Abstract
The application relates to a bass enhancement device, an external earphone adopting the bass enhancement device and a Bluetooth earphone adopting the external earphone. The bass enhancement device comprises a shell and an annular wall formed in the shell, the annular wall divides the inner space of the shell into a horn accommodating cavity which is enclosed by the annular wall and is independent from each other, and a sound guide channel positioned between the annular wall and the shell, the horn accommodating cavity is further divided into a front cavity positioned below a diaphragm of the horn and a rear cavity positioned above the horn by a horn arranged in the horn accommodating cavity, and the annular wall is provided with a notch communicated with the rear cavity and the sound guide channel; the bass enhancement device is also provided with a horn sound outlet communicated with the front cavity and the outer side of the shell and a bass sound outlet communicated with the sound guide channel and the outer side of the shell. In an embodiment of the bass boosting apparatus of the external earphone according to the first aspect of the present application, the annular wall is eccentrically disposed in the housing, and surrounds with a portion of the inner side of the housing to form the horn receiving cavity.

In an embodiment of the external earphone according to the second aspect of the present application, the lower surface of the upper cover is formed with an annular rib embedded into the upper end of the speaker accommodating cavity of the bass enhancing device, and is provided with a positioning rib embedded into the positioning groove corresponding to the upper end of the housing and the annular wall of the bass enhancing device respectively.
In an embodiment of the external earphone according to the second aspect of the present application, the upper cover is provided with at least one tuning hole penetrating through the upper and lower surfaces, and a tuning net covering the tuning hole is attached to the lower surface.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application. Also, the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, an external earphone 10 according to one embodiment of the present application is mainly composed of a lower cover 11, a bass intensifying apparatus 12, a horn 13, and an upper cover 14. The lower cover 11 has an accommodating space 111, and the bass enhancement device 12 is disposed in the accommodating space 111 of the lower cover 11. The bass enhancement device 12 has a speaker accommodating cavity 123 and a sound guiding channel 125, and the speaker 13 is disposed in the speaker accommodating cavity 123 of the bass enhancement device 12, and divides the speaker accommodating cavity into a front cavity 1231 and a rear cavity 1232. The upper cover 14 covers the upper end of the bass enhancement apparatus 10 to close the upper part of the rear chamber 1232 and the sound guide passage 125 (see fig. 5). The bass enhancement device 12 is provided with a horn sound outlet 124 communicating with the front chamber 1231 and a bass sound outlet 126 communicating with the sound guide passage 125 at a position facing the ear when the headphone 10 is worn, and the lower cover 11 is provided with a through hole 112 corresponding to the horn sound outlet 124 and the bass sound outlet 126. The sound emitted from the front cavity 1231 by the speaker 13 is guided out from the speaker sound outlet 124, and the bass sound generated from the rear cavity 1232 by the speaker 13 is guided out from the bass sound outlet 126 through the sound guiding channel 125 and overlapped with the bass sound guided out from the speaker sound outlet 124, so as to generate a superposition effect and enhance the bass sound effect of the open-type earphone 10.
Referring specifically to fig. 2 and 3, the bass enhancing apparatus 12 includes a housing 121 and an annular wall 122 formed inside the housing 121, the annular wall 122 dividing an internal space of the housing 121 into two portions independent of each other. That is, the annular wall 122 is eccentrically disposed in the housing 121, and surrounds a portion of the inner side surface of the housing 121 to form the horn receiving cavity 123, and the sound guide channel 125 is formed between the annular wall 122 and the housing 121. The annular wall 122 has a step 1221 formed on an inner side surface thereof, and the horn 13 is supported and mounted on the step 1221 in a manner that the diaphragm 131 faces downward, so as to divide the horn accommodating chamber 123 into a front chamber 1231 below the horn diaphragm 131 and a rear chamber 1232 above the horn 13 (see fig. 5). A notch 1222 is formed in the upper end of the annular wall 122 to communicate the rear chamber 1232 with the sound guide channel 125. As further shown in fig. 2 and 3, the bass enhancement apparatus 12 is also provided with a horn sound outlet 124 and a bass sound outlet 126, which are disposed adjacent to each other at a position where the housing 121 faces the ears. The horn outlet 124 communicates between the front chamber 1231 and the outside of the housing 121, and guides out the sound generated in the front chamber 1231 by the horn 13. The bass sound outlet 126 communicates between the sound guide passage 125 and the outside of the housing 121, and guides the bass sound generated by the speaker 13 in the rear chamber 1232 out through the sound guide passage 125. Further, an inner ear-hanging connection portion 128 is disposed outside the casing 121 of the bass enhancing apparatus 12, and a wire hole 127 is further disposed in the casing 121 corresponding to the inner ear-hanging connection portion 127 for leading a wire passing through the inner ear-hanging connection portion 128 into the casing 121 to connect with the loudspeaker 13. Correspondingly, the lower cover 11 is provided with an external ear connection portion 113 for the internal ear connection portion 128 to penetrate through, and the internal ear connection portion 128 and the external ear connection portion 113 can be used for penetrating through a wire and connecting the external earphone 10 to a corresponding earphone device.
Referring further to fig. 4 in conjunction with fig. 5, the upper cover 14 covers the upper end of the bass enhancing apparatus 12 through a positioning structure cooperating with the bass enhancing apparatus 12, and closes the upper portion of the rear cavity 1232 and the sound guide channel 125, so as to guide out the bass sound in the rear cavity 1232 from the bass sound outlet 126 as much as possible. As shown in fig. 4 and fig. 5, a ring of annular ribs 141 is formed on the lower surface of the upper cover 14 for being inserted into the upper end of the horn receiving cavity 123 of the bass enhancing device 12. The lower surface of the upper cover 14 is further provided with positioning ribs 142 at the outer sides of the annular ribs 141 for being engaged and positioned with positioning grooves 1211 and 1223 respectively formed at the upper ends of the casing 121 and the annular wall 122 of the bass intensifying apparatus 12. Further, three tuning holes 144 penetrating the upper and lower surfaces are formed in the middle of the upper cover 14, and a mounting groove 143 is formed in the tuning hole area of the lower surface for attaching a tuning net (not shown) to cover the tuning holes 144. The three tuning holes 144 communicate the rear cavity 1232 with the outside for adjusting the air output of the horn 13, thereby adjusting the bass effect of the horn 13. The tuning nets with different densities are attached to the inner sides of the three tuning holes 144, the air output of the rear cavity 1232 can be adjusted, the density of the tuning nets is small, the air output is large, and bass is heavy.
The external earphone 10 according to the above embodiment of the present application uses the special bass enhancement device 12 to lead out the bass generated by the speaker 13 in the rear cavity 1232 from the bass outlet 126 through the sound leading channel 125, and to overlap the bass led out from the speaker outlet 124, so as to generate a superposition effect, and enhance the bass effect of the open earphone 10. The external earphone 10 according to the above-described embodiment of the present application may be applied to various external earphone application scenarios, such as bluetooth earphones, bluetooth glasses, and the like.
Fig. 6 shows a schematic structural diagram of a bluetooth headset 100 according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6, the bluetooth headset 100 mainly includes a connecting part 30, two left and right ear hanging parts 20 respectively disposed at two ends of the connecting part 30, and two left and right external headphones 10 respectively connected to the two left and right ear hanging parts 20, where the external headphones 10 are the external headphones using the bass boosting device 12 described in the foregoing embodiment. The control circuit board, the battery and the bluetooth module of the bluetooth headset 100 may be disposed in one or both of the left and right ear hanging parts 20, which is prior art and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (10)
1. A bass enhancing device of an external earphone is characterized in that the bass enhancing device comprises a shell and an annular wall formed in the shell, the annular wall divides the inner space of the shell into a horn accommodating cavity which is surrounded by the annular wall and a sound guide channel which is positioned between the annular wall and the shell, the horn accommodating cavity is further divided into a front cavity which is positioned below a diaphragm of a horn and a rear cavity which is positioned above the horn by a horn arranged in the horn accommodating cavity, and the annular wall is provided with a notch which is communicated with the rear cavity and the sound guide channel; the bass enhancement device is also provided with a horn sound outlet communicated with the front cavity and the outer side of the shell and a bass sound outlet communicated with the sound guide channel and the outer side of the shell.
2. The bass enhancing apparatus of an external earphone as claimed in claim 1, wherein the annular wall is eccentrically disposed in the housing to surround the horn-receiving chamber with a portion of the inner side of the housing.
3. The bass enhancement apparatus of an external headphone according to claim 1, wherein an inner side surface of the annular wall forms a step for mounting a horn.
4. The bass enhancement apparatus for an external earphone according to claim 1, wherein the horn sound outlet and the bass sound outlet are adjacently disposed at a position on the casing facing the ear.
5. An external headphone, comprising a lower cover, the bass enhancing apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 4 disposed in the lower cover, a speaker disposed in a speaker-accommodating chamber of the bass enhancing apparatus, and an upper cover covering an upper end of the bass enhancing apparatus to close the rear chamber and the sound guide passage above; the lower cover is provided with through holes corresponding to the loudspeaker sound outlet and the bass sound outlet.
6. The external earphone of claim 5 wherein a mating alignment structure is provided between the top cover and the bass enhancement device.
7. The headphone as claimed in claim 6, wherein the lower surface of the top cover is formed with an annular rib that is inserted into the upper end of the speaker-accommodating chamber of the bass enhancing device, and is provided with a positioning rib that is inserted into the positioning grooves respectively formed on the upper ends of the outer casing and the annular wall of the bass enhancing device.
8. The external earphone as claimed in claim 5, wherein the upper cover is provided with at least one tuning hole penetrating upper and lower surfaces thereof and a tuning net covering the tuning hole is attached to the lower surface.
9. The external earphone as claimed in claim 5, wherein the bass enhancing device has an inner ear-hanging connection part on the outer side of the casing, and the casing has a wire hole corresponding to the inner ear-hanging connection part for leading the wire passing through the inner ear-hanging connection part into the casing and connecting with the loudspeaker; the lower cover is provided with an external lug connecting part for the internal lug connecting part to penetrate through.
10. A Bluetooth earphone comprises a connecting piece, a left hanging ear part and a right hanging ear part which are respectively arranged at two ends of the connecting piece, and a left external earphone and a right external earphone which are respectively connected with the left hanging ear part and the right hanging ear part, and is characterized in that the external earphones are the external earphones in claim 5.
