本实用新型涉及喷雾泵领域,特别是涉及一种喷雾泵。
背景技术
喷雾泵在日常生活中应用非常广泛,例如洗发水、杀虫剂以及化妆品等,一般情况下,为了形成持续喷雾,需要使用压力容器,将液体装填在压力容器之后,需要对容器内部加压,这样必须使用具有一定强度的容器,以承受容器内部的压力。
申请人在先申请了一种储压式喷雾泵,通过设置一个储液腔,在使用的过程中,瓶体中的液体进入储液腔中,然后再通过喷嘴位置喷出,此时,在不通过喷嘴喷出液体时,储液腔与外界处于分隔状态,用以保持储液腔内液体处于被压状态,但是,在使用的初始状态下,瓶中的液体还未进入储液腔中,储液腔中留存有一定量的空气,在按压泵头时,需要用较大的力,难以按压,甚至是按压不同泵头,进而影响使用体验。
实用新型内容
基于此,有必要针对现有技术中的问题,提供一种喷雾泵。
一种喷雾泵,包括小活塞和上泵杆,所述小活塞和上泵杆之间形成储液腔,所述上泵杆设有与储液腔连通的出液孔,所述小活塞设有用于将出液孔密封的密封柱,
中间柱,下侧设有延伸至出液孔中的顶杆,所述顶杆与出液孔之间设有液体流通间隙,所述中间柱中部设有与出液孔连通的中间孔,
按压头,下侧与中间柱固定,中部设有与中间孔连接的外出液孔,
压板,与上泵杆固定,所述压板上侧与按压头下侧之间设有按压间隙,
所述按压头向下移动时,所述中间柱与按压头同步向下移动,所述中间柱顶杆向下推动小活塞,小活塞与上泵杆之间连通,储液腔与外界连通。
在其中一个实施例中,所述上泵杆上侧位置设有环形连接部,所述出液孔位于环形连接部的内侧位置,所述压板固定在环形连接部的上侧位置。
在其中一个实施例中,所述中间柱包括与出液孔套接的中环形部,所述顶杆位于中环形部内侧,所述中环形部外侧与上泵杆环形连接部内壁抵接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述压板包括与上泵杆连接的上连接部,所述上连接部中部设有通孔,所述中间柱在通孔位置穿过,所述上连接部上侧设有环形凸台,所述环形凸台延伸至上泵杆外表面的外侧位置。

上述喷雾泵,在最开始按压按压头时,与按压头固定的中间柱一起向下移动,中间柱作用于小活塞,使得小活塞向下移动一定的距离,可以将小活塞与上泵杆之间的储液腔通过出液孔、外出液孔与外界连通,在后续液体进入储液腔中时,可以将储液腔中的空气排出,可以避免储液腔中空气无法排出的问题,在按压的按压部的过程中,只需要较小的外力就可以按动,方便用户在使用过程中的按压。

所述按压头6向下移动时,所述中间柱5与按压头6同步向下移动,所述中间柱5顶杆51向下推动小活塞3,小活塞3与上泵杆4之间连通,储液腔与外界连通。
在最开始按压按压头6时,与按压头6固定的中间柱5一起向下移动,中间柱5作用于小活塞3,使得小活塞3向下移动一定的距离,可以将小活塞3与上泵杆4之间的储液腔通过出液孔、外出液孔与外界连通,在后续液体进入储液腔中时,可以将储液腔中的空气排出,可以避免储液腔中空气无法排出的问题,在按压的按压部的过程中,只需要较小的外力就可以按动,方便用户在使用过程中的按压。
储液腔作为一个液体存储腔,瓶体中的液体经过多个结构进入储液腔中,在外力的作用于小活塞3的情况下,迫使储液腔的空间减少,从而使得储液腔中的液体经过出液孔喷出,从而形成一定的喷射效果,但是,在喷雾泵在初始使用时,储液腔中存在空气,在此时,若储液腔不与外界连通,瓶体中的液体进入储液腔困难(若需要液体进入储液腔,则需要将储液腔中的空气压缩),或无法进入储液腔,需要较大的力才能按动按压头6,从而使得瓶体中液体进入储液腔,甚至导致按压头6向下按不动的情况出现,进而无法使用,但是,在采用本实用新型中技术之后,按压头6向下按压时,在按压头6的作用下,中间柱5向下移动,从而使得小活塞3与上泵杆4之间形成一个间隙,储液腔通过出液孔与外界连通,在继续按压按压泵,瓶体中的液体进入储液腔中时,由于储液腔与外界连通,因此,液体可以非常容易的将储液腔中空气排出,液体进入储液腔,由于不需要将储液腔中的空气压缩,因此可以轻松的按动按压头6,从而轻松的使用喷雾泵。
在此时,压板7上侧与按压头6下侧之间设有按压间隙,这个按压间隙的高度就是最开始中间柱5向下移动的高度,如果小活塞3的密封柱31延伸至出液孔中,则此时按压间隙大于密封柱31延伸至出液孔中的高度尺寸,这样就可以将密封柱31移动至与出液孔之间形成间隙,将储液腔与外界连通;如果小活塞3的密封柱31与出液孔是抵接的,也就是,只要作用于小活塞3,小活塞3出现下移,密封柱31与出液孔就会出现间隙,从而将储液腔与外界连通。
中间柱5是需要在上泵杆4的上侧位置上下移动的,因此在本实施例中,所述上泵杆4上侧位置设有环形连接部41,所述出液孔位于环形连接部41的内侧位置,所述压板7固定在环形连接部41的上侧位置。此时中间柱5插入上泵杆4的环形连接部41中,中间柱5下侧的顶杆51侧插入出液孔中。
对于中间柱5而言,在其向下移动的过程中将小活塞3向下推动,同时也需要保证经过其中的液体不会发生泄漏,因此,在本实施例中,所述中间柱5包括与出液孔套接的中环形部53,所述顶杆51位于中环形部53内侧,所述中环形部53外侧与上泵杆4环形连接部41内壁抵接。通过将中环形部53外侧与上泵杆4环形连接部41的内壁抵接,可以使得经过中环形部53位置的液体不会泄漏到中间柱5的外侧,进一步的,此时出液孔的外壁也与中环形部53内壁抵接,进一步的增加密封效果。
压板7作为一个移动传递结构,用于将按压头6的移动传递至上泵杆4,因此,在本实施例中,所述压板7包括与上泵杆4连接的上连接部71,所述上连接部71中部设有通孔,所述中间柱5在通孔位置穿过,所述上连接部71上侧设有环形凸台72,所述环形凸台72延伸至上泵杆4外表面的外侧位置。中间柱5在压板7上连接部71中部的通孔位置上下移动,按压头6设置在中间柱5的上侧位置,在按压头6下移时,按压头6作用在压板7的环形凸台72位置,从而将环形凸台72,以及与环形凸台72(压板7)固定的上泵杆4向下压动。
在按压头6上下移动的过程中,顶杆51是在出液孔中的,同时在顶杆51作用于小活塞3密封柱31,使得储液腔与出液孔连通,储液腔中的空气以及液体能够经过出液孔、中间孔52、外出液孔,进而喷出,顶杆51都是在出液孔内的,因此为了不影响空气和液体的流动,所述顶杆51外径小于出液孔内径,从而形成一个流动的间隙,确保空气和液体的正常流动。
而为了提高空气和液体的流动速度,在本实施例中,所述顶杆51外侧设有凹槽511。通过增加凹槽511,在不影响顶杆51推动小活塞3的情况下,可以增加顶杆51与出液孔内壁之间的间隙,从而增加空气、液体的流动速度。
在将按压头6向下按压之后,为了使得按压头6能够复位,在本实施例中,所述喷雾泵还包括主体1,所述主体1设有中空部,主体1中空部两端分别设有上通孔和下通孔,盖板2,与主体1固定,在上通孔位置将主体1中空部与外界密封,盖板2设有供上泵杆4环形连接部41穿过的通孔,复位弹簧8,复位弹簧8位于盖板2和压板7之间。进一步的,所述复位弹簧8的上侧与压板7环形凸台72下侧抵接,所述复位弹簧8下侧与盖板2抵接。此时的复位弹簧8位于盖板2和压板7的环形凸台72之间,在按压头6向下按压,压板7向下移动,从而将复位弹簧8压缩,在撤销对于按压头6向下作用力之后,在复位弹簧8的作用下,压板7、与压板7固定的上泵杆4、以及压板7上侧位置的按压头6都向上移动,从而可以将压板7、上泵杆4、按压头6都恢复至原来的位置。
对于喷雾泵的其他结构,与申请人在先申请的储压式喷雾泵结构相同,因此,不在此作详细描述。
