本实用新型涉及真空瓶,是一种高刚性高分子方形旋转真空瓶。
背景技术
真空瓶是指一种能使气体与外界温度隔绝的容器或隔绝外部细菌的容器,市场销售的真空瓶是由一个圆柱体成椭圆体容器加一个安置底部的活塞组成。其工作原理是用弹簧的收缩力,且不让空气进入瓶中,造成真空状态,而利用大气压力来推动瓶底的活塞前进。如中国专利文献中披露的申请号200910152519.0,公开日2010年3月3日,发明名称“乳液泵旋转伸缩式喷头”;再如中国专利文献中披露的申请号201620588230.9,授权公告日2016.11.16,实用新型名称“一种化妆品真空瓶”;但上述产品和同类产品的出液稳定性较差,特别是泵芯组立的阀杆与阀针套合处缺少用于出液稳定的过渡腔设计,及缺少安全锁结构设计。
发明内容
为克服上述不足,本实用新型的目的是向本领域提供一种高刚性高分子方形旋转真空瓶,使其解决现有同类产品中泵芯组立的阀杆与阀针套合处缺少过渡腔设计,及头帽缺少安全锁结构设计的技术问题。其目的是通过如下技术方案实现的。
一种高刚性高分子方形旋转真空瓶,该方形旋转真空瓶的旋转圈两侧对称设有螺旋孔,所述螺旋孔的两端分别设有水平的限位槽,大圈的两侧对称设有凸起的销柱,大圈的销柱过盈插入固定于旋转圈的螺旋孔,销柱下方的旋转圈外径设有上扣圈,旋转圈底部的内圈处内壁设有内螺纹,旋转圈底部的外圈处圈口内径设有内扣圈,内瓶的瓶口外径设有外螺纹,外瓶的瓶口外径设有外扣圈,内瓶的外螺纹与旋转圈的内螺纹连接同时,外瓶的外扣圈与旋转圈的内扣圈扣合固定;泵芯组立的内塞扣合固定于大圈的中心孔,泵芯组立的阀杆伸出旋转圈的阀杆与头帽的进液孔扣合,外罩的罩口与旋转圈的上扣圈扣合固定,内瓶的底部瓶口设有底盖,底盖内的内瓶底部设有大活塞,内瓶、大圈及旋转圈上方的螺旋孔处圈径呈圆柱形;旋转外罩,大圈带动内瓶、泵芯组立和头帽上下移动。其结构设计要点是所述泵芯组立的阀杆与泵体内阀针套合处的阀针外径设有小活塞,套合处阀针的端口与阀杆的内孔之间设有过渡腔,过渡腔处阀杆的内孔小于内孔上方阀杆的上孔口,泵体内的进液孔设有弹套,头帽的进液孔套入扣合固定于阀杆的上孔口内,套合处阀杆的外径设有弹簧,弹簧的一端与阀杆的上孔口外径筋圈相抵,弹簧的另一端与阀杆伸出处内塞的凸台相抵,内塞的外翻边与大圈的中心孔套合,内塞的下圈槽与泵体的泵口扣合,内塞的内圈筋伸入泵体内,并与小活塞相抵。上述旋转圈采用高刚性高分子旋转圈,锁孔钉、连接带和铆接钉组成安全锁结构,泵芯组立的阀针与阀杆套合之间的内部设有过渡腔,弹套亦可替换为球珠;使用时,旋转外罩,头帽伸出外罩,按压使用头帽即可。
所述旋转圈的一侧设有内锁孔,所述内锁孔对应的外罩一侧设有外锁孔,外罩的外锁孔设有锁孔钉,锁孔钉通过连接带固定于外罩的铆接钉;头帽收入外罩内时,旋转圈的内锁孔与外罩的外锁孔对齐,外罩的锁孔钉插入旋转圈的内锁孔。从而便于该方形旋转真空瓶在关闭状态下,通过锁孔钉固定头帽,防止头帽被旋转而上升打开;该方形旋转真空瓶使用前,部分拔出锁孔钉,锁孔钉与旋转圈的内锁孔脱离即可,铆接钉和连接带防止锁孔钉使用后掉落遗失。
所述外罩、旋转圈与外瓶依次连为一体呈方形柱。根据上述结构特征,该方形旋转真空瓶亦可采用圆柱形的外罩、旋转圈和外瓶结构设计。
本实用新型结构设计合理,使用、操作、携带方便,出液稳定性好,特别是具有安全锁结构设计;其适合作为旋转真空瓶使用,及其同类产品的结构改进。

上述旋转圈采用高刚性高分子旋转圈,所述高刚性高分子材料由下述重量百分比的组分制成:72-84份高密度聚乙烯、15-25份氢氧化铝、5-3份改性氧化石墨烯胶体、2-1份氧化钙;A;包括以下步骤:a)浓度为0.01-0.5M的柠檬酸钠和硝酸银水溶液在三口烧瓶中混合均匀,加入一定量的氧化石墨烯水溶液,再加入一定量体积分数为40%的聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵溶液,每100mg氧化石墨烯胶体对应体积分数为40%的聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵溶液为4-5ml,常温下磁力搅拌12小时,再在130℃油浴锅中磁力搅拌3小时,然后第二次加入柠檬酸钠作为氧化石墨烯的还原剂,三口烧瓶加入20mL三乙胺,再将7mL酰溴溶于20mL二甲苯并在15min内逐滴滴加,氧化石墨烯被柠檬酸钠和聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵在温和条件下即60-80℃,经过6-9小时搅拌制得改性氧化石墨烯胶体;b)将上述高密度聚乙烯、氢氧化铝、改性氧化石墨烯胶体、氧化钙混合均匀,同时添加相容剂PE-b-M、碳纳米管和二氧化硅,在密炼机中加热混匀,混合的时间为20-30分钟,造粒,得改性颗粒,利用双层共挤挤出吹塑设备将改性颗粒作为制作外盖、内盖、外瓶和内瓶材料,在该设备挤出口模内混合成管状熔体,管状熔体经吹塑模具拉伸吹塑冷却后,得成品。所述氧化石墨烯水溶液的量以银: 氧化石墨烯质量比为1:2-1:5。所述的碳纳米管为单壁碳纳米管或多壁碳纳米管。所述的二氧化硅为微米级二氧化硅或纳米级二氧化硅。
