Abstract
一种超薄型卫生巾，由离形纸贴附在不干胶上并
与PE膜吸水垫紧密压接，吸水垫采用SAP树脂或
长绒吸水木浆制成并用无纺布包合，厚度只为1.5毫
米至3毫米，结构简单，防止浸透，便于携带。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种妇女用卫生用品，尤其是提供一种结构合理、密封严谨的超薄型卫生巾。
目前公知的卫生巾其构造是由不干胶、粘贴在夹有棉层的纸制成的。该产品比较厚，吸水能力差，耗材大，并经常有浸透现象，给使用者造成许多不便。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型的超薄型卫生巾，它结构合理，吸水能力强，使用时不会发生浸透现象，不移位，而且比现有市场出售的卫生巾薄，便于携带，极大的方便用户。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，在吸水垫外端包复一层吸水纸，并在吸水纸的一面中部涂有不干胶，复盖一层PE膜。在PE膜一面涂有二道不干胶，并贴附离形纸，另一面过框部位喷有胶，包复一层高档无纺布翻压在距边框1.5cm外，以避免PE膜直接接触皮肤，卫生巾两端热压封口。吸水垫由木浆绒垫上喷有一层胶，并压复一层吸水纸而制成。木浆绒垫是由长毛绒浆加SAP树脂吸水剂混合制成。卫生巾厚度为1.5毫米至3毫米，以达到使用者舒适便于携带之目的。
由于采用了上述方案，在加附吸水垫的同时两面涂胶，并加附PE膜，无纺布使结构更加完善，不易移位，防止浸透，又轻薄方便结构简单。
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进一步说明。

在图1、图2所示的实施例中，超薄型卫生巾由离形纸，PE膜及吸水垫，无纺布组成，吸水垫（1）外端包复一层吸水纸（2），并在吸水纸（2）的一面中部涂不干胶（3），复盖一层PE膜（4），在PE膜（4）一面涂有不干胶（5），并贴附离形纸（6），在PE膜（4）另一面边框部位喷有胶，包复一层高档无纺布（7）翻压在距边框1.5cm外，卫生巾两端热压封口。
在图3所示的实施例中，吸水垫由木浆绒垫（8）喷一层胶（9）并压复一层吸水纸（10）复合而成。木浆绒垫（8）由长毛绒浆加SAP树脂吸水剂混合制成。卫生巾的厚度为1.5毫米至3毫米。
Claims (4)
1、一种超薄型卫生巾，由离形纸，PE膜及吸水垫、无纺布压接组成，其特征在于吸水垫(1)外端包复一层吸水纸(2)，并在吸水纸(2)的一面中部涂有不干胶(3)，复盖一层PE膜(4)在PE膜(4)，一面涂有不干胶(5)，并贴附离形纸(6)，在PE膜(4)一面的两边框部位喷有胶，所复一层高档无纺布(7)翻压在距边框1.5cm处，卫生巾两端热压封口。
2、根据权利要求1所述的超薄型卫生巾，其特征在于吸水垫（1）是由木浆绒垫（8）喷一层胶（9）并压复上一层吸水纸（10）制成的。
3、根据权利要求1所述的超薄型卫生巾，其特征在于木浆绒垫（8）由长毛绒浆加SAP树脂吸水剂混合制成。
4、根据权利要求1所述的超薄型卫生巾，其特征在于卫生巾的厚度为1.5毫米至3毫米。
