121。The display screen 110 can be used for displaying images, for example, displaying status information, power information, time, video, photos, etc. of the electronic device 100 . Referring to FIG. 2, the display screen 110 may include a display module 112 and a cover plate 111 covering the display module 112. The edge of the cover plate 111 may be covered on the middle frame 121 and sealed with the middle frame 121. So that the display module 112 can be enclosed in the casing 120 . Referring to FIG. 3 , which is a partial sectional view of A-A in FIG. 1 , the display module 112 may include a display layer 1121 and a circuit board 1122 laminated with the display layer 1121 . Wherein, the display layer 1121 is provided with a touch circuit (not shown in the figure), and the display layer 1121 can be electrically connected to the circuit board 1122 , so that the touch circuit on the display layer 1121 can be electrically connected to the circuit board 1122 . When the user touches the display screen 110 through the cover plate 111 , the touch circuit on the display layer 1121 can sense the user's touch, and respond according to the position or action of the touch. Wherein, one end of the display layer 1121 can be bent towards the circuit board 1122 to be electrically connected with the circuit board 1122, and the display layer 1121 can form a bending part 11211 at the bent part, so that the display layer 1121 can be connected to the circuit board through the bending part 11211. 1122 electrical connections. For example, the bent portion 11211 may be located at the bottom of the electronic device 100 , and the bent portion 11211 may protrude toward the side wall of the housing 120 , where the side wall of the housing 120 may be understood as the middle frame 121 of the electronic device 100 .

With the continuous development of display technologies, the display screens of electronic devices are also increasingly developing in the direction of large screens with narrow borders, so that the electronic devices have a larger screen-to-body ratio. At present, in order to increase the screen-to-body ratio of electronic devices, the frame size of the display screen is usually reduced by reducing the bending radius of the bending portion. Alternatively, it is also possible to reduce the size of the upper frame of the display screen by reducing the distance from the bending portion to the middle frame, thereby increasing the screen-to-body ratio of the display screen. However, if the bending radius of the bending part is too small, the probability of dead bending of the bending part will be increased, and even the touch circuit on the bending part will be broken, which will cause problems such as poor display on the display screen. After reducing the distance from the bending part to the middle frame, when the electronic device falls or is bumped, the middle frame is easily deformed by the external impact force and squeezes the bending part, so that the contact on the bending part The control line is damaged due to extrusion and deformation, causing poor display on the display screen.

In the related art, in order to solve the above problems, an electronic device is provided, in which glue is provided on the inner side of the bending part in the display screen to support the bending part, thereby preventing the bending part from being deformed and improving the display screen. reliability and stability. However, after the glue is injected into the inner side of the bending part, once it solidifies, it is difficult to remove it from the bending part. During the production process of the display module, if there are process errors such as glue dispensing or overflow, it is difficult to carry out For rework, only components can be scrapped, which reduces the rework performance of the display module and increases the scrap rate of electronic equipment.

Based on the above problems, an embodiment of the present application provides an electronic device, which can effectively improve the repair performance of the display module, reduce the scrap rate of electronic products, and thus effectively improve the product yield of the electronic device.

Continuing to refer to FIG. 3 , the display module 112 in the electronic device 100 may further include a support member 1123, wherein the support member 1123 is detachably arranged on the side of the bent portion 11211 facing away from the side wall of the casing 120, for example The support piece 1123 can be disposed inside the bent portion 11211 , so that the support piece 1123 can support the bent portion 11211 . For example, the support piece 1123 can be placed on the inner side of the bent portion 11211, or the support piece 1123 can also be bonded to the inner side of the bent portion 11211 through an easily peelable adhesive layer, so that the support piece 1123 can be removed from the bent portion 11211. The inner side of the support member 1123 can be disassembled, and the disassembly of the support member 1123 will not cause damage to other components on the bending portion 11211 (for example, the touch control circuit, etc.).

By making the supporting piece 1123 detachably arranged on the inner side of the bending portion 11211, when the bending portion 11211 is subjected to an external impact force, the supporting piece 1123 can effectively support the bending portion 11211, and the bending portion can be reduced or avoided. 11211 is deformed to prevent the touch circuit on the bent portion from being damaged due to the deformation of the bent portion 11211 , which can effectively ensure the reliability and stability of the display screen 110 . And by making the support 1123 detachably arranged inside the bending part 11211, in other words, the installation and disassembly of the support 1123 inside the bending part 11211 will not affect the display module 112, which can effectively improve the support 1123 in the folding. Flexibility provided on the bend 11211. When the display module 112 has a process error in the production process, the support member 1123 can be disassembled from the bending part 11211 at any time to repair the display module 112. After the display module 112 is repaired, it can be repaired again. The supporting member 1123 is installed inside the bending portion 11211 , so as to complete the repair work of the display module 112 . In this way, the rework performance of the display module 112 can be effectively improved, the scrap rate of the display module 112 can be reduced, and the yield rate of the electronic device 100 can be improved.

Continuing to refer to FIG. 3 , the display layer 1121 may further include a display portion 11212 and a connection portion 11213, wherein the display portion 11212 and the connection portion 11213 may be respectively located at both ends of the bending portion 11211, and the display portion 11212 and the connection portion 11213 may pass through The bending part 11211 is connected, and the display part 11212 can be used to display image information. For example, the display part 11212 can be located on the side of the display module 112 facing the cover plate 111, and corresponds to the display area on the cover plate 111, so that the display The part 11212 can display image information through the cover plate 111 . The bending portion 11211 can be electrically connected to the circuit board 1122 through the connection portion 11213 , so that the touch control circuit on the display layer 1121 can be electrically connected to the circuit board 1122 through the connection portion 11213 .

A protective layer 1129 can also be provided on the bent portion 11211, and the protective layer 1129 can be located on the side of the bent portion 11211 facing the housing 120. In other words, the protective layer 1129 can be located outside the bent portion 11211. During the bending process, the part located inside the bending part 11211 is compressed and is in a compressed state, and the part located outside the bending part 11211 is pulled and is in a stretched state. The touch circuit on the bending part 11211 is usually located at the bend The side near the outer side of the part 11211, in other words, the touch circuit on the bending part 11211 will be in a stretched state during the bending process, which will increase the probability of breaking the touch circuit.

Therefore, the protective layer 1129 is provided on the outside of the bending part 11211, so that during the bending process of the bending part 11211, the touch circuit can be placed in the neutral layer, and the neutral layer means neither tension nor tension in terms of material mechanics. Unstressed transition layer. In other words, during the bending process of the bending part 11211, the protection layer 1129 is in a tension state, the part inside the bending part 11211 is in a compression state, and the touch circuit located in the neutral layer is neither pulled nor stretched. under pressure. This can effectively reduce or avoid breakage of the touch circuit, effectively protect the touch circuit, and help improve the reliability and stability of the display module 112 .

Wherein, the protective layer 1129 may be an adhesive layer, and the protective layer 1129 may be coated on the bent portion 11211 . For example, before the bent portion 11211 is not bent, the protective layer 1129 can be coated on the position to be bent, and then the protective layer 1129 and the unbent bent portion 11211 can be bent together. The adhesive layer has better flexibility and adhesion, which can facilitate the bending of the bending part 11211, and can also improve the firmness and reliability of the connection between the protective layer 1129 and the bending part 11211, and can effectively reduce the Or prevent the protective layer 1129 from falling off.

A polarizer 1127 and an optical glue 1126 can also be arranged between the display part 11212 and the cover 111, the polarizer 1127 can be arranged on the side of the display part 11212 facing the cover 111, and the optical glue 1126 can be arranged between the polarizer 1127 and the cover. between the plates 111 , so that the polarizer 1127 and the cover plate 111 can be bonded and connected by optical glue 1126 .

The display module 112 can also be provided with a driver chip 1128, the driver chip 1128 can be arranged on the connection part 11213, and be electrically connected with the connection part 11213, the driver chip 1128 can transmit the driving information to the display module 112, so that the display module The display unit 11212 in the group 112 can display corresponding image information. Wherein, the driving chip 1128 may be formed by slicing a wafer, and a wafer refers to a silicon wafer used for manufacturing semiconductor circuits.

An auxiliary layer 1124 may also be provided between the display portion 11212 and the connection portion 11213. For example, the auxiliary layer 1124 may include a first backplane 11241, a heat dissipation layer 11242, and a pad layer 11243 stacked in sequence from the display portion 11212 to the connection portion 11213. and the second backplane 11244. Wherein, the first back plate 11241 can provide rigid support for the display part 11212, so as to reduce or avoid deformation, bending or breakage of the display part 11212. The second backplane 11244 can provide rigid support for the connecting portion 11213 to reduce or avoid bending or deformation of the connecting portion 11213 , which helps to improve the structural stability and reliability of the display layer 1121 .

The heat dissipation layer 11242 has good heat dissipation, and its temperature will gradually rise during the working process of the display part 11212. When the temperature of the display part 11212 is too high, it will have an adverse effect on the working performance of the display module 112. At this time, the heat dissipation layer 11242 can effectively dissipate heat and cool down the display part 11212, so as to improve the stability and reliability of the display module 112. For example, the heat dissipation layer 11242 can be a film layer made of metal copper, which has Good thermal conductivity can effectively improve the heat dissipation performance of the heat dissipation layer 11242, thereby effectively improving the heat dissipation effect on the display part 11212, preventing the temperature of the display part 11212 from being too high and affecting the normal display of the display part 11212, and helping to improve the performance of the display module. 112 Stability and reliability of work.

The cushion layer 11243 can increase the distance between the display part 11212 and the connecting part 11213, and help to increase the bending radius of the bending part 11211, which can effectively reduce or avoid dead bending in the bending part 11211, and prevent the bending part 11211 is broken or damaged on the touch circuit on the bent portion 11211 due to the dead bend, thereby effectively improving the reliability and stability of the display module 112 .

On the side of the bending part 11211 facing the auxiliary layer 1124, there is a receiving cavity 1125 (shown in FIG. 4 ), at least part of the support member 1123 can be located in the receiving cavity 1125, and abut against the inner wall of the bending part 11211, so that The supporting member 1123 can provide support for the bent portion 11211 .

For example, in a possible implementation manner, as shown in FIG. 3 , the support piece 1123 can fill up the accommodating cavity 1125 formed by the bent portion 11211 , so that the support piece 1123 can provide support for the bent portion 11211 , which can effectively Increase the contact area between the support member 1123 and the bending portion 11211, improve the supporting effect of the support member 1123 on the bending portion 11211, effectively reduce or avoid the deformation of the bending portion 11211, and prevent the bending portion 11211 from being deformed and causing the bending portion 11211 to fall. The touch circuit of the display module 112 is damaged or broken, thereby effectively improving the stability and reliability of the display module 112 .

FIG. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of another display module provided by an embodiment of the present application.

Or, in another possible implementation manner, as shown in FIG. 4 , one end of the support member 1123 may be connected to the auxiliary layer 1124 , and the other end may be located in the accommodating cavity 1125 and abut against the inner wall of the accommodating cavity 1125 . For example, one end of the support member 1123 can be located between the first backboard 11241 and the second backboard 11244, so that the first backboard 11241 and the second backboard 11244 can fix the support member 1123, which can effectively improve the strength of the support member. The firmness and reliability of the arrangement of 1123 in the accommodating cavity 1125 can effectively reduce or avoid the offset or misalignment of the support member 1123 , and help improve the reliability and stability of the support member 1123 supporting the bending portion 11211 .

Wherein, the end of the supporting member 1123 abutting against the inner wall of the receiving chamber 1125 can be arc-shaped, which can effectively improve the fit between the supporting member 1123 and the bending portion 11211, and improve the supporting effect of the supporting member 1123 on the bending portion 11211 . Moreover, the arc-shaped support member 1123 can also avoid sharp corner structures on the support member 1123, prevent the sharp corner structures from causing damage to the bending part 11211, avoid damage to the touch circuit on the bending part 11211, and effectively improve the The protective effect on the bending part 11211.

For example, the radius of the arc at the end where the support 1123 abuts against the inner wall of the accommodating cavity 1125 can be 0.2 mm to 0.4 mm, which can effectively improve the fit between the support 1123 and the bending part 11211 and lift the support 1123 to fold in half. The supporting effect of the curved part 11211. Moreover, the sharp corner structure on the support member 1123 can be effectively reduced, avoiding damage to the bending portion 11211 by the support member 1123 , and effectively improving the protection effect of the support member 1123 on the bending portion 11211 .

Of course, in some examples, the end of the support member 1123 abutting against the bent portion 11211 may not be limited to a circular arc shape, for example, the end of the support member 1123 facing the bent portion 11211 may also be other types of protruding structures.

In the embodiment of the present application, the support member 1123 can be foam, which is a material formed by foaming plastic particles. For example, the support member 1123 can be polyvinyl chloride (Polyvinyl chloride; PVC for short) foam, polyurethane (polyurethane; abbreviation: PU) foam. Foam has the characteristics of light weight, free bending and high elasticity, and the use of foam to support the bending part 11211 helps to reduce the weight of the display module 112, and can also improve the flexibility of setting the support member 1123 in the accommodating cavity 1125 sex. In addition, the highly elastic support member 1123 can also provide certain elastic protection for the bending portion 11211 , and can provide elastic buffer for deformation of the bending portion 11211 , thereby effectively reducing or avoiding damage to the touch circuit on the bending portion 11211 .

Alternatively, the supporting member 1123 can also be made of silica gel, which has high elasticity and can effectively improve the support and elastic cushioning effect of the supporting member 1123 on the bending portion 11211 .

The above-mentioned foam or silica gel can be filled or placed in the accommodating cavity 1125, or a third adhesive layer (not shown in the figure) can also be provided on the outside of the support member 1123, and the third adhesive layer can be peelable The adhesive layer, the support member 1123 can be detachably arranged in the receiving cavity 1125 through the third adhesive layer. This can effectively prevent the supporting member 1123 from coming out of the receiving cavity 1125 , and help to improve the reliability and stability of the supporting member 1123 disposed in the receiving cavity 1125 .

For example, the third adhesive layer can be pressure-sensitive adhesive, etc., and the pressure-sensitive adhesive has good adhesion and peelability, so that when the support member 1123 needs to be disassembled from the bending portion 11211, it can effectively reduce the pressure on the bending portion. 11211 can avoid damage to the touch circuit on the bending portion 11211 , thereby effectively improving the detachability of the display module 112 and reducing the scrapping rate of the display module 112 .

Of course, in some examples, the third adhesive layer may also be other adhesive layers with peelable properties.

In the embodiment of the present application, continue to refer to FIG. 4 , the electronic device 100 may further include a cover 140, and the cover 140 may be arranged on the side of the display module 112 that has the bent portion 11211. The cover One end of 140 can be sealingly connected with the cover plate 111 , and the other end can extend along the outer surface of the bent portion 11211 and be sealingly connected with the circuit board 1122 . The covering part 140 can protect the bending part 11211 to a certain extent, can effectively reduce or avoid damage to the touch circuit on the bending part 11211 , and helps to improve the stability and reliability of the display module 112 . Moreover, the covering member 140 also has a certain degree of waterproofness, which can provide waterproof protection for the display module 112 at the position of the bending part 11211, and can effectively reduce external water stains, oil stains, etc. from entering the display module 112, preventing the above-mentioned Dirt enters the display module 112 and affects the normal operation of the display module 112 .

Wherein, the covering part 140 may be a resin film, for example, the covering part 140 may be a mylar sheet made of polyethylene terephthalate (polyethylene glycol terephthalate; referred to as: PET), or the covering part 140 can also be a film made of other resin materials. The above-mentioned resin film has good sealing performance, which can effectively improve the waterproof performance of the covering part 140 , thereby effectively improving the waterproof protection effect of the covering part 140 on the display module 112 .

Wherein, there is a first adhesive layer (not shown in the figure) on the side of the cover 140 facing the display module 112, and the cover 140 can be connected with the cover plate 111 and the bending part 11211 through the first adhesive layer. The outer surface and the circuit board 1122 are hermetically connected. This can effectively improve the firmness and sealing of the connection between the covering member 140 and the cover plate 111, the outer surface of the bent portion 11211 and the circuit board 1122, and can effectively reduce or avoid the falling off of the covering member 140, thereby effectively improving the sealing performance of the covering member 140. The firmness and reliability of the covering part 140 improve the protective performance of the covering part 140 on the display module 112 .

For example, the first adhesive layer can be pressure-sensitive adhesive, which can improve the peelability of the cover 140 and help improve the rework performance of the display module 112 .

Conductive particles (not shown) can also be provided inside the cladding 140, for example, conductive particles can be doped in the molding material of the cladding 140, so that the cladding 140 has conductivity, so that The display module 112 can be grounded through the covering part 140 to conduct electric charges, which can reduce or avoid the problem of static electricity accumulation on the covering part 140 and help to improve the antistatic property of the display module 112 .

For example, the conductive particles disposed in the covering member 140 can be conductive carbon black or graphite, etc., and these materials have good conductivity, which can effectively improve the antistatic performance of the display module 112 .

FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view along line B-B in FIG. 1 . For example, the electronic device 100 may be a straight mobile phone with a curved screen, and both sides of the cover plate 111 of the mobile phone may have a certain curvature.

In the related art, glue is usually filled on the outside of the bent part in the casing to provide support and waterproof protection for the bent part on the outside of the bent part. However, the glue is filled on the outside of the bent part. Once the glue is cured, It is difficult to separate from the bending part, so that the display module has the problem of poor rework performance.

In the embodiment of the present application, continue to refer to FIG. 4, the electronic device 100 may further include a waterproof member 150 located in the housing 120, and as shown in FIG. 5, the waterproof member 150 may be arranged around the display module 112, and The waterproof member 150 can be sealingly connected with the side wall of the housing 120 , the bottom wall of the housing 120 and the cover 111 , for example, the waterproof member 150 can be sealed and connected with the cover 111 , the middle frame 121 and the rear case 122 . The waterproof member 150 is waterproof, and the waterproof member 150 is arranged around the display module 112 , and the waterproof member 150 is sealed and connected with the cover plate 111 , the middle frame 121 and the rear case 122 . In this way, the display module 112 can be completely enclosed in the housing 120, which can effectively reduce or prevent external water stains from entering the display module 112 from the housing 120, preventing water stains from entering the display module 112 and making the display module 112 is broken or damaged, which helps to improve the stability and reliability of the display module 112 and improve the waterproof performance of the electronic device 100 .

Moreover, the waterproof member 150 can also play a certain buffering and supporting role between the middle frame 121 and the bending part 11211, which can reduce or avoid the impact force of the electronic device 100 on the bending part 11211 in the process of falling or bumping, and prevent bending. The bent portion 11211 is damaged under the impact force, which can effectively improve the protection of the bent portion 11211 . Compared with the method of filling glue on the outside of the bending part in the related art, filling glue on the outside of the bending part 11211 can be omitted, effectively avoiding the problem of reducing the rework performance of the display module 112 due to the setting of glue, thereby effectively improving The rework performance of the display module 112 is improved, the scrap rate of the electronic device 100 is reduced, and the product yield rate is improved.

Wherein, in a possible implementation manner, the waterproof member 150 can be a foam member, and a waterproof layer (not shown in the figure) can be arranged on the outer periphery of the foam member, for example, a resin film can be arranged on the foam member , so that the foam piece can block moisture, so that the waterproof piece 150 is waterproof. A second adhesive layer (not shown in the figure) can also be provided on the waterproof layer, and the waterproof member 150 can be connected with the cover plate 111, the side wall of the housing 120 and the bottom wall of the housing 120 through the second adhesive layer. Sealed connection. This can effectively improve the firmness and tightness of the connection between the waterproof member 150 and the cover plate 111, the side wall of the housing 120, and the bottom wall of the housing 120, and can effectively reduce or avoid the detachment of the waterproof member 150, thereby effectively improving waterproofing. The reliability and stability of the component 150 is improved, and the waterproof performance of the electronic device 100 is improved.

Moreover, the foam part also has good elasticity, so that the waterproof part 150 can provide a good elastic buffer between the bending part 11211 and the casing 120, and when the electronic device 100 is dropped or bumped, the middle frame 121 is deformed. , the waterproof member 150 can effectively absorb the impact force from the middle frame 121, thereby effectively reducing the force on the bent portion 11211, preventing the bent portion 11211 from being deformed, and avoiding the deformation of the bent portion 11211 and causing the display layer 1121 The touch circuit is damaged, thereby effectively improving the impact resistance of the display module 112 and improving the stability and reliability of the electronic device 100 .

Wherein, the second adhesive layer can be a pressure-sensitive adhesive, which can effectively improve the detachability of the waterproof member 150. During the production of the electronic device 100, if a process error occurs, the waterproof member 150 can be removed from the casing 120 and the cover. The board 111 is peeled off to repair the electronic device 100 , which helps to improve the repair performance of the electronic device 100 .

Or, in another possible implementation manner, the waterproof member 150 can also be a waterproof tape. The waterproof tape itself has adhesiveness and good waterproof performance. The waterproof tape is surrounded by the display module 112. , and bonding between the waterproof member 150 and the cover plate 111, the side wall of the housing 120 and the bottom wall of the housing 120 can effectively reduce or prevent water stains from entering the display module 112, thereby effectively improving the display module. The waterproof performance of the group 112 improves the waterproof performance of the electronic device 100 .

Continuing to refer to FIG. 5 , the electronic device 100 may further include a fourth adhesive layer 160, and the fourth adhesive layer 160 may be located on an end face where the side wall of the housing 120 is connected to the cover plate 111, in other words, the fourth adhesive layer 160 The layer 160 can be located between the middle frame 121 and the cover plate 111 , so that the cover plate 111 and the middle frame 121 can be sealed and connected through the fourth adhesive layer 160 . This can effectively improve the sealing between the cover plate 111 and the middle frame 121, and can effectively prevent external water stains, oil stains, etc. from entering the display module 112 from the gap between the cover plate 111 and the middle frame 121, thereby effectively improving The waterproof performance of the electronic device 100 .

160。Wherein, the fourth adhesive layer 160 can be an adhesive layer formed by hot melt adhesive, for example, it can be polyurethane hot melt adhesive, polyamide hot melt adhesive, etc., hot melt adhesive is a kind of plastic adhesive, and hot melt adhesive Different states may be present at different temperatures. For example, at high temperature, the hot melt adhesive may be in a liquid state, and after being cooled at room temperature or low temperature, the hot melt adhesive may be cooled and solidified to form the fourth adhesive layer 160 .

During the sealing connection process between the cover plate 111 and the middle frame 121, high-temperature liquid hot melt adhesive can be injected between the cover plate 111 and the middle frame 121.
