Referring to fig. 1, the food processor 100 includes a main machine, a processing cup 60, a cup cover assembly 70 and a hand guard 40, wherein a knife assembly (not shown) is disposed at the bottom of the processing cup 60, and the main machine is used for driving the knife assembly to stir and crush food materials in the processing cup 60. Referring to fig. 3, when the first blocking plate 30 is disposed in the third slot 113, a vertical distance H3 between the blade 21 and the first blocking plate 30 is in a range from 2.9 mm to 3.9 mm. Referring to fig. 3 to 6, the cup cover 10 includes a cover body 14, a top surface of the cover body 14 is disposed obliquely, the slicing knife 20 is disposed on the top surface of the cover body 14, and a cutting edge 21 of the slicing knife 20 is disposed obliquely upward along the top surface of the cover body 14. In this way, after the food material is cut into food pieces by the blade 21, the food pieces can be more conveniently dropped into the food cup 60 from the drop-in opening 12.
In some embodiments, the slicing knife 20 and the lid 10 are integrally formed by injection molding. In other embodiments, the slicing knife 20 is mounted to the lid 10.
Referring to fig. 2, the lid assembly further includes a second blocking plate 50, and the first blocking plate 30 or the second blocking plate 50 is selectively disposed in one of the plurality of working positions 11; the second baffle 50 is provided with a plurality of shredding knives 51, and when the second baffle 50 is arranged at any one of the working positions 11, the cutting edges of the shredding knives 51 are perpendicular to the cutting edges of the slicing knives 20. The food material is attached to the surface of the second baffle 50 and moves towards the slicing knife 20 and the shredding knife 51, and the slicing knife 20 and the shredding knife 51 respectively cut the food material along the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction, so that the food material shreds are obtained.
Through setting up second baffle 50 for existing sliced function of cooking machine 100 also has shredding's function, multiple needs that satisfy the user that can be better. when the first baffle (30) is arranged in the first clamping groove (111), the vertical distance between the blade (21) and the first baffle (30) ranges from 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm;
when the first baffle (30) is arranged in the second clamping groove (112), the vertical distance between the blade (21) and the first baffle (30) ranges from 1.7 mm to 2.7 mm;
when the first baffle (30) is arranged on the third clamping groove (113), the vertical distance between the blade (21) and the first baffle (30) ranges from 2.9 mm to 3.9 mm.

The cup lid assembly of claim 1, wherein: the cup cover (10) comprises a cover body (14), the top surface of the cover body (14) is obliquely arranged, the slicing knife (20) is arranged on the top surface of the cover body (14), and the cutting edge (21) of the slicing knife (20) is obliquely upwards arranged along the top surface of the cover body (14).
