Description
本实用新型涉及一种复合竹编地板拼块。
现有地板拼块有陶瓷釉面类，玻璃质类的木竹类，塑料类，其结构一般为均质板材表面印刷花纹，图案，再涂复表面材料制成；或用木条，竹条按一定几何图案拼接成块。对用竹条按一定几何图案拼接成块的地板拼块，虽体现了竹材特有的特性，但由于竹材本身的一些不足在选料，加工等方面受到很大限制。
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种复合竹编地板拼块。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：有一层用经纬法编织成的篾片（1），篾片（1）上复合有一层用经纬分色平面提花法编织成的图案片（2），在图案片（2）上有一层透明耐磨涂层（3）。竹材很容易被加工成条状薄片，一层以上的用经纬法纺织成的篾片（1）保证了篾片（1）的厚度和强，同时篾片（1）的大小和几何形状随意，在篾片（1）上复合的一层用经纬分色平面提花法编织成的图案片（2）。既体现了本实用新型材料特征，又使本实用新型具有千变万化的具竹编特色的图案，花纹。在图案片（2）上的透明耐磨涂层（3）可采用现有各种透明耐磨涂料制成，其作用是使本实用新型的表面光洁，增强耐磨性等。
本实用新型的目的可以采取如下措施：有五层用经纬法编织成的篾片（1），篾片（1）上复合有一层用经纬分色平面提花法编织成的图案片（2），在图案片（2）上涂复有一层玻璃钢层（3）。
下面通过实施例，结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述。

篾片（1）有五层用15至20毫米宽薄竹条采用经纬编织方法编成的单片，图案片（2）是一层用3至5毫米宽细薄竹条采用经纬分色平面提花法编织成。篾片（1）和图案片（2）采用高温高压制成竹胶合板，在图案片（2）面上涂复有一层玻璃钢质的透明耐磨涂层（3）。
本实用新型具有强度高，花色古朴典雅，防滑耐磨，生产成本低等特点。
Claims (2)
1、复合竹编地板拼块，其特征在于有一层用经纬法编织分色平面提花法编织成的篾片(1)，篾片(1)上复合有一层用经纬分色平面提花法编织成的图案片(2)，在图案片(2)上有一层透明耐磨涂层(3)。
2、如权利要求1所述的拼块，其特征在于有五层用经纬法编织成的篾片（1），篾片（1）上复合有一层用经纬分色平面提花法编织成的图案片（2），在图案片（2）上涂有一层玻璃钢层（3）。
