Description
Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of anti-counterfeiting rubber caps, and particularly relates to an anti-uncovering cap body base material, a cap body and a rubber cap structure.
Background
The rubber cap is a sealing structure of a common bottle-shaped package made of a plastic film, and due to the characteristic that the rubber cap is damaged when being opened, an anti-counterfeiting scheme is added on the rubber cap, so that the rubber cap becomes the first choice of most enterprises. Taking high-grade white spirit and red wine as examples, the traditional rubber cap used by the traditional rubber cap is generally formed by winding and bonding a single-layer heat-shrinkable plastic film into a cylinder shape as a cap body and then attaching the cylinder body to the cap top, and seams are bound to exist between the cap body and the joint of the cap top and the cap body due to process limitations. The cap body is usually beautified and decorated by adopting a full-plate base color and local pictures and texts, and the rubber cap has the following defects: firstly, the printing information or the anti-counterfeiting information on the rubber cap is usually printed on a full page, so that the ink or the anti-counterfeiting structure material at the bonding seam is clamped between the glue and the rubber cap material, thereby causing low bonding fastness and easy tearing off of the seam; secondly, due to the production process of the partial heat shrinkable material, only thinner products can be produced, so that the rubber cap cannot be formed or the whole body of the rubber cap is too soft to be used; for example, since there are almost no commercial products of 0.06mm or more in the heat-shrinkable PET film, the rubber cap made of the heat-shrinkable PET film is rarely seen.
