In order to facilitate heat dissipation by the heat sink 13, the lamp housing 12 may be provided with a gas-permeable film.
Further, the lamp housing 12 has a first outer surface 125 facing the lamp housing 11 and a first inner surface 126 facing away from the lamp housing 11. Further, the light emitting assembly 17 includes a light source body 172 and an inner lens 171, the light source body 172 is fixedly mounted on the second outer surface 181 of the circuit board 18, the light source body 172 is electrically connected to the circuit board 18, and the light source body 172 can respond to an electrical signal and generate light. The inner lens 171 is fixedly mounted on the second outer surface 181 of the circuit board 18, and the inner lens 17 can increase the irradiation intensity and the irradiation distance of the illumination lamp 1. The light source body 172 can adopt an LED lamp, and the LED lamp can be provided with more lamp beads, so that the illumination brightness is high, the illumination range is wide, and the illumination range of the illuminating lamp 1 is further improved. The inner lens 171 may include an light emitting portion 1711 and a mounting portion 1712, the light emitting portion 1711 may emit light, and the mounting portion 1712 may be fixedly mounted to the inner lens 171. The light emitting portion 1711 may extend in the axial direction of the inner lens 171, the mounting portion 1712 may extend in the radial direction of the inner lens 171, and the mounting portion 1712 may be provided on the peripheral side of the light emitting portion 1711. The heat sink 13 may have a mounting flange 131, and the mounting flange 131 is fixedly connected to the mounting seat 121 of the lamp housing 12. The heat sink 13 may further have a heat dissipating plane 132, the heat dissipating plane 132 may have a larger surface area, and the heat dissipating plane 132 may be attached to the second inner surface 182 of the circuit board 18, so that the heat sink 13 and the circuit board 18 have a larger contact area.
Further, the mounting seat 121 of the lamp housing 12 has a threaded hole 122. The threaded hole 122 extends from the top end surface of the mounting seat 121 toward the first outer surface 125 of the lamp housing 12, and the threaded hole 122 may be a blind hole. The mounting portion 1712 of the inner lens 171 has a first through hole (not shown) passing through the inner and outer surfaces thereof, the circuit board 18 has a second through hole (not shown) passing through the second inner surface 182 and the second outer surface 181 thereof, the mounting edge 131 of the heat sink 13 has a third through hole (not shown) passing through the inner and outer surfaces thereof, and the screw hole 122, the first through hole, the second through hole, and the third through hole are aligned and communicated. The lighting lamp 1 may further include a screw 15, and the screw 15 sequentially passes through the first through hole, the second through hole and the third through hole from outside to inside and then is locked into the threaded hole 122 of the mounting seat 121, so as to fixedly mount the inner lens 171, the circuit board 18 and the heat sink 13 to the lamp housing 12. In a specific structure, the lighting lamp 1 may have two screws 15, the first outer surface 125 of the lamp housing 12 is provided with two mounting seats 121, the two mounting seats 121 are arranged at intervals, and each mounting seat 121 is provided with one threaded hole 122; correspondingly, the inner lens 171 has two first via holes, the circuit board 18 has two second via holes, the heat sink 13 has two third via holes, and each screw 15 passes through the corresponding first via hole, second via hole and third via hole and then is locked into the corresponding threaded hole 122. In order to facilitate accurate positioning of the inner lens 171, the circuit board 18 and the heat sink 13 on the mounting seat 121 of the lamp housing 12, the mounting seat 121 of the lamp housing 12 is provided with a positioning post 124, correspondingly, the mounting edge 131 of the heat sink 13 is provided with a first positioning hole (not shown) penetrating inside and outside, the circuit board 18 is provided with a second positioning hole (not shown) penetrating inside and outside the second inner surface 182 and the second outer surface 181 thereof, and the mounting portion 1712 of the inner lens 171 is provided with a third positioning hole (not shown) penetrating inside and outside. When the heat sink is installed, the first positioning hole is aligned with the positioning post 124, so that the heat sink 13 is conveniently positioned on the mounting seat 121; the second positioning hole is aligned with the positioning post 124, so that the circuit board 18 is conveniently positioned on the mounting seat 121; the third positioning hole is aligned with the positioning post 124, so that the inner lens 171 can be conveniently installed on the mounting seat 121, that is, the positioning post 124 is inserted into and matched with the first positioning hole, the second positioning hole and the third positioning hole. In order to prevent the inner lens 171, the circuit board 18 and the heat sink 13 from rotating when receiving an improper external force, the mounting base 121 may be provided with two positioning posts 124, and correspondingly, there are two first positioning holes, two second positioning holes and two third positioning holes. The two positioning posts 124 are respectively adjacent to the two screws 15. The connecting line of the two positioning posts 124 can be disposed at an acute angle with the connecting line of the two screws 15.
The illumination lamp 1 may be a vehicle lamp such as a front fog lamp or a rear fog lamp. When the illumination lamp is a rear fog lamp, the rear fog lamp may be mounted to a rear bumper of the vehicle. The lighting lamp 1 can also be other lighting lamps which adopt a high-power light source body and need a radiator for heat dissipation.
A vehicle includes a vehicle body and an illumination lamp 1, and the illumination lamp 1 may be mounted on a front or rear portion of the vehicle body.
