. The first stopper plate 3 may be disposed on one of the first supporting side plate 24 and the second supporting side plate 25, or may be disposed on both the first supporting side plate 24 and the second supporting side plate 25. Obviously, the first limiting plate 3 is simultaneously arranged on the first supporting side plate 24 and the second supporting side plate 25, and the supporting seat 2 is more beautiful due to the symmetrical structure. The gap between the first limiting plate 3 and the first supporting side plate 24 or between the first limiting plate 3 and the second supporting side plate 25 can limit and fix part of articles. Optionally, tableware such as chopsticks, table knives, forks or spoons are placed between the first limiting plate 3 and the first supporting side plate 24 or between the first limiting plate 3 and the second supporting side plate 25.
In some embodiments, the plurality of first panels 11 includes a bottom panel 14, a first side panel 15 and a second side panel 16, the first side panel 15 and the second side panel 16 are disposed on two sides of the bottom panel 14, at least one of the first side panel 15 and the second side panel 16 is provided with a limiting strip 4, and a limiting cavity is formed between the limiting strip 4 and the first side panel 15 or the second side panel 16. The first side plate 15 and the second side plate 16 are disposed on two sides of the bottom plate 14, in the second state, one side of the first side plate 15, which is far away from the bottom plate 14, and one side of the second side plate 16, which is far away from the bottom plate 14, are connected, and the bottom plate 14, the first side plate 15 and the second side plate 16 surround to form the first accommodating cavity 13 in the shape of a prism. The limiting strips 4 are arranged on one side of the first side plate 15 or/and the second side plate 16 close to the first accommodating cavity 13, and the number of the limiting strips 4 may be one or multiple. Optionally, the limiting cavity is used for placing tableware such as dinner plates and bone plates.
Fig. 4 is another schematic structural view of the package of the first embodiment of the present application in a second state. Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, the plurality of first panels 11 further includes a first top cover plate 17 and a second top cover plate 18, the first top cover plate 17 is connected to a side of the first side plate 15 away from the bottom plate 14, and the second top cover plate 18 is connected to a side of the second side plate 16 away from the bottom plate 14; in the second state, the first and second ceiling plates 17, 18 are connected. The strength of the package 10 can be improved by the top cover formed by connecting the first top cover plate 17 and the second top cover plate 18. Alternatively, in the second state, the first and second top flaps 17, 18 are coplanar and are both disposed parallel to the bottom panel 14, which is more stable in the stacked arrangement of multiple packages 10 in this arrangement, facilitating transport and storage.
In some embodiments, at least one of the first top cover plate 17 and the second top cover plate 18 includes a latch 171, and the other includes a fixing hole 181 matched with the latch 171, and in the second state, the latch 171 is inserted into the fixing hole 181 to connect the first top cover plate 17 and the second top cover plate 18. The locking device 171 and the fixing hole 181 are provided to facilitate the connection between the first top cover plate 17 and the second top cover plate 18 and to facilitate the detachment. The latch 171 may be disposed on the first top cover plate 17, and the fixing hole 181 is disposed on the second top cover plate 18; the latch 171 may be disposed on the second top cover plate 18, and the fixing hole 181 is disposed on the first top cover plate 17; the first top cover plate 17 may be simultaneously provided with the latch 171 and the fixing hole 181, the second top cover plate 18 is provided with the fixing hole 181 and the latch 171 which are correspondingly adapted, and the first top cover plate 17 and the second top cover plate 18 are connected more tightly and stably due to the arrangement of the double latches.
In some embodiments, the plurality of first panels 11 further comprises at least one second limiting plate 19, the second limiting plate 19 being connected to the first top cover plate 17 and/or the second top cover plate 18; in the second state, the second stopper plate 19 is folded and accommodated in the first accommodation chamber 13. When the number of the second stopper plates 19 is one, the second stopper plates may be connected to any one of the first ceiling plate 17 and the second ceiling plate 18; in the case where the number of the second stopper plates 19 is two, the two second stopper plates 19 are connected to the first ceiling plate 17 and the second ceiling plate 18, respectively. Illustratively, at least a part of the articles are arranged between the two limiting plates to fix the articles. Optionally, in the second state, the second limiting plate 19 is folded from a gap between the first top cover plate 17 and the second top cover plate 18 to extend into the first accommodating cavity 13, and is used for limiting and fixing a part of the articles accommodated in the first accommodating cavity 13.
In some embodiments, the second limiting plate 19 includes a third opening 191, and the third opening 191 is used for fixing at least part of the object in the first accommodating cavity 13 in the second state. The articles in the first receiving cavity 13 are at least partially disposed in the third opening 191, so as to prevent the articles from shaking due to bumping of the packing box 10 during transportation and movement. Optionally, a bowl and a cup are placed in the first accommodating cavity 13, the bowl is placed on the supporting seat 2, the cup is placed on one side of the bowl away from the supporting seat 2, and at least part of the cup is placed in the third opening 191 to fix the cup.
In some embodiments, the package 10 further includes handles (not shown) disposed on the first side panel 15 and the second side panel 16. Optionally, the handle is a rope, the first side plate 15 and the second side plate 16 are provided with rope-threading holes, and the rope-threading passes through the rope-threading holes to be connected with the first side plate 15 and the second side plate 16.

Referring to fig. 5 to 8, a second embodiment of the present application provides a paperboard structure, including a first paperboard 20 and a second paperboard 30, wherein the first paperboard 20 includes a first side P1 and a second side P2 disposed opposite to each other; the first paperboard 20 includes a first bottom area S1 and at least two first connection areas S2, the first connection areas S2 are respectively connected to two ends of the first bottom area S1 along the first direction X, and the two first connection areas S2 are bent and connected towards the first plane P1 relative to the first bottom area S1 to form a first accommodating cavity 13; the second sheet 30 comprises a third face P3 and a fourth face P4 arranged opposite; the second paperboard 30 includes at least one second bottom area S3, two second connecting areas S4 and a supporting area S5, the supporting area S5 includes a second opening 231, the second connecting areas S4 are respectively connected with the supporting area S5 along two ends of the first direction X, the second bottom area S3 is connected with one end of one of the second connecting areas S4 far away from the supporting area S5, and the two second connecting areas S4 and the second bottom area S3 are bent and connected towards the third direction P3 relative to the supporting area S5 to form the supporting seat 2.
The paperboard structure of the claimed embodiment may be bent to form the package 10 of the first embodiment of the claimed invention.
Because the cardboard structure can be regarded as a plane structure when not being bent, two side faces of the first cardboard 20 are respectively a first face P1 and a second face P2, and two side faces of the second cardboard 30 are respectively a third face P3 and a fourth face P4. When the paperboard structure is bent, the bending toward the first plane P1 means that the first plane P1 of the two bent parts forms an angle smaller than 180 degrees, and the second plane P2 forms an angle larger than 180 degrees. Correspondingly, the bending in the direction of the third face P3 means that the oppositely bent two parts of the third face P3 form an angle smaller than 180 ° and the first face forms an angle larger than 180 °.
The first bottom section S1 is located in the middle of the first sheet 20 of the present embodiment, and after other areas are bent relative to the first bottom section S1, the first bottom section S1 forms the bottom panel 14 of the package 10 of the first aspect of the present application. The first connecting area S2 is connected to two ends of the first bottom area S1 along the first direction X, respectively, and a fold is provided at a joint of the first connecting area S2 and the first bottom area S1, and when bending, the first bottom area is bent along the fold. After bending, first attachment section S2 forms first side panel 15 and second side panel 16 of package 10 according to the first aspect of the present application.
The second bottom area S3 is located at one end of the second paper board 30 of the embodiment of the present application, and the other areas are bent with respect to the supporting area S5. After bending, the second connecting section S4 forms the first supporting side panel 24 and the second supporting side panel 25 in the package 10 according to the first embodiment of the present application, and the supporting section S5 forms the supporting panel 23 in the package 10 according to the first embodiment of the present application.
In some embodiments, the paperboard structure further includes at least two top sections S6, the top sections S6 being connected to respective ends of the two connecting sections remote from the bottom section. During bending, the two top regions S6 are bent in the direction of the first surface relative to the connection region, and correspondingly, a fold is also provided between the top regions S6 and the connection region. After bending, the top section S6 forms a first top flap 17 and a second top flap 18 in the package 10 according to the first aspect of the present application.
In some embodiments, the cardboard structure further comprises at least one spacing zone S7, the spacing zone S7 being connected to an end of the at least one top zone S6 remote from the bottom zone. When bending, the limiting area S7 is bent towards the first surface direction relative to the top area S6, and correspondingly, a crease is arranged between the limiting area S7 and the top area S6. After bending, the stopper region S7 forms the second stopper plate 19 in the package 10 according to the first aspect of the present application.
In summary, the embodiment of the present application provides a packaging box and a paperboard structure, in a first state of the packaging box, each first panel of a main body plate is coplanar, a supporting seat is disposed on one of the first panels, and an article can be completely displayed; when the packaging box is in the second state, the plurality of first panels of the main body panel surround to form a first containing cavity with a first opening, and the supporting seat is connected with the main body panel and arranged in the first containing cavity for supporting articles in the packaging box. The user can visually see the articles in the packing box through the first opening, and can see the articles in the packing box under the condition of not disassembling the packing box. The packaging box has the functions of storing and packaging articles and displaying the articles in the packaging box.
In accordance with the embodiments of the present invention as set forth above, these embodiments are not exhaustive and do not limit the invention to the precise embodiments disclosed. Obviously, many modifications and variations are possible in light of the above teaching. The embodiments were chosen and described in order to best explain the principles of the application and its practical application, to thereby enable others skilled in the art to best utilize the application and its various modifications as are suited to the particular use contemplated. It should be understood that the scope of the present application is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive various equivalent modifications or substitutions within the technical scope of the present application, and these modifications or substitutions should be covered within the scope of the present application.
Claims (10)
1. A package, characterized in that it comprises:
the main body plate comprises a plurality of first panels which are connected in sequence;
a support base connected to one of the first panels;
wherein the package comprises a first state in which the plurality of first panels are arranged coplanar and a second state in which the plurality of first panels are arranged coplanar; in the second state, the plurality of first panels surround to form a first accommodating cavity with a first opening, and the supporting seat is arranged in the first accommodating cavity.
2. The package of claim 1, wherein the first panels comprise a bottom panel, the support base is connected to the bottom panel, the support base comprises a second plurality of panels connected in series, and the second plurality of panels surround to form a second receiving cavity.
3. A package as claimed in claim 2, wherein the support base comprises a support panel disposed opposite the bottom panel, the support panel including at least one second opening.
4. The packaging box of claim 3, wherein the supporting base comprises a first supporting side plate and a second supporting side plate which are oppositely arranged, the supporting plate is connected with the first supporting side plate and the second supporting side plate, and at least one of the first supporting side plate and the second supporting side plate is provided with a first limiting plate for fixing at least part of the articles in the first accommodating cavity.
5. A package as claimed in claim 1 wherein the first panels comprise a bottom panel, a first side panel and a second side panel, the first and second side panels being disposed on opposite sides of the bottom panel, at least one of the first and second side panels being provided with a spacing strip, a spacing cavity being formed between the spacing strip and the first or second side panel.
6. A package according to claim 5 wherein the plurality of first panels further comprises a first top cover panel and a second top cover panel, the first top cover panel being attached to the first side panel on a side remote from the bottom panel and the second top cover panel being attached to the second side panel on a side remote from the bottom panel; in the second state, the first and second roof panels are connected.
7. A package according to claim 6, wherein at least one of the first top cover panel and the second top cover panel includes a locking buckle, and the other includes a fixing hole adapted to the locking buckle, and in the second state, the locking buckle is inserted into the fixing hole to connect the first top cover panel and the second top cover panel.
8. The package of claim 6, wherein the plurality of first panels further comprises at least one second restraining panel connected to the first top flap and/or the second top flap; and in the second state, the second limiting plate is folded and contained in the first containing cavity.
9. A package as claimed in claim 8, wherein the second restraining plate includes a third aperture for securing at least part of the contents of the first receiving cavity in the second condition.
10. A paperboard structure, comprising:
a first paperboard including a first side and a second side disposed opposite to each other; the first paperboard comprises a first bottom area and at least two first connecting areas, the first connecting areas are respectively connected with two ends of the first bottom area along a first direction, and the two first connecting areas are bent and connected towards the first surface direction relative to the first bottom area to form a first containing cavity in a surrounding manner;
the second paperboard comprises a third surface and a fourth surface which are oppositely arranged; the second paperboard comprises at least one second bottom area, two second connecting areas and a supporting area, the supporting area comprises a second opening, the second connecting areas are respectively connected with two ends of the supporting area along the first direction, the second bottom area is connected with one end, far away from the supporting area, of one of the second connecting areas, and the two second connecting areas and the second bottom area are opposite to each other, and the supporting area is bent, connected and encircled towards the third direction to form a supporting seat.
