1. A range hood cleaning reminding system, comprising: the system comprises an oil screen, a fan, a smoke exhaust assembly, a variable frequency control driving unit and a user interaction module, wherein the oil screen, the fan and the smoke exhaust assembly are sequentially connected; wherein,
the user interaction module is used for receiving an air exhaust gear instruction input by a user;
the variable frequency control driving unit is used for acquiring a first fan operating parameter of the fan corresponding to an air exhaust gear represented by an air exhaust gear instruction, calculating a difference value between a preset second fan operating parameter and the first fan operating parameter, and sending a reminding instruction to the user interaction module when the difference value is determined to meet a preset reminding threshold value;
and the user interaction module is also used for sending a cleaning prompt corresponding to the oil screen or the smoke exhaust component to a user after receiving the prompt instruction.
2. The range hood cleaning reminder system of claim 1, wherein the fan operating parameters include fan power and fan speed; the variable frequency control drive unit is further configured to:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining first fan power and first fan rotating speed of a fan corresponding to an air exhaust gear represented by an air exhaust gear instruction, calculating a power difference value between preset second fan power and the first fan power, and a rotating speed difference value between preset second fan rotating speed and the first fan rotating speed, and when the power difference value is smaller than a preset first power threshold value and/or the rotating speed difference value is smaller than a preset first rotating speed threshold value, not sending a reminding instruction to a user interaction module.

when the power difference value is larger than a preset second power threshold value and/or the rotating speed difference value is larger than a preset second rotating speed threshold value, sending an air valve cleaning reminding instruction to the user interaction module; and the difference value between the second power threshold value and the first power threshold value is greater than a specified difference threshold value, and the second rotating speed threshold value are greater than a specified difference threshold value.
4. The range hood cleaning reminder system of claim 3, wherein the variable frequency control drive unit is further configured to:
and when the power difference value is greater than the first power threshold value and less than the second power threshold value, and/or the rotating speed difference value is greater than the first rotating speed threshold value and less than the second rotating speed threshold value, sending an oil network cleaning reminding instruction to the user interaction module.
5. The range hood cleaning reminder system of claim 4, wherein the variable frequency control drive unit is further configured to:
determining a classification power range based on a preset power deviation range threshold, the first power threshold and the second power threshold, and determining a classification rotating speed range based on a preset rotating speed deviation range threshold, the first rotating speed threshold and the second rotating speed threshold; wherein the power deviation range threshold and the speed deviation threshold comprise one or more;
and when the power difference value is in the classification power range and the rotating speed difference value is in the classification rotating speed range, sending a classification reminding instruction to the user interaction module.
6. The range hood cleaning reminder system of claim 1, wherein the fan operating parameters further include fan current;
the variable frequency control driving unit is used for acquiring a first fan current corresponding to an air exhaust gear represented by an air exhaust gear instruction, calculating a current difference value between a preset second fan current and the first fan current, and sending a reminding instruction to the user interaction module when the current difference value is determined to accord with a preset reminding threshold value.
7. The range hood cleaning reminder system of claim 3, further comprising: the first pressure sensor is connected with the air valve;
the first pressure sensor is used for sending an air valve cleaning reminding instruction to the user interaction module when detecting that the first pressure exceeds a reminding threshold value.
8. The range hood cleaning reminder system of claim 1, further comprising: a second pressure sensor connected to the oil network;
and the second pressure sensor is used for sending an oil network cleaning reminding instruction to the user interaction module when detecting that the second pressure exceeds a reminding threshold value.
9. The range hood cleaning reminder system of claim 1, further comprising: the image identification module is connected with the oil net;
the image recognition module is used for sending an oil network cleaning reminding instruction to the user interaction module when oil stains on the oil network are recognized to meet a preset cleaning condition;
and the user interaction module is used for displaying and/or broadcasting the cleaning prompt after receiving the oil network cleaning prompt instruction.
10. The range hood cleaning reminder system of claim 3, further comprising: the spectrum analyzer is connected with the variable frequency control driving unit;
the spectrum analyzer is used for carrying out spectrum identification analysis on the air valve and/or the oil net and sending an oil net cleaning reminding instruction to the user interaction module when the air valve and/or the oil net meet preset cleaning conditions.
