技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电连接器组,尤其指一种可避免因误触而阻碍连接的电连接器组。
背景技术
随着电动车辆的普及,设计易于插拔且能够保持稳固连接的高电压、大电流连接器成为了电动车辆产业发展的重要课题。习知应用于电动车辆中的电连接器组由一插座连接器以及一插头连接器组成,且所述电连接器组大多设置有一卡扣机构,通过所述卡扣机构将所述插头连接器锁固在插座连接器上,以避免所述电连接器组在使用的过程中松脱。
然而现有的电连接器组欠缺防止误触的结构,因而容易在安装时因误触所述卡扣结构反而无法顺利将插头连接器与所述插座连接器连接,严重者可能造成所述电连接器组损坏。因此实有必要设计一种具有防误触结构的电连接器组,以避免因误触卡扣结构而阻碍连接。
因此实有必要设计一种可避免因误触而阻碍连接的电连接器组。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种电连接器组,尤其指一种可避免因误触而阻碍连接的电连接器组。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的一种电连接器组,包含:一插座连接器;一插头连接器,所述插头连接器设置以配合所述插座连接器连接;且其中所述插座连接器包含:一插座本体,所述插座本体设置为沿着一插接轴对称;复数个插座端子,所述插座端子设置于所述插座本体内部;至少一卡扣块,所述卡扣块设置于所述插座本体外表面,所述插头连接器包含:一插头本体,所述插头本体设置以配合所述插座本体连接;复数个插头端子,所述插头端子设置于所述插头本体内部;至少一卡扣拉杆,所述卡扣拉杆设有一活动枢接于所述插头本体外表面的杆身;一卡扣槽,所述卡扣槽设置于所述杆身与所述插座连接器相邻的一侧并包含一连通至所述杆身边缘的直线卡扣槽以及一弧形卡扣槽,且所述直线卡扣槽对齐所述卡扣块以在所述插座连接器与所述插头连接器连接时容纳所述卡扣块;一卡榫槽,所述卡榫槽设置于所述插头本体的外表面;一卡榫块,所述卡榫块活动枢接于所述杆身上并设有一抵顶端以及一卡榫端,所述抵顶段的一部份容置于所述卡扣槽中以使所述卡扣块推抵所述卡榫块移动;以及一扭簧,所述扭簧与所述卡榫块连接以赋予所述卡榫端归回所述卡榫槽中的力量,且在所述卡榫段在所述抵顶段受所述卡扣块推抵时移动至所述卡榫槽外。
作为进一步的改进,其中所述卡扣拉杆的枢接轴与所述插接轴垂直,且所述卡扣拉杆设为左右对称的U字型并包含两分别活动枢接于所述插头本体左右两侧外表面的所述杆身,以及一连接于所述杆身之间的握柄。
作为进一步的改进,其中所述插头本体设有至少一导引槽,所述插座本体设有至少一导引块。
作为进一步的改进,其中所述杆身设有一通孔,且所述卡榫端穿过所述通孔以容置于所述卡扣槽中。

为详细说明本实用新型的技术内容、构造特征、所实现的目的和技术效果,以下结合具体实施例并配合附图予以详细说明。
请参阅图1,图中所示为一种电连接器组100,其中包含一插座连接器10以及一插头连接器20,所述插头连接器20设置以配合所述插座连接器10连接。
再请参阅图2,在此较佳实施例中所述插座连接器10包含:一插座本体11,所述插座本体11设置为沿着一插接轴12对称的造型;两个插座端子13,所述插座端子13设置于所述插座本体11的内部;以及两卡扣块14,所述卡扣块14分别设置于所述插座本体11左右两侧的外表面。
请参阅图3,在此较佳实施例中所述插头连接器20包含:一插头本体21,所述插头本体21设置以配合所述插座本体11连接;两个插头端子22,所述插头端子22设置于所述插头本体21内部以搭配连接所述插座端子13;至少一卡扣拉杆30,所述卡扣拉杆30设为左右对称的U字型并包含两分别活动枢接于所述插头本体21左右两侧外表面的杆身31,使所述卡扣拉杆30的枢接轴34与所述插接轴12垂直,以及一连接于所述杆身31之间的握柄32。两分别设置于所述两杆身31上的卡扣槽33,所述卡扣槽33设置于所述杆身31与所述插座连接器10相邻的一侧并包含一连通至所述杆身31边缘的直线卡扣槽331以及一弧形卡扣槽332,且其中,所述直线卡扣槽331对齐所述卡扣块14以在所述插座连接器10与所述插头连接器20连接时容纳所述卡扣块14。 一卡榫槽23,所述卡榫槽23设置于所述插头本体21的外表面;一卡榫块40以及一扭簧43,所述卡榫块40活动枢接于所述杆身31上并设有一抵顶端41以及一卡榫端42,所述抵顶段的一部份容置于所述卡扣槽33中以使所述卡扣块14推抵所述卡榫块40移动,所述杆身31设有一通孔35,使所述卡榫端42穿过所述通孔35以容置于所述卡扣槽33中;以及一扭簧43,所述扭簧43与所述卡榫块40连接以赋予所述卡榫端42归回所述卡榫槽23中的力量,且在所述卡榫段在所述抵顶段受所述卡扣块14推抵时移动至所述卡榫槽23外。
再请参阅图1及图3,在一较佳实施例中述插头本体21设有至少一导引槽24,所述插座本体11设有至少一导引块15,通过所述导引槽24与所述导引块15的配合使所述插头连接器20与所述插座连接器10接合时保持稳固。
再请参阅图4至图6,本实用新型中的电连接器组避免因误触卡扣结构而阻碍连接的动作流程如下。
当所述插头连接器20未与所述插座连接器10接合时,所述卡榫块40受到所述扭簧43所赋予的力量作用,使所述卡榫端42移动至所述卡榫槽23中,而所述抵顶端41移动至所述卡扣槽33中。此时所述卡榫端42与所述卡榫槽23卡合,使所述卡扣拉杆30无法被向后拉动。
再请参阅图5,当所述插头连接器20插入所述插座连接器10接合时。所述卡扣块14移动至所述直线卡扣槽331中并堆抵所述抵顶部,此时所述卡榫块40受到推抵而转动并使所述卡榫端42由所述卡榫槽23中脱出,进而使所述卡扣拉杆30可以被自由地向后拉动。
再请参阅图6,当所述卡榫块40受到推抵而使所述卡榫端42由所述卡榫槽23中脱出之后,使用者可以进一步拉动所述卡扣拉杆30向后,此时所述卡扣块14受到引导而进入所述弧形卡扣槽332中。
综上所述,本实用新型的一种电连接器组包含一插头连接器,一插座连接器,以及一设置于所述插头连接器上的卡榫块,所述卡榫块在所述插头连接器与所述插座连接器未连接时阻挡所述卡扣拉杆,进而避免因误触而阻碍所述插头连接器与所述插座连接器连接。

1.一种电连接器组,其特征在于包含:一插座连接器;一插头连接器,所述插头连接器设置以配合所述插座连接器连接;且其中所述插座连接器包含:一插座本体,所述插座本体设置为沿着一插接轴对称;复数个插座端子,所述插座端子设置于所述插座本体内部;至少一卡扣块,所述卡扣块设置于所述插座本体外表面;所述插头连接器包含:一插头本体,所述插头本体设置以配合所述插座本体连接;复数个插头端子,所述插头端子设置于所述插头本体内部;至少一卡扣拉杆,所述卡扣拉杆设有一活动枢接于所述插头本体外表面的杆身;一卡扣槽,所述卡扣槽设置于所述杆身与所述插座连接器相邻的一侧并包含一连通至所述杆身边缘的直线卡扣槽以及一弧形卡扣槽,且所述直线卡扣槽对齐所述卡扣块以在所述插座连接器与所述插头连接器连接时容纳所述卡扣块;一卡榫槽,所述卡榫槽设置于所述插头本体的外表面;一卡榫块,所述卡榫块活动枢接于所述杆身上并设有一抵顶端以及一卡榫端,所述抵顶段的一部份容置于所述卡扣槽中以使所述卡扣块推抵所述卡榫块移动;以及一扭簧,所述扭簧与所述卡榫块连接以赋予所述卡榫端归回所述卡榫槽中的力量,且在所述卡榫段在所述抵顶段受所述卡扣块推抵时移动至所述卡榫槽外。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组,其特征在于:其中所述卡扣拉杆的枢接轴与所述插接轴垂直,且所述卡扣拉杆设为左右对称的U字型并包含两分别活动枢接于所述插头本体左右两侧外表面的所述杆身,以及一连接于所述杆身之间的握柄。
3.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组,其特征在于:其中所述插头本体设有至少一导引槽,所述插座本体设有至少一导引块。
4.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组,其特征在于:其中所述杆身设有一通孔,且所述卡榫端穿过所述通孔以容置于所述卡扣槽中。
