Abstract
一种防滑隔热纸制容器，为了提供一种不易断
裂、损坏带空气隔热层的纸制容器，提出本实用新
型。它由整体折合的底板、内周壁、周顶面、外周壁和
防滑周底面组成。内周壁的下周边与底板周边连接，
其上周边与周顶面内周边连接，周顶面外周边与外周
壁的上周边连接，外周壁的下周边与防滑周底面的外
周边连接，并使防滑周底面与底板下底面重和使周顶
面平行于底板，并使内、外周壁之间形成空气隔热
腔。
Description
本实用新型属于餐桌用具，特别是一种防滑隔热纸制容器。
鉴此环保意识的逐年提高，普遍以无污染的纸制食品容装盒取代发泡成型的发泡材料制造的食品容装盒，但这种习用的单层纸纸容装盒，不仅刚度，强度不足、隔热差，容易中途断裂、破损和烫手，而且由于底部过于平滑，因意外撞击、拨动时，极易滑落，打翻食品，使用多有不便。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种带空气隔热层的双层结构的不易断裂、破损和滑落的使用性能好的防滑隔热纸制容器。
本实用新型由整体折合的底板、内周壁、周顶面、外周壁和防滑周底面组成，内周壁的下周边与底板周边连接，其上周边与周顶面内周边连接，周顶面外周边与外周壁的上周边连接，外周壁的下周边与防滑周底面的外周边连接，并使防滑周底面与底板下底面重合和使周顶面平行于底板，并使内、外周壁之间形成空气隔热腔。
由于本实用新型由整体折合的底板、内周壁、周顶面、外周壁和防滑周底面组成，内周壁的下周边与底板周边连接，其上周边与周顶面内周边连接，周顶面外周边与外周壁的上周边连接，外周壁的下周边与防滑周底面的外周边连接，并使防滑周底面与底板下底面重和使周顶面平行于底板，并使内、外周壁之间形成空气隔热腔。使本实用新型为由内周壁、周顶面和外周壁形成双层结构，并使内周壁和外周壁之间形周间隙，不仅增加了强度和刚度，而且由于周间隙形成空气隔热层，不易断裂、损坏和烫手，周底面在底板底部形成防滑凸缘，使之不易滑落，从而达到本实用新型的目的。

本实用新型由整体折合的底板1、内周壁2、周顶面3、外周壁4和防滑周底面5组成。底板1可以是三角形、正方形、矩形或多边形，内周壁2的下周边21与底板1的周边11连接，其上周边22与周顶面3的内周边31连接，上周边22的周长大于下周边21的周长，使内周壁2呈扩口型，周顶面3的外周边32与外周壁4的上周边41连接，外周壁4的下周边42与防滑周底面5的外周边51连接，上周边41的周长大于下周边42的周长，使外周壁4呈扩口型，并使防滑周底面5与底板1的下底面重合和使周顶面3平行于底板1，并使内、外周壁2、4之间形空气隔热腔6。
本实用新型是由纯纤维及添加剂，或以聚乙稀涂层、积层的纸板压设形成底板1的折线a，形成内周壁2的折线b，形成周顶面3的折线c和形成外周壁4的折线d，并在内周壁2的转折处压设三折线e，并将外周壁4的各壁面43裁成梯形，折压各折线a、b、c、d、e，并粘合，使形成本实用新型。
Claims (2)
1、一种防滑隔热纸制容器，其特征在于它由整体折合的底板、内周壁、周顶面、外周壁和防滑周底面组成，内周壁的下周边与底板周边连接，其上周边与周顶面内周边连接，周顶面外周边与外周壁的上周边连接，外周壁的下周边与防滑周底面的外周边连接，并使防滑周底面与底板下底面重和使周顶面平行于底板，并使内、外周壁之间形成空气隔热腔。
2、根据权利要求1所述的防滑隔热纸制容器，其特征在于所述的内、外周壁上周边的周长大于下周边周长，使内、外周壁呈扩口型。
