the second pressure plate assembly (4) is mounted on the near side surfaces of two sides of the upper plane of the V-shaped seat body (1) in a working state and used for fastening a second workpiece to be machined;
the two ends of the chain locking component (5) are respectively arranged on the two side surfaces of the V-shaped seat body (1) in a working state and are used for fastening a third workpiece to be machined;
the height of the first pressure plate component (3) is less than that of the second pressure plate component (4); the outer diameter of the first workpiece to be machined is smaller than that of the second workpiece to be machined, and the outer diameter of the second workpiece to be machined is smaller than that of the third workpiece to be machined.

a cavity hole (1-4) for weight reduction is formed in the bearing chassis;
the lower parts of the upper two side surfaces of the bearing chassis are respectively provided with two clamping grooves (1-5), and the clamping grooves (1-5) are used for installing the V-shaped seat body (1) on a machine tool workbench.

the positioning support seat is provided with through bolt holes at the center positions of the three support rods for the installation of the connecting screws;
the support rod on the positioning support seat is in close contact with the end face of the V-shaped seat body (1);
the connecting screw is used for installing the position supporting seat on the V-shaped seat body (1);
the holding screw is used for axially positioning and supporting the workpiece to be processed.

The universal clamping tool for the horizontal machining of short shaft parts according to claim 1, wherein the first pressure plate assembly (3) and the second pressure plate assembly (4) each comprise: the lapping stud, the lapping nut, the lapping washer and the pressing plate are arranged on the base; wherein:
the lap-pressure stud is a stud with the same thread specification at two ends;
bolt holes are formed in the end portions of the two ends of the pressing plate, and the lapping studs are installed in the bolt holes and locked through the lapping washers and the lapping nuts;
the length of the pressure stud of the first pressure plate component (3) is smaller than that of the pressure stud of the second pressure plate component (4); the length of the pressing plate of the first pressing plate component (3) is smaller than that of the pressing plate of the second pressing plate component (4).

the chain lock seat is of an L-shaped block structure, a bolt hole is formed in the long side surface of the chain lock seat and used for connecting the chain lock seat to the side surface of the V-shaped seat body (1), and a bolt hole is formed in the other side surface of the chain lock seat and used for installing the tightening screw rod;
and two ends of the chain with the detachable chain buckle are respectively connected with the other end of one tightening screw rod.

The universal clamping tool for the horizontal machining of the short shaft type part as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the first workpiece to be machined is: the outer diameter is less than or equal to 500mm; the second workpiece to be processed is: 500mm < outer diameter <600mm; the third workpiece to be processed is: the outer diameter is more than or equal to 600mm.
