5. A 360 degree illuminated neon light strip as claimed in claim 1, wherein said first protective layer and said second protective layer are both silica gel.
6. A360 degree lighting neon light strip as claimed in claim 5 wherein the transparency of said first protective layer is greater than the transparency of said second protective layer.
7. A 360 degree lighting neon light strip as claimed in claim 1 wherein said first protective layer is circular in cross-sectional shape and said second protective layer is circular in cross-sectional shape.
8. A 360 degree illuminated neon light strip as claimed in claim 1, wherein said second protective layer is provided with cut out markings on its outside, said cut out markings being positioned to correspond to said wires.
9. A 360 degree neon light strip as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a first plug and a second plug, wherein said first plug is sleeved on one end of said second protective layer, and said second plug is sleeved on the other end of said second protective layer.
10. The 360 degree neon light strip as claimed in claim 9, further comprising a power cord, wherein said power cord is inserted through said first plug, and said power cord is electrically connected to said flexible circuit board near said first plug.
