In use, the first cover 130 can be separated from the first opening 195 by applying a force along the tear line 299.
As shown in fig. 1B, 2A and 2B, after the first cover 130 is separated from the first opening 195, the second cover 135 can be inverted, and the inner plug 140 is inserted into and sealed with the first opening 195, and the inner sidewall 145 is screwed to the assembly portion 115 to seal the first opening 195. It should be noted that the shape of the inner plug 140 is not limited, and only needs to be inserted into and fit the first opening 195. In one embodiment, the top 141 of the inner plug 140 has a flat surface so that the inner plug 140 can be more tightly plugged into the first opening 195. In another embodiment, the top portion 141 of the inner plug 140 has a convex surface (not shown), so that the inner plug 140 can be inserted into the assembly portion 115 more easily.
In some embodiments, the cross-sectional area of the inner plug 140 from the top 141 to the base 143 may be uniform. In another embodiment, the cross-sectional area of the inner plug 140 may gradually change from the top portion 141 to the base portion 143, wherein a first cross-sectional area (not shown) of the top portion 141 of the inner plug 140 may be smaller than a second cross-sectional area (not shown) of the base portion 143 of the inner plug 140, so that the inner plug 140 can be more easily inserted into and/or removed from the assembly portion 115. In some embodiments, the base 143 of the plug 140 may be fully inserted into and fit within the first opening 195 (not shown). In other embodiments, when the inner plug 140 is inserted into and sealed with the first opening 195, the base 143 of the inner plug 140 is outside the first opening 195, as shown in fig. 2B, in other words, the second cross-sectional area of the base 143 of the inner plug 140 is greater than or equal to the first opening 195.
In some embodiments, the first height H1 of the inner sidewall 145 is greater than or equal to the second height H2 of the inner plug 140 to keep the inner plug 140 clean. In some embodiments, the inner sidewall 145 may optionally be provided with a tearable film (not shown) on the edge of the third opening 199 to further ensure the cleanness and sanitation of the inner plug 140 and the inner surface of the inner sidewall 145.
It should be noted that the second cap 135 of the reusable plastic ampoule 100 of the present invention, having the inner plug 140 and the second thread 190, can better fit the first opening 195 after the first cap 130 is separated from the first opening 195, and when the cosmetic material is to be removed again, the second cap 135 can be rotated in the opposite direction of the assembly portion 115 to remove the inner plug 140 from the assembly portion 115. Conversely, if the second cap 135 of the reusable plastic ampoule 100 of the present invention has only the second texture 190 and no inner plug 140, the second cap 135 does not seal the first opening 195 well. On the contrary, if the second cover part 135 only has the inner plug 140 without the second ridges 190, the force for removing the second cover part 135 needs to be larger than the maximum static friction force between the inner plug 140 and the assembling part 115, which is not only difficult to apply force, but also may cause the inner plug 140 to break in the assembling part 115.
In an embodiment, the material of the reusable plastic ampoule 100 may be, for example, a high temperature process resistant and resilient material, which may be, for example, plastic. In some embodiments, the hollow tube 110 may be a Polyethylene (PE) hollow tube, a polypropylene (PP) hollow tube, a Polycarbonate (PC) hollow tube, or a polylactic acid (PLA) hollow tube. In some embodiments, the bi-directional hollow cap 120 is a polyethylene bi-directional hollow cap, a polypropylene bi-directional hollow cap, a polycarbonate bi-directional hollow cap, or a polylactic acid bi-directional hollow cap. Compared with the conventional ampoule made of glass, the reusable plastic ampoule 100 made of plastic with high temperature resistance and elasticity is less prone to rupture during the sterilization operation and/or use process of high-temperature treatment, and is easier to remove residual cosmetic materials by extrusion, thereby being safe and convenient to use. In some embodiments, the coupling portion 115 and the tube portion 113 of the hollow tube 110 and the bi-directional hollow cover 120 may be integrally formed, wherein the bi-directional hollow cover 120 is engaged with the first cover 130 and seals the first opening 195 of the coupling portion 115. In the above embodiment, the bottom 117 may be coupled to the tube portion 113 after the cosmetic material is filled into the tube portion 113.
The reusable plastic ampoule of the embodiment of the utility model has the advantages that the plastic ampoule not only has safe use, but also can be used for removing the cosmetic material in an extruding way, thereby avoiding the residue of the cosmetic material. Secondly, the reusable plastic ampoule is provided with a bidirectional hollow cover body, wherein the bidirectional hollow cover body comprises a first cover part and a second cover part, the first opening of the assembling part can be connected and sealed by the second opening of the first cover part, after the first cover part is separated from the first opening, the inner plug of the second cover part is inserted into and closely fits the first opening, and the assembling part is screwed by the inner side wall of the second cover part, so that the first opening is closely fitted, and the residual cosmetic materials can be preserved. Therefore, the reusable plastic ampoule of the utility model has the advantages of safe use and/or convenient storage, and can reduce the waste of cosmetic materials.
