Technical Field

The present disclosure relates to hair dressing articles, and more particularly to hair coloring combs.

Background

The hair dyeing process generally applies a hair dye or hair cream to the user's hair, and then uniformly distributes the hair dye or hair cream on the user's hair using a hair comb.

Detailed Description

The present invention discloses a hand-held hair-dyeing comb, which is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. Advantages and features of the present invention will become apparent from the following detailed description and claims. It is noted that the drawings are in greatly simplified form and employ non-precise ratios for the purposes of facilitating and distinctly facilitating the description of the embodiments of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a hand-held hair-dyeing comb according to the present disclosure may include a handle 100, the handle 100 accommodating a reservoir tank 110 for containing a hair dye or a hair dye cream, etc.; and a head part 200 including an upper cover 210, a lower cover 220, and a combing assembly disposed between the upper cover 210 and the lower cover 220.

Referring to fig. 4, the comb assembly includes a comb upper case 230, a comb plate 250 fixed to the comb upper case 230, and a sponge block 240.

Comb plate 250 defines a hair contacting surface 253 and is provided with a plurality of guide comb teeth 251 and a plurality of dyeing rods 252 extending substantially perpendicular to hair contacting surface 253.

The comb top case 230 is fixedly connected to the comb plate 250 via threads or the like, and defines an inner volume therebetween, preferably fluid-tightly, which can be fluidly connected to the reservoir tank 110 via a connector tube 231 such that the hair dye or hair dye cream inside the reservoir tank 110 can enter the inner volume.

A sponge block 240 is disposed between the comb top 230 and the comb plate 250 and within the interior volume, and the sponge block 240 is in fluid communication with the reservoir 110. In this manner, the hair dye or hair cream in the reservoir tank 110 can be transferred to the sponge block 240.

As shown in fig. 3, comb plate 250 may define a hair contacting surface 253, hair contacting surface 253 being a substantially flat surface and intended to contact a user's hair during use.

As shown in connection with fig. 2, comb plate 250 may also be provided with a plurality of guide comb teeth 251 and a plurality of dyeing rods 252 extending substantially perpendicular to hair contacting surface 253. As used herein, "substantially perpendicular" includes the perpendicular direction and within a range that is offset from the perpendicular direction by 10 °, 5 °, 2 °, or 1 °.

The dyeing rod 252 is substantially cylindrical, and a transfer passage may be provided therein, the transfer passage includes a liquid inlet 2521 and a liquid outlet 2522 at both ends of the dyeing rod 252, respectively, and the dyeing rod 252 penetrates the comb plate 250 such that the liquid inlet 2521 extends into the sponge block 240, to guide the hair dye or hair dye cream in the storage tank 110 to the liquid outlet 2522 along the transfer passage. The dyeing rod 252 has a round end at the end where the liquid outlet is provided and a tapered end at the end where the liquid inlet is provided. Exit port 2522 may be in the shape of a slot.

The plurality of dyeing rods 252 may be arranged in rows, such as two, three, four, or five rows, and so forth. Guide combs 251 may be disposed around the dye bar 252, for example, in a full circle around the dye bar 252. More particularly, the height that dye bar 252 extends from hair contacting surface 253 is less than the height that guide comb teeth 251 extend from hair contacting surface 253, as shown in FIG. 3.

The guide comb teeth 251 have an oval cross-section, the major axis direction of which may be perpendicular to the row direction of the dyeing rods 252, and the major axis direction of the cross-section of the guide comb teeth 251 provided at both ends of the row of the dyeing rods 252 is along the row direction of the dyeing rods 252.

The various components of the hair comb according to the present disclosure may be made of plastic materials such as ABS, PET, PC, etc.

Claims

1. A hand-held hair coloring comb, comprising:

the hair dye and hair dye cream machine comprises a handle, wherein a storage tank is contained in the handle and is used for containing hair dye or hair dye cream; and

a head portion including an upper cover, a lower cover, and a comb assembly disposed between the upper cover and the lower cover;

wherein, the comb assembly includes:

a comb head upper shell;

a comb plate fixed to the comb upper shell, the comb plate defining a hair contact surface and being provided with a plurality of guide comb teeth and a plurality of dyeing rods extending substantially perpendicular to the hair contact surface; and

a sponge block disposed between the comb top shell and the comb plate, and in fluid communication with the storage tank;

the dyeing rod is characterized in that a conveying channel is arranged in the dyeing rod, the conveying channel comprises a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet which are respectively arranged at two ends of the dyeing rod, the dyeing rod penetrates through the comb plate to enable the liquid inlet to extend into the sponge block, and therefore the hair dye or the hair dye cream in the storage tank is guided to the liquid outlet along the conveying channel.

2. A hand-held hair dyeing comb according to claim 1 characterized in that the guide comb teeth are arranged around the dyeing rod and the height of the dyeing rod extending from the hair contacting surface is less than the height of the guide comb teeth extending from the hair contacting surface.

3. The hand-held hair-dyeing comb according to claim 1, characterized in that the dyeing rod is cylindrical, the end of the dyeing rod provided with the liquid outlet is round-headed, and the end provided with the liquid inlet is conical.

4. A hand-held hair-dyeing comb according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the dyeing rods are arranged in rows.

5. A hand-held hair coloring comb in accordance with claim 1, wherein said guide comb teeth are oval in cross-section.

6. A hand-held hair-dyeing comb according to claim 1, characterised in that a plurality of fixed receptacles are provided in the comb plate, into which the dyeing rods are inserted.

7. A hand-held hair coloring comb according to claim 1, wherein said exit opening is in the shape of a slot.
