Referring to the exploded structure of the leisure chair shown in fig. 2, the seat frame 3 is composed of a seat frame support plate 5 fixed on a seat frame connecting rod 4. The back frame 2 is formed by fixing a back frame supporting plate 6 on a back frame connecting rod 7. The supporting legs 1, the seat frame connecting rods 4 and the back frame connecting rods 7 form a chair frame structure together.

When the leisure chair is produced and assembled, the supporting legs 1, the back frame 2 and the seat frame 3 of the leisure chair can be assembled respectively, and finally, the three parts are assembled together to form the complete leisure chair.
Referring to the exploded view of the seat frame 3 of the leisure chair shown in fig. 4, the seat frame connecting rod 4 is formed by connecting a seat frame front connecting rod 21 and a seat frame rear connecting rod 14. During production, the seat frame mesh 12 and the seat frame plastic frame 11 are firstly molded into a whole, then two sides of the seat frame plastic frame 11 of the seat frame bearing plate 5 are fixedly connected with the seat frame clamping component 16 through the screw 13 and the seat frame front connecting rod 21, and then the seat frame cover plate 17 is buckled on the seat frame clamping component 16 to cover the position of the screw 13, so that the appearance is more attractive. The front part of the seat frame plastic frame 11 is fixedly connected with a seat frame front connecting rod 21 through a seat frame front clamping member 20. For aesthetic reasons, the end of the seat frame clamping member 16 is provided with a seat frame plug 18 and the end of the seat frame front clamping member 20 is provided with a seat frame front clamping member plug 19.
The seat frame 3 is provided with a seat frame rear connecting rod 14, and the seat frame front connecting rod 21 and the seat frame rear connecting rod 14 are fixedly connected through a connecting head 15 to form a seat frame connecting rod 4 of the complete seat frame 3.
Referring to the exploded schematic view of the back frame 2 of the leisure chair shown in fig. 5, during production, firstly, the back frame mesh 22 and the back frame plastic frame 23 are molded into a whole, then, two sides of the back frame plastic frame 23 of the back frame supporting plate 6 are fixedly connected with the back frame clamping members 9 through screws 13 and the back frame connecting rods 7, and then, the back frame cover plate 10 is fastened on the back frame clamping members 9 to cover the positions of the screws 13, so that the appearance is more beautiful. The end of the back frame holding member 9 is provided with a back frame stopper 8 for aesthetic reasons.
Referring to the schematic structural diagram of the seat frame plastic frame 11 shown in fig. 6, the seat frame plastic frame 11 is further provided with a fixing post 24 for fixing the screw 13. The screw 13 is fixed on the fixing column 14 through the seat frame clamping component 16, and the positioning parts 26 are arranged at the front corners of the left side and the right side of the seat frame plastic frame 11 and used for limiting the left side and the right side and the front side and the back side. The seat frame plastic frame 11 is further provided with a reinforcing rib 25 which can be used for increasing the surface strength of the seat frame plastic frame 11 and supporting and positioning the seat frame clamping member 16.
Referring to the seat frame clamping member 16 shown in fig. 7, screw holes 27 are provided to facilitate the fastening of the screws 13 through the seat frame clamping member 16 to the seat frame plastic frame 11. The seat frame clamping member 16 is also provided with a lip 28 for fitting and positioning with the seat frame front connecting rod 21, so that the connection and fixation are firmer.
Referring to fig. 8, after the seat frame plastic frame 11 and the seat frame clamping member 16 are fastened by screws, the seat frame front connecting rod 21 is tightly clamped in the clamping space formed by the seat frame plastic frame 11 and the lip 28 of the seat frame clamping member 16, so that the seat frame front connecting rod 21 is firmly fixed.
Referring to the alternative embodiment of the seat frame clamping member 16 shown in figure 9, screw holes 27 are also provided to facilitate the fastening of the screws 13 through the seat frame clamping member 16 to the seat frame plastic frame 11. Different from the first embodiment, the seat frame clamping member 16 is provided with a clamping groove 29 for clamping with the seat frame front connecting rod 21, so that the connection and fixation are firmer.
Referring to fig. 10, the seat frame front connecting rod 21 is clamped in the clamping groove 29 of the seat frame clamping member 16, and after the seat frame plastic frame 11 and the seat frame clamping member 16 are fastened by screws, the seat frame front connecting rod 21 is tightly clamped in the clamping space formed by the seat frame plastic frame 11 and the clamping groove 29 of the seat frame clamping member 16, so that the seat frame front connecting rod 21 is firmly fixed.
The leisure chaise longue structure of this embodiment is installed through bearing board detachably on the chair frame of leisure chaise longue, the screen cloth and the integrative injection moulding of plastic frame of bearing board. And the plastic frame is configured to wrap around a periphery of the flexible sheet; with the mesh under tension, a plastic frame is injection molded around the periphery of the flexible sheet and is integrally bonded thereto. The seat frame 3 and the back frame 2 can be used as a fitting for production assembly or replacement maintenance, the production efficiency and the standardization degree are higher, and the after-sale maintenance is more convenient and lower in cost.
