The control assembly comprises a gear adjusting button 7, a mode selecting button 8 and a power button 9. Specifically, the gear adjusting button 7, the mode selecting button 8 and the power button 9 are respectively connected with the control device. The user operating the gear adjustment button 7, the mode selection button 8 and the power button 9 sends a manipulation command to the control device. Preferably, the gear adjustment button 7, the mode selection button 8 and the power button 9 are aligned.
