请参阅图4、5,其中所示的为本实用新型之脚座底座3之俯视图及正视图。本实用新型继电器脚底座3,其上平面31两侧配置有与脚座壳体1两端上,下两排端子座13、14成等量对应之方形长、短柱体311和312。方形长、短柱311和312在底座3嵌固于脚座壳体1时,正位于上、下两排端子座13、14下方。而各柱体上端与端子座底部间,恰能放置一端子固定片22,并使其紧靠在柱体上端。方形柱体311、312上端平面另设有一可放置且固定螺帽41之凹孔4,凹孔4之形状即为螺帽41之外形,当螺帽41平置于凹孔4内时,其顶面恰与方形柱体13、14上端平面切齐,此螺帽乃提供端子固定片22与外接端子间能以螺丝42固定。而上述之方形长、短柱体311、312系提供一种撑托住端子连接片22之功用(请参阅图3),在施以外力拧松或拧紧端子固定片22上之螺丝42时,可以抵消施加于端子固定片22上之下压力,避免端子固定片22因受力而弯曲变形。另外,在方形长、短柱体311、312间有可容许连接金属片穿越之空隙32,使连接金属片2可采用较短之连接距离,减少金属材料之浪费。底座3上平面之中段部分配置有等量于脚座壳体1上方插座之插孔数之十字形柱体313。此十字形柱体313在底座嵌固于壳体上时,恰位于壳体插孔121下方,且十字形柱体313上端可撑托住容纳于插孔121内之插脚夹片21底部(请参阅图5),使插脚夹片21不会因插接继电器时因下压力过大而下陷变形。而各十字形柱体313间有可容许连接片2穿越之空隙32,以配合方形柱体之设计。即本实用新型之脚座底座3,其上平面之方形长、短柱体311和312或十之形柱体313,其目的皆在于能分别令端子固定片22及插脚夹片21定位且能抵消施加于端子固定片22及插脚夹片21上之外力,避免此二金属片因外力而弯曲变形,故本实用新型所用之连接金属片较常用连接金属片薄,且尚可将插脚夹片、连接金属片端子固定片一体冲压成型,并配合需要以最经济之路径设计连接片之外形,对日后之发展更有帮助。Please refer to Figures 4 and 5, which show a top view and a front view of the
