A side-opening draw-bar box is characterized by comprising sliding wheels, a box body, a side opening cover, a lifting handle, a draw-bar component and a rotating shaft component, wherein the sliding wheels are fixed on the outer side of a bottom plate of the box body; the box body is characterized in that a back opening and a back plate are arranged on the other side, far away from the side cover, of the box body, the back plate seals the back opening, the pull rod is arranged on the inner side of the back plate, and a flexible buffer layer is arranged between the pull rod and the back plate.

The side-opening trolley case as claimed in claim 1, wherein a first draw bar groove is installed at a junction of the top of the case body and the back plate, the first draw bar groove penetrates the top of the back plate, an upper end of the draw bar assembly is installed in the first draw bar groove, and a lower end thereof is inserted into the case body and connected to the bottom of the case body.

The side-opening draw-bar box of claim 2, wherein a second draw-bar groove is further installed at the junction of the top of the box body and the back plate, the second draw-bar groove penetrates through the top of the back plate, the first draw-bar groove is embedded in the second draw-bar groove, a clamping groove surrounding the opening of the first draw-bar groove is formed between the first draw-bar groove and the second draw-bar groove, the box body and the back plate are both embedded in the clamping groove, the second draw-bar groove comprises a third bearing portion and a fourth bearing portion, the third bearing portion supports the inner side of the box body, and the fourth bearing portion is abutted against the inner side of the back plate.

The side-opening trolley case as claimed in claim 1, wherein a reinforcing plate is further provided on the inner side of the top of the case body to abut against the case body, the reinforcing plate is provided with a handle mounting portion and a trolley mounting portion, the handle is mounted in the handle mounting portion, and the trolley assembly is mounted in the trolley mounting portion.

The side-opening trolley case as claimed in claim 1, wherein a first support frame is provided on an inner side wall of the case main body adjacent to the case opening, the first support frame surrounding the inner side wall of the case main body, the first support frame having a support surface formed thereon, the support surface being recessed with respect to an end surface of the case opening, an inner edge of the side-opening lid abutting against the support surface when the side-opening lid is closed with respect to the case main body.

The side-opening draw-bar box of claim 5, wherein the first support frame is provided with a notch at a mounting position where the rotating shaft assembly is mounted, the rotating shaft assembly is arranged in the notch, the first support frame is made of flexible plastic material, and when the side opening cover is closed relative to the box main body, the inner edge of the side opening cover and the support surface form a sealing structure;

the inner edge of the side cover is arc-shaped, the supporting surface is an arc-shaped supporting surface, and when the side cover is closed relative to the box main body, the inner edge of the side cover is in fit abutment with the arc-shaped supporting surface;

the box body is provided with a second raised line and an installation position around the opening of the box body, the first support frame is provided with a support groove which can be fixed with the second raised line, when the first support frame and the box body are installed, the second raised line is coated by the first support frame, the support groove is connected with a support strip near the side wall of one side of the side opening cover, the support strip is provided with a support surface, the installation position is arranged between the opening of the box body and the second raised line, the installation position is provided with a first connecting groove and a second connecting groove, the openings of the first connecting groove and the second connecting groove face the middle part of the installation position, the support strip is installed in the installation position, and the bottom of the support strip is inserted into the first connecting groove and the second connecting groove;

The side-opening draw-bar box of claim 1, wherein the pivot assembly comprises a first fixed seat, a hinge and a second fixed seat, one end of the hinge is hinged with the first fixed seat, the other end of the hinge is hinged with the second fixed seat, the first fixed seat is fixedly connected with the box main body, the second fixed seat is fixedly connected with the side opening cover, and the hinge is a damping hinge.

The side-opening draw-bar box of claim 7, wherein the box body is provided with a first protruding strip on the inner side surface, the first fixing seat is provided with a first clamping groove which can be installed in cooperation with the first protruding strip, the first clamping groove penetrates through two sides of the first fixing seat, and the first protruding strip is locked by a fixing component after being matched with the first clamping groove;

the rotating shaft assembly comprises 2 hinges, and the 2 hinges are respectively arranged on two sides of the first fixed seat;

The side-opening draw-bar box according to claim 1, wherein a locking component fixedly connected with the side-opening cover is arranged on one end of the side-opening cover away from the rotating shaft component, a lock catch is arranged on the locking component, a lock body is arranged on the box body, a spring component is arranged in the lock body, a control component is connected with the lock body, the control component is arranged on the outer side wall of the box body, when the lock body is matched with the lock catch, the lock catch is inserted into the lock body, and the control component can control the spring component to eject the lock catch matched with the lock body.

The side-opening draw-bar box of claim 1, wherein a first placing groove recessed with respect to an outer end portion of the box main body is installed at an outer side of the box main body, and the handle is embedded in the first placing groove and can move up and down with respect to the first placing groove; when the lifting handle is matched with the first placing groove, the top of the lifting handle is flush with the outer end part of the box main body, or the top of the lifting handle is concave relative to the outer end part of the box main body.

11. The side opening trolley case of claim 10 wherein the handle is disposed adjacent one side of the first standing groove with a pick-up area between the other side of the first standing groove and the handle.

The side-opening draw-bar box of claim 11, wherein the first storage slot has a first slot and a second slot disposed at respective inner ends thereof, the handle includes a handle portion and a first connecting end portion and a second connecting end portion disposed at respective ends of the handle portion, the first connecting end portion is inserted into the first slot and is movable therein in a slot bottom-to-slot direction of the first storage slot, and the second connecting end portion is inserted into the second slot and is movable therein in a slot bottom-to-slot or a slot bottom-to-slot direction of the first storage slot.

The side-opening draw-bar box of claim 12, wherein the side walls of the first slot on both sides are respectively provided with a first inclined slot and a second inclined slot, the side walls of the second slot on both sides are respectively provided with a third inclined slot and a fourth inclined slot, the first inclined slot, the second inclined slot, the third inclined slot and the fourth inclined slot all extend obliquely from the slot bottom to the slot opening of the first placing slot, the first connecting end portion protrudes towards both sides with a first connecting pin, one end of the first connecting pin is matched with the first inclined slot, the other end of the first connecting pin is matched with the second inclined slot, the second connecting end portion protrudes towards both sides with a second connecting pin, one end of the second connecting pin is matched with the third inclined slot, and the other end of the second connecting pin is matched with the fourth inclined slot;

the first groove position and the second groove position are close to the first side wall of the first placing groove, the first inclined slot and the third inclined slot are through slots, the first inclined slot and the third inclined slot penetrate through the first side wall, and the second inclined slot and the fourth inclined slot are non-through slots;

the box body further comprises a second placing groove, the first placing groove is embedded in the second placing groove, a first protruding portion and a second protruding portion matched with the first recessed portion and the second recessed portion are arranged on the second placing groove, the first protruding portion and the second protruding portion face the inside of the second placing groove in a protruding mode, when the first placing groove and the second placing groove are matched, the first recessed portion and the second recessed portion are located on the inner sides of the first protruding portion and the second protruding portion respectively.

The side-opening trolley case as claimed in claim 10, wherein a second placing groove recessed with respect to the case body is further installed on an outer side of the case body, the case body is opened with a handle installation notch, the first and second placing grooves are installed in the handle installation notch, the first placing groove is embedded in the second placing groove and locked by a fixing member, and a portion of the case body connected to the handle installation notch is inserted between the first and second placing grooves;

the second placing groove extends towards the periphery of the box main body notch to form a first supporting part, the first supporting part supports the box main body positioned at the periphery of the handle mounting notch, one side, close to the opening of the first placing groove, of the first supporting part is provided with a plurality of first reinforcing ribs surrounding the handle mounting notch, and one side, close to the bottom of the opening of the first placing groove, of the first supporting part is provided with a plurality of second reinforcing ribs surrounding the handle mounting notch;

the box comprises a box body and is characterized in that a reinforcing plate is abutted to the inner side of the box body, a first reinforcing plate notch matched with a handle mounting notch is formed in the reinforcing plate, a first placing groove and a second placing groove are formed in the notch of the reinforcing plate, the part, connected with the first reinforcing plate notch, of the reinforcing plate is inserted between the first placing groove and the second placing groove and located between the second placing groove and the box body, and an annular groove body is arranged at the outer edge of the reinforcing plate, close to the reinforcing plate, of the reinforcing plate.

The side-opening trolley case as claimed in claim 1, wherein a second support frame is disposed on the case main body near the back opening, the second support frame surrounds the back opening, the back plate is recessed with respect to an outer side end of the second support frame, and the second support frame abuts against an outer side of the back plate.

The side-opening trolley case as claimed in claim 15, wherein a third rib is circumferentially provided on the inner sidewall of the case body adjacent to the rear surface, the back plate is edge-inserted between the third rib and the second support frame, and the third rib, the back plate and the second support frame are engaged and locked by a fixing member;

a second mounting position and a sealing rubber strip are arranged on the inner side wall of the box main body, close to the opening in the back face, in a surrounding mode, the third protruding strip is located on the inner side of the back plate, the second mounting position and a second supporting frame are located on the outer side of the back plate, one end of the sealing rubber strip is mounted in the second mounting position, the other end of the sealing rubber strip is abutted against the second supporting frame, the sealing rubber strip is abutted against the outer side of the back plate, and the second supporting frame and the sealing rubber strip are made of flexible plastic materials;

the outer side of the second mounting position is turned inwards to form a turning part back to the bottom of the second mounting position, a third connecting groove is formed between the turning part and the bottom of the second mounting position, and the sealing rubber strip is mounted in the second mounting position and inserted into the third connecting groove.

The side-opening draw-bar box of claim 1, wherein the box main body, the back plate and the side opening cover are made of hard alloy materials, the box main body is a rectangular cylinder formed by bending hard alloy, and two bent ends of the box main body are fixedly connected; the two bent ends of the box main body are fixedly connected through a first fixing assembly and a second fixing assembly, the two bent ends of the box main body are arranged on one side, close to the sliding wheels, of the box main body, the first fixing assembly is arranged on the inner side of the box main body and connected with the two bent ends of the box main body, and the second fixing assembly is arranged on the outer side of the box main body and connected with the two bent ends of the box main body;
