The processing mechanism comprises an iron core riveting edge part 5, a rotor cleaning part 6 and a magnetizing part 7 which are all arranged on an equipment assembling plate 11; the iron core riveting edge part 5, the rotor cleaning part 6 and the magnetizing part 7 are arranged on the same side of the workpiece conveying part 31 and the discharging assembly 9 on the same straight line; the iron core riveting edge part 5 is arranged between the workpiece conveying part 31 and the rotor cleaning part 6, and the magnetizing part 7 is arranged between the rotor cleaning part 6 and the discharging assembly 9.
The upper and lower material grabbing mechanisms comprise a first upper and lower material grabbing mechanism 823, a second upper and lower material grabbing mechanism 824, a third upper and lower material grabbing mechanism 825 and a fourth upper and lower material grabbing mechanism 826;

as shown in fig. 1-4, a magnetizing apparatus comprises a feeding assembly 3, a workpiece assembling assembly 4, a workpiece processing assembly, a discharging assembly 9, a frame part 1 and a protective cover part 2; the feeding assembly 3, the workpiece assembling assembly 4, the workpiece processing assembly and the discharging assembly 9 are all arranged on an equipment assembling plate 11 of the rack part 1, and the feeding assembly 3, the workpiece assembling assembly 4, the workpiece processing assembly and the discharging assembly 9 are surrounded by the protective cover part 2; the magnetizing apparatus realizes the integral automatic arrangement by the matching of the feeding assembly 3, the workpiece assembling assembly 4, the workpiece processing assembly and the discharging assembly 9, and further improves the processing efficiency and the processing quality of the magnetizing apparatus; and the protective cover part 2 surrounds the feeding assembly 3, the workpiece assembling assembly 4, the workpiece processing assembly and the discharging assembly 9 of the protective cover part, so that the safety use performance of the magnetizing apparatus is further improved.
The feeding assembly 3 comprises a workpiece conveying part 31, a feeding opening 21 is arranged in the area of the protective cover part 2 corresponding to the workpiece conveying part 31, and a discharging opening 22 is arranged in the area of the protective cover part 2 corresponding to the discharging assembly 9; the feeding and discharging of the magnetizing apparatus can also adopt automatic operation due to the arrangement of the feeding opening 21 and the discharging opening 22, so that the processing efficiency of the magnetizing apparatus is improved while the risk of injury of operators is avoided due to the reduction of personnel cost.

As shown in fig. 11, the magnetic shoe indexing mechanism 41 includes an index plate 411, an index shaft 412, a rotary indexing motor 413, and a vertical indexing cylinder 414, the index plate 411 being on the upper surface of the apparatus mounting plate 11, the rotary indexing motor 413 and the vertical indexing cylinder 414 being on the lower surface of the apparatus mounting plate 11; one end of the index shaft 412 passes through the device mounting plate 11 and is connected with an output shaft of the rotary index motor 413 through a clamp 415, and the index plate 411 is arranged at the other end of the index shaft 412; the magnetic shoe indexing mechanism 41 further includes a guide holder 416, the guide holder 416 being provided on the upper surface of the apparatus mounting plate 11 and being penetrated by the indexing shaft 412; the magnetic shoe indexing mechanism 41 comprises an indexing moving plate 417 and an indexing mounting plate 418, the indexing moving plate 417 is positioned above the indexing mounting plate 418, an indexing guide rod 419 is arranged on the upper surface of the indexing mounting plate 418, the indexing guide rod 419 penetrates through the indexing moving plate 417, and the indexing moving plate 417 moves along the indexing guide rod 419; the rotary index motor 413 is disposed on a lower surface of the index moving plate 417, and an output shaft of the rotary index motor 413 passes through the index moving plate 417 and is connected to the index shaft 412; the cylinder body of the vertical indexing cylinder 414 is connected with the indexing mounting plate 418, and the cylinder arm of the vertical indexing cylinder 414 is connected with the indexing moving plate 417; the indexing disc 411 indexes the magnetic shoes entering the magnetic shoe indexing mechanism 41 under the driving of the rotary indexing motor 413, and the height of the indexing disc 411 is changed under the driving of the vertical indexing cylinder 414, so that the magnetic shoe transporting part 42 can conveniently transport the magnetic shoes.
As shown in fig. 12-13, the magnetic shoe transporting part 42 includes a transporting cantilever 421, a magnetic shoe storing tool 422, a vertical transporting cylinder 423 and a rotary transporting cylinder 424, the magnetic shoe storing tool 422 is disposed on the transporting cantilever 421, and the transporting cantilever 421 is driven by the vertical transporting cylinder 423 and the rotary transporting cylinder 424; the transporting suspension 421 and the vertical transporting cylinder 423 are on the upper surface of the equipment mounting plate 11, and the rotary transporting cylinder 424 is on the lower surface of the equipment mounting plate 11; the magnetic shoe transporting part 42 comprises a transporting cylinder seat 425, and the rotary transporting cylinder 424 is arranged in the transporting cylinder seat 425; the magnetic shoe transporting section 42 includes a rotary flange 426, and a flange bearing housing 427 is provided on the rotary flange 426, the flange bearing housing 427 being assembled with the equipment mounting plate 11; a coupling 428 is arranged on the output shaft of the rotary transportation cylinder 424 and is connected with one end of a rotary flange plate 426 through the coupling 428; the magnetic tile transportation part 42 further comprises a transportation guide rod 429, and the transportation cantilever 421 is penetrated by the transportation guide rod 429 and moves along the transportation guide rod 429; one end of the transportation guide rod 429 is connected with the rotary flange 426, and the other end of the transportation guide rod 429 is connected with the upper cover 430; the vertical transporting cylinder 423 is arranged on the surface of the upper cover 430 far away from the transporting guide rod 429, and the cylinder arm of the vertical transporting cylinder 423 is connected with the transporting cantilever 421 through the upper cover 430; a boom installation hole 431 is formed at one end of the transport boom 421, a boom bearing 432 is formed in the boom installation hole 431, and the transport guide rod 429 passes through the boom bearing 432; the other end of the transportation cantilever 421 is provided with a storage tool assembly hole 433, and the magnetic shoe storage tool 422 is arranged in the storage tool assembly hole 433.
The transportation cantilever 421 is driven by the vertical transportation cylinder 423 and the rotary transportation cylinder 424 of the magnetic shoe transportation part 42 to adjust the height and the position of the magnetic shoe storage tool 422, so as to facilitate the transportation of the magnetic shoes; when the magnetic shoe supply part 32 works, the transportation cantilever 421 sends the magnetic shoe storage tool 422 to the upper part of the dividing disc 411 to contact with the dividing disc 411, and the magnetic shoe storage tool 422 can rotate along with the dividing disc 411, so that the magnetic shoes can uniformly enter the magnetic shoe storage space 434 of the magnetic shoe storage tool 422; after the magnetic shoe storage tool 422 finishes storing the magnetic shoes, the transportation cantilever 421 is driven by the vertical transportation cylinder 423 and the rotary transportation cylinder 424 of the magnetic shoe transportation part 42 to deliver the magnetic shoe storage tool 422 to the upper part of the workpiece conveying part 31, and the magnetic shoe and the rotor are pressed and combined by the magnetic shoe pressing mechanism 44 corresponding to the rotor.
As shown in fig. 14 to 15, the workpiece feeding section 31 includes a workpiece feeding cylinder 311, a workpiece slide rail 312, and a workpiece feeding moving plate 313, and the workpiece feeding cylinder 311, the workpiece feeding slide rail 312, and the workpiece feeding moving plate 313 are provided on the upper surface of the apparatus mounting plate 11; a workpiece conveying sliding block 314 is arranged on the workpiece conveying sliding rail 312, the workpiece conveying sliding block 314 is connected with the lower surface of a workpiece conveying moving plate 313, a cylinder body of a workpiece conveying cylinder 311 is connected with the equipment assembling plate 11, and a cylinder arm of the workpiece conveying cylinder 311 is connected with the workpiece conveying moving plate 313; a workpiece moving plate through hole 315 is further formed in the workpiece feeding moving plate 313, a workpiece mounting guide sleeve 316 is arranged in the workpiece moving plate through hole 315, and a rotor to be machined is arranged in the workpiece mounting guide sleeve 316; the workpiece mounting guide sleeve 316 is driven by the workpiece conveying moving plate 313 to move along the workpiece conveying sliding rail 312, so that the workpiece conveying part 31 can convey a rotor to be machined to a corresponding position for further machining, and compared with manual operation, the machining efficiency is improved while the risk is reduced in operation; a workpiece conveying limiting groove 317 corresponding to the moving range of the workpiece mounting guide sleeve 316 is formed in the equipment assembling plate 11, and one end of the workpiece mounting guide sleeve 316 moves in the workpiece conveying limiting groove 317; the workpiece conveying part 31 further comprises a workpiece conveying limiting part 318; the workpiece conveying limiting part 318 comprises a workpiece conveying limiting block 319 and a workpiece conveying limiting seat 320, wherein the workpiece conveying limiting block 319 is arranged on the side edge of the workpiece conveying moving plate 313 and moves along the workpiece conveying sliding rail 312 under the driving of the workpiece conveying moving plate 313; the workpiece conveying limiting part 318 is arranged on the upper surface of the equipment assembling plate 11, and when the workpiece conveying moving plate 313 reaches an area for receiving a rotor to be processed, the workpiece conveying limiting block 319 is contacted with the workpiece conveying limiting seat 320; the workpiece conveying limiting groove 317 and the workpiece conveying limiting part 318 are arranged, so that the workpiece conveying cylinder 311 can be more accurate when conveying the rotor to be machined, and the problem of the combination process of the rotor and the magnetic shoe caused by the unstable placement of the rotor to be machined is avoided; a workpiece mounting space 309 is arranged in the workpiece mounting guide sleeve 316, and the rotor is arranged in the workpiece mounting space 309; a buffer spring 310 is further disposed in the workpiece mounting space 309, one end of the buffer spring 310 is connected to the inner wall of the workpiece mounting space 309, and the other end of the buffer spring 310 is in contact with the rotor; the buffer spring 310 avoids the situation that the rotor and the magnetic shoe are displaced and cannot be reset after the press mounting is completed under the action of the magnetic shoe pressing mechanism 44, so that the rotor and the magnetic shoe can be smoothly conveyed into the iron core riveting edge part 5 by the conveying part 8 after the rotor and the magnetic shoe are combined.
As shown in fig. 16 to 17, the shoe pressing mechanism 44 includes a top plate 441, a pressing electric cylinder 442, and a pressing portion 443; the press-fitting electric cylinder 442 is arranged on the upper surface of the top plate 441, the pressing portion 443 is arranged on the lower surface of the top plate 441, and an output shaft of the press-fitting electric cylinder 442 passes through the top plate 441 and is connected with the pressing portion 443; the pressing part 443 comprises an electric cylinder connecting piece 444, a pressing fixing plate 445, a pressure sensor 446, a pressure sensor fixing seat 447, a push rod 448 and a push rod fixing seat 449; the electric cylinder connecting piece 444 is connected with an output shaft of the press-fitting electric cylinder 442, and one end, far away from the press-fitting electric cylinder 442, of the electric cylinder connecting piece 444 is connected with the upper surface of the lower pressing fixing plate 445; the lower surface of the pressing fixing plate 445 is connected with one end of a pressure sensor fixing seat 447, and the other end of the pressure sensor fixing seat 447 is connected with a push rod fixing seat 449; the pressure sensor 446 is arranged in the pressure sensor fixing seat 447, so that the precision of the magnetic shoe pressing mechanism 44 is improved, and the magnetic shoes or the rotor are prevented from being damaged in the pressing process; the push rod 448 is arranged at one end of the push rod fixing seat 449, which is far away from the pressure sensor fixing seat 447; the magnetic shoe pressing mechanism 44 comprises a vertical column 450, one end of the vertical column 450 is connected with the lower surface of the top plate 441, and the other end of the vertical column 450 is connected with the upper surface of the equipment assembling plate 11; the magnetic shoe pressing mechanism 44 comprises a pressing drag chain 451 and a first pressing guide rod 452; one end of the first press-fitting guide rod 452 penetrates through the top plate 441 to be connected with the lower press-fixing plate 445, and the other end of the first press-fitting guide rod 452 is provided with a movable cross bar 453; a press mounting displacement sensor 454 for detecting the movement of the movable cross rod 453 is further arranged on the upper surface of the top plate 441, so that the press mounting of the rotor and the magnetic shoe by the magnetic shoe pressing mechanism 44 is more precise; one end of the press-fitting drag chain 451 penetrates through the top plate 441 to be connected with the lower press fixing plate 445, the other end of the press-fitting drag chain 451 is arranged in the press-fitting drag chain bracket 455 and moves in the press-fitting drag chain bracket 455, and the press-fitting drag chain bracket 455 is connected with the upper surface of the top plate 441; the output shaft of the press-fitting electric cylinder 442, the press-fitting drag chain 451 and the first press-fitting guide rod 452 correspond to each other in moving direction; the arrangement of the drag chain further improves the precision of the magnetic shoe pressing mechanism 44 in assembling the rotor and the magnetic shoes; the push rods 448 correspond in number to the magnetic shoe storage spaces 434, and press the magnetic shoes in the magnetic shoe storage spaces 434 into the rotor by the press-fitting electric cylinder 442.
The magnetic shoe pressing mechanism 44 further comprises a second press-fitting guide rod 456 and a press ring 457, wherein one end of the second press-fitting guide rod 456 is connected with the lower surface of the lower press-fitting fixing plate 445; the press ring 457 passes through the second press-fitting guide rod 456 and moves along the second press-fitting guide rod 456; a spring is sleeved on the second press-fitting guide rod 456, one end of the spring is connected with the press ring 457, and the other end of the spring is connected with the lower surface of the lower press-fitting fixing plate 445; a pressing ring through hole 458 is formed in the pressing ring 457 for the push rod 448 to pass through for press-fitting; before push rod 448 contacts with the rotor, compression ring 457 contacts with the rotor in advance, and then ensures that the position that the magnetic shoe pressed into the rotor is correct, and the setting of spring makes compression ring 457 after confirming the rotor and pressing into the position, can make compression ring 457 retract along second pressure equipment guide rod 456, avoids damaging the rotor.
As shown in fig. 19 to 23, the iron core caulking portion 5 includes a slide groove seat 51, a caulking head assembly 52, and a groove plate 53, which are provided on the upper surface of the device mounting plate 11; a riveting edge space 511 is arranged in the middle of the sliding groove seat 51, and a riveting edge groove surrounding the riveting edge space is also arranged on the sliding groove seat; the riveting head assemblies 52 are arranged in the riveting edge grooves 512, and each riveting head assembly 52 is driven by the groove disc 53 to move towards or away from the riveting edge space 511; the grooved disc 53 covers the upper surface of the chute seat 51; the riveting edge groove 512 is arranged on the upper surface of the sliding groove seat 51, the riveting head assembly 52 is limited in the riveting edge groove 512 by the groove disc 53, and the groove disc 53 is contacted with the riveting head assembly 52; the riveting head assembly 52 comprises a riveting head 521, a contact block 522 and a moving block 523, the moving block 523 is arranged in the riveting groove 512, the riveting head 521 is arranged at one end of the moving block 523 facing the riveting space 511, and the contact block 522 is arranged on the upper surface of the moving block 523 and is in contact with the grooved disc 53; the fluted disc 53 is provided with a fluted disc moving hole 532, the fluted disc moving hole 532 is arranged around the fluted disc through hole 531, and the contact block 522 is arranged in the fluted disc moving hole 532; the two ends of the slot disk movable hole 532 are respectively a pressing end 533 and a releasing end 534, and the distance from the pressing end 533 to the center point of the slot disk through hole 531 is greater than the distance from the releasing end 534 to the center point of the slot disk through hole 531; the release end 534 of each fluted disc movable hole 532 is positioned at one side corresponding to the clockwise direction; the iron core riveting part 5 also comprises a riveting edge cylinder 54 and a riveting edge shell 55; a grooved disc connecting block 535 is arranged on the outer side surface of the grooved disc 53, one end of the grooved disc connecting block 535 is connected with the grooved disc 53, the other end of the grooved disc connecting block 535 is connected with a cylinder arm of the riveting edge cylinder 54, and the grooved disc 53 is driven by the riveting edge cylinder 54 to move; the riveting edge shell 55 comprises a riveting edge base 551 and a riveting edge cover plate 552, a sliding groove base installation space 553 is arranged in the riveting edge base 551, and the sliding groove base installation space 553 is sealed by the riveting edge cover plate 552; the chute seat 51, the riveting head assembly 52 and the groove disc 53 are arranged in the chute seat installation space 553; a riveting base opening 554 is further formed in the riveting base 551, and the riveting base opening 554 corresponds to the movable range of the groove plate connecting block 535; the riveting edge shell 55 and the riveting edge cylinder 54 are arranged on the upper surface of the equipment assembling plate 11; in this embodiment, when the cylinder arm of the riveting edge cylinder 54 extends, the slot disc 53 rotates clockwise, so that the pressing end 533 is in contact with the contact block 522, and the riveting head 521 rivets the magnetic shoe and the rotor; when the riveting is completed, the grooved disc 53 rotates counterclockwise when the cylinder arm of the clinching cylinder 54 is contracted, so that the releasing end 534 is brought into contact with the contact block 522, and the clinching head 521 is moved away from the rotor.
The iron core riveting part 5 further comprises a riveting edge jacking mechanism 56 and a jacking fixing mechanism 57, and the riveting edge jacking mechanism 56 and the jacking fixing mechanism 57 are arranged on the lower surface of the equipment assembling plate 11; the riveting edge jacking mechanism 56 comprises a jacking assembly plate 561 and a riveting edge jacking cylinder 562; a jacking assembling plate 561 fixed on the lower surface of the equipment assembling plate 11, the jacking assembling plate 561 having a jacking assembling plate passing hole 563 corresponding to the caulking space 511; the riveting edge jacking cylinder 562 is arranged on the lower surface of the jacking assembly plate 561, and the riveting edge jacking cylinder 562 is assembled with the jacking assembly plate 561 through a cylinder assembly support 564; a workpiece seat 541 is arranged on a cylinder arm of the riveting edge jacking cylinder 562, and the workpiece seat 541 penetrates through the equipment assembling plate 11 under the action of the riveting edge jacking cylinder 562 to enter the riveting edge space 511 to support and jack the rotor; the workpiece seat 541 ascends to a position capable of receiving the rotor without riveting edges under the action of the riveting edge jacking cylinder 562, the rotor without riveting edges reaches the riveting edge space 511 under the support of the workpiece seat 541 to be subjected to riveting edge working procedures, and the rotor is conveyed to a position capable of being grabbed by the upper and lower grabbing mechanism through the workpiece seat 541 after the riveting edges are completed.
The jacking fixing mechanism 57 is arranged below the jacking assembly plate 561, the jacking fixing mechanism 57 comprises a jacking fixing cylinder 571, and the jacking fixing cylinder 571 is arranged on two sides of the jacking assembly plate through hole 563; when the workpiece seat 541 sends the rotor into the riveting space 511, the cylinder arm of the fixed cylinder extends out to limit the position of the workpiece seat 541; a jacking fixing seat 572 used for limiting the moving direction of the cylinder arm of the jacking fixing cylinder 571 is further arranged below the jacking assembly plate 561, and the jacking fixing seat 572 is provided with a gap corresponding to the cylinder arm of the jacking fixing cylinder 571 and allowing the cylinder arm of the jacking fixing cylinder 571 to pass through; when the rotor without edge riveting reaches the edge riveting space 511 under the support of the workpiece seat 541 for the edge riveting process, the cylinder arm of the jacking fixing cylinder 571 of the jacking fixing mechanism 57 contacts with the workpiece seat 541 and limits the position of the workpiece seat 541, so that the edge riveting effect is better.
As shown in fig. 24 to 25, the rotor cleaning portion 6 includes a dust-proof case 61 and a dust collector 62, the dust-proof case 61 being provided on the upper surface of the equipment mounting plate 11; a cleaning space 63 is provided in the dust-proof housing 61, a cleaning through hole 64 is provided in the equipment mounting plate 11, the dust-proof housing 61 is provided above the cleaning through hole 64, and a cleaning opening 65 is provided at an end of the cleaning space 63 near the equipment mounting plate 11, the cleaning opening 65 corresponds to the cleaning through hole 64, the cleaner 62 is provided on a lower surface of the equipment mounting plate 11, and a suction opening of the cleaner 62 corresponds to the cleaning through hole 64; the dust-proof housing 61 comprises a first dust-proof shield 66 and a second dust-proof shield 67, and the cleaning space 63 is surrounded by the first dust-proof shield 66 and the second dust-proof shield 67; the rotor cleaning part 6 comprises a shell control cylinder 68, the shell control cylinder 68 adopts a wide finger cylinder and comprises two cylinder arms with opposite extension directions, a first dust-proof shield 66 is connected with one cylinder arm, and a second dust-proof shield is connected with the other cylinder arm; after the rotor with the riveted edge enters between the first dust-proof shield 66 and the second dust-proof shield 67, the shell control cylinder 68 closes the first dust-proof shield 66 and the second dust-proof shield 67, so that the dust collector 62 can accurately clean the rotor in the cleaning space 63, and the problem of poor dust collection effect caused by the overlarge dust collection range of the dust collector 62 is avoided.
As shown in fig. 26 to 27, the magnetizing section 7 is fixed to the lower surface of the device mounting plate 11, and a magnetizing opening 71 is provided in a region of the device mounting plate 11 corresponding to the magnetizing section 7; the magnetizing part 7 includes a magnetizing head 72 and a magnetizing case 73; a magnetizing head installation space 731 is arranged in the magnetizing casing 73, the magnetizing head 72 is arranged in the magnetizing head installation space 731, and the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the magnetizing head installation space 731 are both provided with openings; a magnetizing space 721 is arranged in the magnetizing head 72, and the upper end and the lower end of the magnetizing space 721 are respectively provided with a magnetizing upper opening 722 and a magnetizing lower opening 723; the upper magnetizing opening 722, the lower magnetizing opening 723 and the openings of the upper and lower end faces of the magnetic charging head mounting space 731 correspond to the magnetizing opening 71; the rotor enters the magnetizing space 721 through the magnetizing upper opening 722; the magnetizing part 7 further comprises a magnetizing jacking part, and the magnetizing jacking part comprises a magnetizing jacking cylinder 741 and a magnetizing jacking bracket; the magnetizing jacking bracket comprises a magnetizing sliding plate 743, a magnetizing transverse plate 744, a magnetizing guide rod 745 and a jacking shaft 746; one end of the magnetizing guide rod 745 is connected with the lower surface of the equipment assembling plate 11, and the other end of one end of the magnetizing guide rod 745 is connected with the upper surface of the magnetizing transverse plate 744; the magnetizing sliding plate 743 is penetrated by the magnetizing guide 745 and moves along the magnetizing guide 745; the cylinder body of the magnetizing jacking cylinder 741 is connected with a magnetizing transverse plate 744, and the cylinder arm of the magnetizing jacking cylinder 741 passes through the magnetizing transverse plate 744 to be connected with a magnetizing sliding plate 743; the jacking shaft 746 is arranged on the upper surface of the magnetizing sliding plate 743, the setting position of the jacking shaft 746 corresponds to the magnetizing lower opening 723, and the jacking shaft enters the magnetizing space 721 through the magnetizing lower opening 723 to support and jack the rotor; the carrying part 8 sends the cleaned rotor into the magnetizing part 7, contacts with the jacking shaft 746, and enters the magnetizing space 721 under the traction of the jacking shaft 746 to perform a magnetizing process; after the rotor is magnetized, the rotor is jacked to an area where the upper and lower material grabbing mechanisms can grab through the jacking shaft 746, and finally the rotor is placed into the material discharging assembly.
As shown in fig. 30, the discharging assembly includes a discharging cylinder 91 and a discharging bearing seat 92, and both the discharging cylinder 91 and the discharging bearing seat 92 are disposed on the upper surface of the equipment assembling plate 11; the cylinder body of the discharging cylinder 91 is connected with the upper surface of the equipment assembling plate 11, and the cylinder arm of the discharging cylinder 91 is connected with the discharging bearing seat 92; the discharging assembly further comprises a discharging limiting part 93, and the discharging limiting part 93 is arranged between the discharging cylinder 91 and the discharging bearing seat 92; the discharging limiting part 93 comprises a discharging limiting bearing seat 94, a discharging guide rod 95 and an air cylinder connecting plate 96; the cylinder arm of the discharging cylinder 91 is connected with one surface of a cylinder connecting plate 96, the other surface of the cylinder connecting plate 96 is connected with one end of a discharging guide rod 95, and the other end of the discharging guide rod 95 is connected with a discharging bearing seat 92; the discharging limiting bearing seat 94 is penetrated by the discharging guide rod 95, and the discharging limiting bearing seat 94 is fixed on the upper surface of the equipment assembling plate 11, so that the working stroke of the discharging guide rod 95 is limited, and the deviation of the discharging guide rod 95 when the discharging guide rod is sent out of a finished rotor product is prevented; the magnetized rotor is carried by the carrying part 8 and placed on the discharging bearing seat 92, and the discharging bearing seat 92 sends the processed rotor to the discharging opening 22 under the pushing of the discharging cylinder 91.
The rack part 1 comprises a rack support column 12 and a rack cover plate 13, and a rack space is formed by the rack support column 12 and the rack cover plate 13 in an enclosing manner; the rack space includes a valve island installation space 14, an electrical assembly space 15 and an equipment installation space 16; the electrical components of the magnetizing apparatus are arranged in the electrical assembly space 15, the valve island component of the magnetizing apparatus is arranged in the valve island installation space 14, and the rotary indexing motor 413, the vertical indexing cylinder 414, the rotary transportation cylinder 424, the riveting edge jacking mechanism 56, the jacking fixing mechanism 57, the dust collector 62 and the magnetizing part 7 are arranged in the equipment installation space 16; an electrical control switch 18 is provided in the region of the housing part 1 corresponding to the electrical assembly space 15 for controlling the electrical components; a frame opening door 19 is arranged in the region of the frame part 1 corresponding to the equipment installation space 16, so that later detection and overhaul are facilitated; the equipment mounting plate 11 is located on the upper surface of the rack portion 1; four corners of the bottom surface of the support column 12 of the rack are also provided with feet 17, so that the magnetizing apparatus can be conveniently placed integrally;

The working process of the magnetizing apparatus is as follows:
1. the workpiece feed section 31 feeds a rotor to be machined to a specified position.
2. The transporting cantilever 421 of the magnetic shoe transporting part 42 transports the magnetic shoe storage fixture 422 to the index plate 411, and the magnetic shoe supplying part 32 works to uniformly load the magnetic shoes into the magnetic shoe storage fixture 422.
3. The transporting arm 421 of the magnetic shoe transporting section 42 transports the magnetic shoe storage fixture 422, on which the magnetic shoes are mounted, to a position above the position of the rotor to be processed.
4. The magnetic shoe pressing mechanism 44 presses the magnetic shoes into the rotor from the magnetic shoe storage space 434 of the magnetic shoe storage fixture 422, so that the rotor and the magnetic shoes are combined.
5. The carrying part 8 feeds the rotor and the magnetic shoe, which are completely combined, into the iron core caulking part 5 for caulking.
6. The handling section 8 feeds the rotor, which has been subjected to caulking, from the core caulking section 5 to the rotor cleaning section 6 for cleaning.
7. The carrying part 8 feeds the cleaned rotor from the core caulking part 5 to the magnetizing part 7 to be magnetized.
8. And finally, the carrying part 8 sends the magnetized rotor into a discharging assembly 9, and the rotor which finishes all processing procedures is sent out of the magnetizer through the discharging assembly 9.
It should be noted that other technical solutions of the present invention all belong to the prior art, and therefore are not described in detail.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, a plurality of improvements and decorations can be made without departing from the concept of the present invention, and these improvements and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A conveying assembly of a magnetic shoe assembly machine is characterized by comprising a workpiece conveying part, a carrying part and a discharging assembly, wherein the workpiece conveying part, the carrying part and the discharging assembly are all arranged on an equipment assembly plate; the workpiece feeding part and the discharging assembly are arranged at two ends of the conveying part, and the workpiece feeding part and the discharging assembly are positioned at the same side of the conveying part;
the conveying part comprises a manipulator moving plate, the manipulator moving plate is arranged above the workpiece conveying part and the discharging assembly and moves under the driving of the conveying cylinder; at least two material grabbing upper and lower mechanisms are arranged on the manipulator moving plate, the material grabbing upper and lower mechanisms send unprocessed workpieces in the workpiece conveying part into the processing mechanism for processing, and send the processed workpieces into the discharging assembly;
the workpiece conveying part comprises a workpiece conveying cylinder, and the discharging assembly comprises a discharging cylinder.

The conveying assembly of a magnetic shoe assembling machine according to claim 1, wherein said workpiece conveying portion further comprises a workpiece conveying slide rail and a workpiece conveying moving plate, and the workpiece conveying cylinder, the workpiece conveying slide rail and the workpiece conveying moving plate are all arranged on the upper surface of the equipment assembling plate; a workpiece conveying sliding block is arranged on the workpiece conveying sliding rail and connected with the lower surface of a workpiece conveying moving plate, a cylinder body of a workpiece conveying cylinder is connected with an equipment assembling plate, and a cylinder arm of the workpiece conveying cylinder is connected with the workpiece conveying moving plate; the workpiece feeding moving plate is also provided with a workpiece moving plate through hole, a workpiece mounting guide sleeve is arranged in the workpiece moving plate through hole, and the workpiece is arranged in the workpiece mounting guide sleeve.

The conveying assembly of a magnetic shoe assembling machine according to claim 2, wherein the workpiece mounting guide sleeve is driven by the workpiece conveying moving plate to move along the workpiece conveying slide rail, and a workpiece conveying limiting groove corresponding to the moving range of the workpiece mounting guide sleeve is formed in the equipment assembling plate, and one end of the workpiece mounting guide sleeve moves in the workpiece conveying limiting groove.

The conveying assembly of a magnetic shoe assembling machine according to claim 2, wherein said workpiece feeding portion further comprises a workpiece feeding stopper; the workpiece conveying limiting part comprises a workpiece conveying limiting block and a workpiece conveying limiting seat, the workpiece conveying limiting block is arranged on the side edge of the workpiece conveying moving plate and moves along the workpiece conveying sliding rail under the driving of the workpiece conveying moving plate; the workpiece conveying limiting part is arranged on the upper surface of the equipment assembling plate, and when the workpiece conveying moving plate reaches an area for receiving an unprocessed workpiece, the workpiece conveying limiting block is contacted with the workpiece conveying limiting seat.

The conveying assembly of a magnetic shoe assembling machine according to claim 2, wherein a workpiece mounting space is provided in the workpiece mounting guide sleeve, and the workpiece is disposed in the workpiece mounting space; and a buffer spring is also arranged in the workpiece mounting space, one end of the buffer spring is connected with the inner wall of the workpiece mounting space, and the other end of the buffer spring is contacted with the workpiece.

The conveying assembly of a magnetic shoe assembling machine according to claim 1, wherein the discharging assembly comprises a discharging cylinder and a discharging bearing seat, and the discharging cylinder and the discharging bearing seat are both arranged on the upper surface of the equipment assembling plate; the cylinder body of the discharging cylinder is connected with the upper surface of the equipment assembling plate, and the cylinder arm of the discharging cylinder is connected with the discharging bearing seat.

The conveying assembly of a magnetic shoe assembling machine according to claim 7, wherein said discharging assembly further comprises a discharging limiting part, said discharging limiting part is arranged between the discharging cylinder and the discharging bearing seat; the discharging limiting part comprises a discharging limiting bearing seat, a discharging guide rod and a cylinder connecting plate; the cylinder arm of the discharging cylinder is connected with one surface of a cylinder connecting plate, the other surface of the cylinder connecting plate is connected with one end of a discharging guide rod, and the other end of the discharging guide rod is connected with a discharging bearing seat; the discharging limiting bearing seat is penetrated by the discharging guide rod and fixed on the upper surface of the equipment assembling plate.

The conveying assembly of a magnetic shoe assembling machine according to claim 1, wherein the processing mechanism comprises an iron core riveting edge part, a rotor cleaning part and a magnetizing part which are all arranged on the equipment assembling plate; the iron core riveting edge part, the rotor cleaning part, the magnetizing part, the workpiece conveying part and the discharging assembly are arranged on the same side of the conveying part and are positioned on the same straight line; the iron core riveting part is arranged between the workpiece conveying part and the rotor cleaning part, and the magnetizing part is arranged between the rotor cleaning part and the discharging assembly.

The conveying assembly of a magnetic shoe assembling machine according to claim 9, wherein the upper and lower material grabbing mechanisms comprise a first upper and lower material grabbing mechanism, a second upper and lower material grabbing mechanism, a third upper and lower material grabbing mechanism and a fourth upper and lower material grabbing mechanism;
when a cylinder arm of the carrying cylinder extends, the first upper and lower material grabbing mechanisms correspond to a workpiece conveying part, the second upper and lower material grabbing mechanisms correspond to an iron core riveting part, the third upper and lower material grabbing mechanisms correspond to a rotor cleaning part, and the fourth upper and lower material grabbing mechanisms correspond to a magnetizing part;
when the cylinder arm of the carrying cylinder is folded, the first upper and lower material grabbing mechanisms correspond to the iron core riveting edge parts, the second upper and lower material grabbing mechanisms correspond to the rotor cleaning parts, the third upper and lower material grabbing mechanisms correspond to the magnetizing parts, and the fourth upper and lower material grabbing mechanisms correspond to the discharging assembly.
