A strong air cooling structure of a broadband variable frequency motor comprises a motor base and a cooling fan, wherein a front side air inlet of a driving end is arranged on the front side surface of a shell on one side of the driving end of the motor base; the middle part of the rear side face of the shell of the motor base is provided with an air outlet, the air outlet is connected with a cooling fan, a spoke type rotor support is arranged on a motor rotating shaft, a middle baffle plate is arranged in the middle part of the motor rotating shaft, and cooling air entering a driving end cover chamber through a driving end front side air inlet and a driving end rear side air inlet sequentially passes through a motor rotor left side axial air path on the left side of the middle baffle plate, a motor stator left side radial air path and the air outlet and is discharged to the outside of the motor after entering the cooling fan; the cooling air entering the non-drive end cover chamber through the non-drive end front air inlet and the non-drive end rear air inlet sequentially passes through the motor rotor right axial air path on the right side of the middle baffle, the motor stator right radial air path and the air outlet, enters the cooling fan and is discharged to the outside of the motor.
Shutters are arranged on the air inlet at the front side of the driving end, the air inlet at the front side of the non-driving end, the air inlet at the rear side of the driving end and the air inlet at the rear side of the non-driving end, and stainless steel wire woven meshes capable of preventing solids with the diameter of 1 mm from penetrating are arranged in the shutters.
