背景技术
现有的创可贴主要由长形胶布及一小块浸过杀菌消炎的纱条构成，紧起到隔离伤口的作用，由于纱条没有粘力所以无法有效地包裹住伤口，即无法止血，通常还需要患者或者患者亲属对创口按压止血，或者在出血部位附着纱布或脱脂棉等并在外部缠绕弹力绷带来进行应急措施；但是，压迫绷带或布对伤口进行压迫止血的效果较弱，且在他人的帮助下才能进行完整的应急措施，并且虽然根据患者的情况而异；另外，胶布的黏性大，在撕下胶布时会给患者带来刺痛感，降低了患者的舒适度。

优选地，所述创面的上侧设有覆盖有离型膜，所述离型膜的下侧固定有挤压凸起，所述离型膜的两侧与贴面固定连接。
优选地，所述挤压凸起为球状橡胶块。
优选地，所述贴面和创面上设有多个透气孔。
本技术方案的原理及有益效果：
(1)本实用新型利用贴面具有弹性，缠绕手指一圈之后，一端的毛面与另一端的勾面相互配合粘贴，可以灵活伸缩，根据患者情况灵活调整加压强度，活动不受限，且在取下时不会给患者造成刺痛感，提高舒适度。
(2)本实用新型的创面的上侧设有覆盖有离型膜，在拉伸两端的贴面时，会使离型膜有向下移动的趋势，致使挤压凸起向下移动，对伤口施加压力并止血，促进伤口愈合。

如图1所示的一种一次性弹力加压止血贴，包括创面4，创面4的相对的两端均固定贴面7，贴面7上侧设有勾面1，下侧设有毛面5，创面4的下侧设有药物涂层6，贴面7采用弹性材料制成，创面4的上侧设有覆盖有离型膜2，离型膜2的下侧固定有挤压凸起3，挤压凸起为球状橡胶块，离型膜2的两侧与贴面7固定连接，贴面7和创面4上设有多个透气孔。
具体实施过程如下：
贴面7具有弹性，在贴面7缠绕手指一圈之后，一端的毛面5和另一端的勾面1相互配合粘贴，可以灵活伸缩，根据患者情况灵活调整加压强度，活动不受限，且在取下时不会给患者造成刺痛感，提高舒适度，同时在拉伸两端的贴面7时，会使离型2膜有向下移动的趋势，致使挤压凸起3向下移动，对伤口施加压力辅助止血，促进伤口愈合。
