Referring to fig. 1A to 8 of the drawings accompanying the present application, a neck care device according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is disclosed and illustrated in the following description, wherein the neck care device comprises a housing 10 and at least one driver 20, wherein the housing 10 further comprises a carrying shell 11 and a rigid bottom shell 12 held at the bottom of the carrying shell 11, and the driver 20 is disposed between the carrying shell 11 and the bottom shell 12. With the aid of the bottom case 12, the driver 20 is configured to drive the carrying case 11 to move in a direction away from the bottom case 12 and allow the carrying case 11 to move in a direction close to the bottom case 12, so that the carrying case 11 is allowed to move alternately up and down for periodic movement.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a movement cycle means that the driver 20 allows the carrying shell 11 to move toward the direction close to the bottom shell 12 after driving the carrying shell 11 to move toward the direction away from the bottom shell 12, so that a plurality of movement cycles are continuous to make the carrying shell 11 move up and down alternately to do periodic movement. In another embodiment of the nursing device of the present invention, a movement cycle means that the driver 20 allows the carrying shell 11 to move toward the direction away from the bottom shell 12 after allowing the carrying shell 11 to move toward the direction close to the bottom shell 12, so that a plurality of movement cycles are continuous to make the carrying shell 11 move up and down alternately to do periodic movement.
In the nursing device of the present invention, the driver 20 provides a reaction force to the bottom case 12 when providing an acting force to the carrying case 11 and driving the carrying case 11 to move towards a direction away from the bottom case 12, the nursing device of the present invention provides a rigid manner to the bottom case 12, even if the nursing device is placed on a soft supporting surface (such as a bed surface) with the bottom case 12, the driver 20 can also ensure that the carrying case 11 is driven by the driver 20 to move towards a direction away from the bottom case 12, so as to expand the applicable scenes of the nursing device.
Referring to fig. 9A to 9F, which show a state that a user cares for a neck using the nursing device of the present invention, the nursing device is placed on a bed body in a manner that the bottom case 12 directly contacts with the bed surface, the user lies on the bed body, and the bearing case 11 of the nursing device bears the neck of the user. When the driver 20 drives the carrying shell 11 to move in a direction away from the bottom shell 12, the carrying shell 11 carries the neck of the user and allows the neck of the user to move upwards synchronously therewith, and correspondingly, when the driver 20 allows the carrying shell 11 to move in a direction close to the bottom shell 12, the carrying shell 11 carries the neck of the user and allows the neck of the user to move downwards synchronously therewith.
Preferably, the carrying case 11 has a carrying top surface 1101 with two high ends and a low middle, such that, on one hand, when the user lies on the bed and the carrying case 11 is allowed to contact the neck with the carrying top surface 1101 of the carrying case 11, the neck of the user is kept at the middle of the carrying top surface 1101 of the carrying case 11 to prevent the user from shifting, and on the other hand, during the process that the carrying case 11 carries the neck of the user and allows the user's neck to synchronously move upwards and downwards therewith, the neck of the user can be always kept at the middle of the carrying top surface 1101 of the carrying case 11 to prevent the user from shifting. More preferably, the shape and size of the top carrying surface 1101 of the carrying shell 11 match the shape and size of the neck of the user, and the portion of the carrying shell 11 forming the top carrying surface 1101 is a hard shell, so that on one hand, the neck of the user can be comfortably carried by the top carrying surface 1101 of the carrying shell 11, and the deflection thereof is prevented during the process that the carrying shell 11 carries the neck of the user and allows the user's neck to move up and down synchronously therewith, and on the other hand, the top carrying surface 1101 of the carrying shell 11 is not deformed when the carrying shell 11 carries the neck of the user, and the reliability of the nursing device can be ensured.
With continued reference to fig. 1A to 8, in this embodiment of the nursing device of the present invention, the driver 20 is implemented as an air bag 20A, which is allowed to be inflated and deflated, wherein when the air bag 20A is inflated, the air bag 20A can drive the carrying case 11 to move away from the bottom case 12 due to expansion, and correspondingly, when the air bag 20A is deflated, the air bag 20A allows the carrying case 11 to move toward a direction close to the bottom case 12 due to contraction, so that the carrying case 11 is allowed to move up and down alternately for periodic movement.
It can be understood that the moving speed and the moving distance of the bearing shell 11 are related to the inflated and deflated speed and the inflated and deflated amount of the air bag 20A. For example, in the rising phase of the carrying case 11 (the phase in which the carrying case 11 is driven to move away from the bottom case 12) of one movement cycle, the faster the air bag 20A is inflated, the faster the carrying case 11 is driven to move upward by the air bag 20A, the larger the inflated amount of the air bag 20A is, the longer the carrying case 11 is driven to move upward by the air bag 20A is; accordingly, in the descending stage of the bearing shell 11 (the stage in which the bearing shell 11 is allowed to move toward the direction close to the bottom shell 12) of one movement cycle, the faster the deflated speed of the air cells 20A, the faster the speed in which the bearing shell 11 is allowed to move downward by the air cells 20A, the larger the deflated amount of the air cells 20A, and the farther the distance in which the bearing shell 11 is allowed to move downward by the air cells 20A. In this way, the movement state of the bearing shell 11 in one movement cycle can be controlled by controlling the inflation and deflation speed and the inflation and deflation amount of the air bag 20A.
Specifically, in a specific example of the nursing device of the present invention, if the curvature of the cervical vertebrae of the user changes less relative to the normal physiological curvature of the spine, the inflated and deflated amount of the air bag 20A can be controlled within a smaller range, so that the distance of the upward and downward movement of the bearing shell 11 matches the deformation degree of the cervical vertebrae of the user; if the curvature of the cervical vertebrae of the user is changed greatly relative to the normal physiological curvature of the spine, even if the cervical vertebrae are bowed reversely, the inflated and deflated amount of the air bag 20A can be controlled in a wide range, so that the upward and downward movement distances of the bearing shell 11 match the deformation degree of the cervical vertebrae of the user.
In another specific example of the nursing device of the present invention, the air bag 20A can be inflated and deflated at a faster frequency to allow the carrying case 11 to move upward and downward at a faster speed; accordingly, the air bag 20A can be inflated and deflated at a slower frequency to allow the carrier case 11 to move upward and downward at a slower speed.
In another specific example of the nursing device of the present invention, the ascending stage of the bearing case 11 is divided into two or more ascending stages, and the inflated speed of the air bag 20A is different in each ascending stage, so that the bearing case 11 has different ascending speeds in different ascending stages. For example, the ascending stage of the bearing shell 11 is specifically divided into two ascending stages, i.e., a first ascending stage and a second ascending stage, and the air bag 20A is inflated at a greater rate in the first ascending stage than in the second ascending stage, so that the ascending rate of the bearing shell 11 in the first ascending stage is greater than that in the second ascending stage. Accordingly, the descending stage of the bearing housing 11 is specifically divided into two or more descending stages, and the deflation speed of the air bag 20A is different in each descending stage, so that the bearing housing 11 has different descending speeds. For example, the descending stage of the bearing shell 11 is specifically divided into two descending stages, i.e., a first descending stage and a second descending stage, the deflation speed of the air bag 20A in the first descending stage is smaller than the deflation speed in the second descending stage, so that the descending speed of the bearing shell 11 in the first descending stage is smaller than the descending speed in the second descending stage.
In addition, in this embodiment of the treatment apparatus shown in fig. 1A to 8, by implementing the actuator 20 as the air bag 20A, the height dimension of the treatment apparatus can be reduced to make the treatment apparatus flat. It will be appreciated that, limited by the manner in which the treatment device is used, the flattened treatment device can prevent the neck of the user from being excessively supported by the treatment device, i.e., the top carrying surface 1101 of the carrying shell 11 can be only in contact with the neck of the user when the driver 20 does not drive the carrying shell 11 to move away from the bottom shell 12, so that the neck of the user can be sufficiently spread when the carrying shell 11 is driven up and down to do periodic movement.
With continued reference to fig. 1A to 8, in this specific example of the nursing device of the present invention, the nursing device includes one of the air bags 20A, wherein the air bag 20A has two mutually communicated inflating portions 21, each of the inflating portions 21 of the air bag 20A corresponds to each end of the carrying shell 11 respectively at the bottom of the carrying shell 11, so that the air bag 20A can drive the carrying shell 11 to move away from the bottom shell 12 from the two opposite ends of the carrying shell 11, and in this way, the tilting of the carrying shell 11 can be avoided when the two inflating portions 21 of the air bag 20A drive the carrying shell 11 to move away from the bottom shell 12. In other words, the nursing device of the present invention can ensure that the carrying case 11 moves up and down in the vertical direction and the neck of the carrying user moves up and down in the vertical direction in synchronization therewith by allowing the air bag 20A to have two of the inflated portions 21.
Alternatively, in this specific example of the nursing device shown in fig. 10, the nursing device includes two air bags 20A, and the two air bags 20A correspond to two ends of the carrying case 11 respectively at the bottom of the carrying case 11, so that the two air bags 20A can drive the carrying case 11 to move away from the bottom case 12 from two opposite ends of the carrying case 11, in this way, the carrying case 11 can be prevented from tilting when the two air bags 20A drive the carrying case 11 to move towards the bottom case 12.
With continued reference to fig. 1 to 8, the nursing device further includes at least one controller 30, wherein the driver 20 is controllably connected to the controller 30 to control the state of the driver 20 via the controller 30, so that the driver 20 can drive the carrying shell 11 to move away from the bottom shell 12 and allow the carrying shell 11 to move close to the bottom shell 12, thereby allowing the carrying shell 11 to move alternately to perform a periodical motion. Preferably, the controller 30 is mounted to the carrying case 11.
In the embodiment where the driver 0 is implemented as the air bag 20A, the controller 30 includes an air pump 31 and an air valve 32, the air pump 31 and the air valve 32 are configured to communicate with the air bag 20A, for example, the air pump 31 and the air valve 32 communicate with the air bag 20A through an air pipe 33. When the air pump 31 inflates the air bag 20A and the air valve 32 is closed, the air bag 20A is inflated to expand to drive the bearing shell 11 to move in a direction away from the bottom shell 12, and accordingly, when the air valve 32 stops inflating the air bag 20A and the air valve 32 is opened, the air bag 20A is deflated to contract to allow the bearing shell 11 to move in a direction close to the bottom shell 12, so that the bearing shell 11 is allowed to move up and down alternately to do periodic movement. It is worth mentioning that in other examples of the care device of the present invention, the actuator 20 may be implemented as a pneumatic cylinder or a hydraulic device, and accordingly, the controller 30 may be implemented as a solenoid valve. In other words, the types of the driver 20 and the controller 30 are not limited in the nursing device of the present invention as long as the driver 20 can drive the bearing shell 11 to move in the direction away from the bottom shell 12 and allow the bearing shell 11 to move in the direction close to the bottom shell 12, and the controller 30 can control the driver 20 to drive the bearing shell 11 to move in the direction away from the bottom shell 12 and allow the bearing shell 11 to move in the direction close to the bottom shell 12.
With continued reference to fig. 1A to 8, the carrying case 11 includes a carrying case 111, a mounting case 112 mounted to the carrying case 111, and an integrating space 113 formed between the carrying case 111 and the mounting case 112, wherein the carrying top 1101 of the carrying case 11 is formed on the top surface of the carrying case 111. The driver 20 is held at a lower side of the mounting case 112, and the controller 30 is mounted at an upper side of the mounting case 112 and held at the integration space 113. The mounting case 112 has at least one through hole 1120, and the air tube 33 passes through the through hole 1120 of the mounting case 112 to allow one end of the air tube 33 to communicate with the air pump 31 and the air valve 32 provided in the integrated space 113, and to allow the other end of the air tube 33 to communicate with the air bladder 20A provided at the bottom of the mounting case 112.
Preferably, at least one of the upper side and the lower side of the driver 20 implemented as the air bag 20A is fixed to the mounting case 112 and the bottom case 12 of the carrier case 11, so that the positional misalignment of the air bag 20A between the carrier case 11 and the bottom case 12 can be avoided, which can ensure that the air bag 20A always corresponds to the designed driving position of the carrier case 11 at the bottom of the carrier case 11. For example, in a preferred example of the nursing device of the present invention, the upper side of the air bag 20A is fixed to the mounting case 112 of the carrying case 11 and the lower side thereof is attached to the bottom case 12; in another example of the nursing device, the lower side of the air bag 20A is fixed to the bottom case 12, and the upper side thereof is attached to the mounting case 112 of the carrying case 11; in still another example of the nursing device, the upper side of the air bag 20A is fixed to the mounting case 112 of the carrying case 11, while the lower side of the air bag 20A is fixed to the bottom case 12.
It should be noted that the designed driving position of the carrying case 11 is related to the number and type of the air bags 20A. For example, in this particular example of the care apparatus shown in fig. 1A to 8, the number of the air cells 20A is one, and the air cells 20A have two of the inflating portions 21, when the designed driving positions of the carrying case 11 are both end portions of the carrying case 11; in this particular example of the care device shown in fig. 10, the number of the air bags 20A is two, and the designed driving positions of the carrying case 11 are both end portions of the carrying case 11; it will be appreciated that in other examples of the treatment device, if the number of air bags 20A is one, the designed driving position of the carrying case 11 is the middle of the carrying case 11.
With continued reference to fig. 1A to 8, the nursing device further includes a connecting portion 40, the connecting portion 40 is used for connecting the carrying case 11 and the bottom case 12 to form the nursing device as a whole, so as to facilitate carrying the nursing device and prevent the bottom case 12 from being lost. Specifically, the connecting portion 40 has a connecting top portion 41 and a connecting bottom portion 42 corresponding to the connecting top portion 41, the connecting top portion 41 of the connecting portion 40 extends upward to be mounted on the carrying case 11, so as to allow the connecting portion 40 to be connected with the carrying case 11, and correspondingly, the connecting bottom portion 42 of the connecting portion 40 extends downward to be mounted on the bottom case 12, so as to allow the connecting portion 40 to be connected with the bottom case 12.
Preferably, the connecting portion 40 completely encloses the space formed between the carrying case 11 and the bottom case 12 around the carrying case 11 and the bottom case 12, thus hiding the drive 20 and improving the integrity of the nursing device.
More preferably, the connecting portion 40 is deformable, for example, the connecting portion 40 is a flexible connecting portion, so as to allow the shape of the connecting portion 40 to be changed along with the change of the relative positions of the carrying shell 11 and the bottom shell 12, so that the connecting portion 40 can close the space formed between the carrying shell 11 and the bottom shell 12 during the neck treatment process of the user using the treatment device. Specifically, when the driver 20 drives the bearing shell 11 to move in a direction away from the bottom shell 12 to make the bearing shell 11 and the bottom shell 12 have a longer distance, the connecting portion 40 is pulled and deformed to make the connecting top portion 41 and the connecting bottom portion 42 of the connecting portion 40 have a longer distance, and accordingly, when the driver 20 allows the bearing shell 11 to move in a direction close to the bottom shell 12 to make the bearing shell 11 and the bottom shell 12 have a shorter distance, the connecting portion 40 returns to the original state to make the connecting top portion 41 and the connecting bottom portion 42 of the connecting portion 40 have a shorter distance.
It is worth mentioning that the cross-sectional shape of the connecting portion 40 is not limited in the nursing device of the present invention, for example, the cross-sectional shape of the connecting portion 40 may be a "Z" shape or a "W" shape.
It is also worth mentioning that the mounting manner of the connecting top portion 41 and the carrying shell 11 and the mounting manner of the connecting bottom portion 42 and the bottom shell 12 of the connecting portion 40 are not limited in the nursing device, for example, the connecting top portion 41 and the carrying shell 11 of the connecting portion 40 may be but not limited to a screw joint mounting and a glue joint mounting, and correspondingly, the connecting bottom portion 42 and the bottom shell 12 of the connecting portion 40 may be but not limited to a screw joint mounting and a glue joint mounting.
With continued reference to fig. 1A to 8, the nursing device includes a pair of massage portions 50 symmetrically disposed on the carrying case 11, wherein the massage portions 50 can directly contact the neck of the user when the neck of the user is carried by the carrying case 11 to provide massage to the neck of the user. Meanwhile, when the neck of the user is supported by the supporting shell 11, the spine of the user does not face any one of the massage parts 50, but corresponds to a space between the two massage parts 50, so that the two massage parts 50 can massage muscles and ligaments near the spine to be relaxed.
Nursing device is through with two massage portion 50 set up in bear the mode of shell 11, make two massage portion 50 with bear the motion synchronization and the range unanimity of shell 11, so two massage portion 50 can be in user's neck quilt bear shell 11 and the in-process massage user's of up-and-down motion in turn in order to be periodic motion neck, so nursing device can massage and make it relax corresponding to muscle, the ligament of cervical vertebra when the form of the adjacent vertebra of constitution cervical vertebra resumes normal physiological form, so by a wide margin the body improves nursing effect.
Further, in the process that the bearing shell 11 drives the two massage parts 50 to move synchronously, the self states of the two massage parts 50 can be adjusted, for example, the heights and/or angles of the two massage parts 50 relative to the bearing shell 11 can be adjusted, so that when the bearing shell 11 bears the neck of the user to different height positions, the two massage parts 50 can provide different massage effects, thereby being beneficial to matching the relaxation degree of muscles and ligaments corresponding to the cervical vertebra with the curvature of the cervical vertebra.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1A to 8, the bearing housing 111 of the bearing housing 11 has two massage channels 1111 respectively communicating with the integration space 113 of the bearing housing 11 at two opposite ends of the bearing housing 111. The two massage parts 50 have one contact surface 501, respectively, wherein the two massage parts 50 are mounted to the mounting housing 112 of the carrying case 11 in such a manner that the massage parts 50 correspond to the massage passages 1111 of the carrying case 111, respectively, and the contact surfaces 501 of the two massage parts 50 are not lower than the outer side surface of the carrying case 111. That is, the contact surfaces 501 of the two massage parts 50 are not lower than the top bearing surface 1101 of the bearing shell 11, so that, on one hand, a gap can be avoided between the bearing shell 111 of the bearing shell 11 and the massage parts 50 to improve the aesthetic appearance of the nursing device, and, on the other hand, when the neck of the user is borne by the top bearing surface 1101 of the bearing shell 11, the neck of the user can directly contact the contact surfaces 501 of the two massage parts 50. Preferably, when the nursing device is not used, the contact surfaces 501 of the two massage parts 50 and the top bearing surface 1101 of the bearing shell 11 are flush, so as to improve the aesthetic appearance of the nursing device.
More specifically, with continued reference to fig. 1A to 8, the two massage portions 50 respectively include a massage main body 51, a massage air bag 52, and a restoring element 53. The massaging body 51 has a massaging side 5101 and a mounting side 5102 corresponding to the massaging side 5101, the contact surface 501 of the massaging portion 50 is formed on the massaging side 5101 of the massaging body 51, and the mounting side 5102 of the massaging body 51 is rotatably mounted to the mounting case 112 of the carrier case 11. The massage airbag 52 is held between the mounting side 5102 of the massage body 51 and the mounting housing 112. The return element 53 is mounted between the massage body 51 and the mounting housing 112.
When the massage airbag 52 is inflated to expand, the massage airbag 52 drives the massage main body 51 to rotate relative to the mounting housing 112, so that the contact surface 501 of the massage main body 51 protrudes from the top carrying surface 1101 of the carrying housing 11, and at this time, the massage main body 51 and the mounting housing 112 press the restoring element 53 to elastically deform the restoring element 53 to accumulate elastic potential energy. When the massage air bag 52 is deflated and contracted, the reset element 53 drives the massage main body 51 to rotate relative to the mounting housing 112 during the process of recovering the initial state, so that the contact surface 501 of the massage main body 51 can be flush with the bearing top surface 1101 of the bearing shell 11.

Specifically, the vibration mechanism 512 includes a motor 5121 and an eccentric 5122 mounted to a rotor of the motor 5121, and when the motor 5121 is powered, the rotor of the motor 5121 can drive the eccentric 5122 to rotate so as to vibrate the massage case 513.
The massage body 51 further includes a driving seat 514 including a fixed mounting portion 5141 and a movable mounting portion 5142 integrally extending outwardly from the fixed mounting portion 5141, wherein the fixed mounting portion 5141 of the driving seat 514 is fixedly mounted to the mounting housing 112 of the bearing housing 11, the mounting seat 511 is mounted to the movable mounting portion 5142 of the driving seat 514, and wherein the massage air bag 52 is held between the mounting housing 112 and the movable mounting portion 5142 of the driving seat 514 of the massage body 51. The driving seat 514 of the massage body 51 is deformable to change the relative angle of the movable mounting portion 5142 and the fixed mounting portion 5141 of the driving seat 514. Specifically, when the massage airbag 52 is inflated to expand, the massage airbag 52 drives the movable mounting portion 5142 of the driving seat 514 to move in a direction away from the mounting case 112 to deform the driving seat 514, so that the movable mounting portion 5142 drives the mounting seat 511 and the massage case 513 to move synchronously and in the same amplitude in a direction away from the mounting case 112.
Preferably, the driving seat 514 of the massaging body 51 is made of a flexible material, such as a rubber material or a silicone material, so that on the one hand the driving seat 514 of the massaging body 51 is allowed to deform and on the other hand the driving seat 514 of the massaging body 51 is able to absorb vibrations while avoiding vibrations from being conducted to the housing 10, so that the nursing device can be kept quiet when it is used.
With continued reference to fig. 1A-8, the massage bladder 52 of the massage portion 50 is controllably connected to the controller 30 such that the air pump 31 and the air valve 32 of the controller 30 cooperate to enable the massage bladder 52 to be inflated or deflated. During the process that the air bag 20A is inflated, the air pump 31 and the air valve 32 of the controller 30 cooperate with each other to continuously inflate and deflate the massage air bags 52 of the massage parts 50, so that the two massage parts 50 massage muscles and ligaments corresponding to the cervical vertebrae on opposite sides of the cervical vertebrae of the user, allowing the degree of relaxation of the muscles and ligaments corresponding to the cervical vertebrae to be matched with the curvature of the cervical vertebrae, thereby greatly improving the nursing effect. It is understood that the two massage parts 50 can massage the neck of the user at opposite sides of the cervical vertebrae in such a manner as to alternately press and relax muscles and ligaments corresponding to the cervical vertebrae. Preferably, the two massage parts 50 may further provide vibration to perform vibration massage on the neck of the user, and it is understood that the vibration massage is provided in a state that the curvature of the cervical vertebrae of the user is increased to restore the shape of the adjacent vertebrae constituting the cervical vertebrae to a normal physiological shape, and the frequency generated by the vibration more easily stimulates the tissues between the adjacent vertebrae to greatly improve the nursing effect.
Referring to fig. 9D to 9F, the air pump 31 of the controller 30 is in a non-operating state and the air valve 32 is in an operating state to allow the air bag 20A to be deflated so as to enable the air bag 20A to gradually contract, and during the deflation of the air bag 20A, the air bag 20A allows the bearing shell 11 to move towards a direction close to the bottom shell 12 so as to bear the downward movement of the neck of the user, wherein, on one hand, the connecting part 40 has a tendency to restore to the initial state, and on the other hand, the curvature of the cervical vertebrae of the user is reduced. During the deflation of the air bag 20A, the air pump 31 and the air valve 32 of the controller 30 cooperate with each other to continuously inflate and deflate the massage air bags 52 of the massage parts 50, so that the two massage parts 50 continue to massage the muscles and ligaments corresponding to the cervical vertebrae on opposite sides of the cervical vertebrae of the user.
