As can be seen from fig. 1, the refrigerator 1 includes a cabinet 10, and a first door 11 and a second door 12 mounted on the cabinet 10. As can also be taken from fig. 1, the refrigerator 1 contains two storage spaces (not shown in detail) due to the exemplary configuration as a side hung double-door refrigerator.
Fig. 2 illustrates a side sectional view of a refrigerator according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
As can be seen from fig. 2, the cabinet 10 of the refrigerator 1 includes a cabinet liner 15, a cabinet outer shell, and a foaming layer 13 disposed between the cabinet liner 15 and the cabinet outer shell. For the sake of simplicity, only the foamed layer 13 and the tank bladder 15 are schematically shown, and the tank case is omitted. Since the main related parts of the present invention are not described herein, the housing case will not be described in detail.
As can also be seen from fig. 2, the cabinet 10 or the cabinet liner 15 is formed with an upper storage space and a lower storage space, and the first door 11 and the second door 12 are provided on the cabinet 10 and respectively close the upper storage space and the lower storage space of the cabinet 10 in the present view. The first door 11 and the second door 12 are respectively provided with a door liner seal 8 for sealing the cabinet 10. As can also be seen from fig. 2, the cooling wind W flows from left to right (arrow direction) in the plane of view toward the direction of the second door body 12. When the second door body 12 is opened, the cooling air W flows through the door liner seal 8 from the opening between the second door body 12 and the cabinet 10 and flows out to the outside environment. Since there is a temperature difference between the outside ambient temperature and the temperature in the lower storage space, condensation occurs on the door liner seal 8. To avoid this, a weather strip 2 is arranged on the tank container 15. The wind deflector 2 is arranged in a flow path of the cooling air W in the direction of the door liner seal 8 arranged on the second door body 12 of the refrigerator 1 and blocks the cooling air W from directly blowing toward the door liner seal 8. In this example embodiment, the weather strip 2 is disposed near the slit formed between the first door body 11 and the second door body 12 adjacent to each other.
Fig. 3 illustrates a side sectional view of a refrigerator according to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention. In this exemplary embodiment, the difference from the refrigerator 1 in fig. 2 is that the cabinet 10 in fig. 3 includes a partition beam 5 provided inside the cabinet 10 in addition to the cabinet bladder 15, the cabinet outer case, and the foaming layer 13 provided between the cabinet bladder 15 and the cabinet outer case. The partition beam 5 is arranged transversely and delimits together with the tank container 15 an upper storage space and a lower storage space, which in the present illustration are respectively closed by the first door body 11 and the second door body 12 provided on the cabinet 10.
As can also be seen from fig. 3, the weather strip 2 is exemplarily arranged on the partition beam 5, and, similarly to fig. 2, the weather strip 2 is arranged in a flow path of the cooling air W toward the door liner seal 8 provided on the second door body 12 and is arranged close to the slit formed between the first door body 11 and the second door body 12 adjacent to each other.
Next, the configuration and mounting manner of the weather strip will be described with reference to exemplary embodiments.
Fig. 4 shows a sectional view of a weather strip for a refrigerator according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention in an assembled state. As can be seen from fig. 4, the weather strip 2 includes a body 3 and an edge strip 4 formed on the body 3. Here, the edge strip 4 is made of TPE material and the body 3 is made of PP material. In this exemplary embodiment, the body 3 is configured in a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and the edge strip 4 is illustratively integrally molded with the body 3. The weather strip 2 is arranged as an example on the partition beam 5 in fig. 3. However, depending on the requirements and the configuration of the housing 10, the weather strip 2 may also be provided on the tank container 15 and a plurality of weather strips 2 may also be arranged within the housing 10. In contrast to the usual mounting of the weather strip mentioned in the background of the invention, according to this exemplary embodiment of the invention, a first component 6 is provided in the body 3 of the weather strip 2, which first component 6 is formed by an iron strip by way of example. The separating beam 5 has a second component 7 enclosed therein, which second component 7 is formed by a magnet strip by way of example. Therefore, when the wind shielding strip 2 is installed on the separation beam 5, the iron strips in the body 3 of the wind shielding strip 2 and the magnet strips in the separation beam 5 are connected in a magnetic adsorption mode, and therefore the wind shielding strip 2 is conveniently installed on the box body 10. According to a further exemplary embodiment, the first component 6 can also be designed as a magnet strip, and the second component 7 can accordingly also be designed as an iron strip or another magnet strip cooperating therewith, so that a magnetically attractive connection of the first component 6 to the second component 7 can also be ensured.
In order to more reliably mount the weather strip 2 to, for example, the partition member 5, it is necessary to reserve an assembly mark at a position where the weather strip 2 is engaged. In this exemplary embodiment, it can also be seen from fig. 4 that a second engagement structure 9, which is configured here as an exemplary recess, is formed on the partition bar 5. A first engagement structure 14 is formed on the body 3 of the wind deflector 2, the first engagement structure 14 being, in the exemplary embodiment, an edge of the cuboid body 3. The recess and the edge have mutually matching dimensions. During the assembly of the wind deflector strip 2, this edge or body 3 is inserted into a recess of the partition bar 5. The magnet strips are arranged in the recesses, so that after the body 3 has been inserted into the recesses, the iron strips in the body 3 are connected to the magnet strips in the partition bar 5 in an optimized magnetic attraction manner. The recess thus also forms a reserve for the assembly of the weather strip 2. The wind deflector strip 2 is securely fastened to the housing 10 or to the partition bar 5 and/or the tank container 15 by means of the provision of the recesses and the magnetic-attraction connection.
In this exemplary embodiment, the magnet strip is completely and entirely enclosed in the partition beam 5 and the iron strip is completely and entirely enclosed in the body 3. Other arrangements, such as partial encapsulation of the magnet or iron strips or an arrangement divided into segments, are also conceivable by the person skilled in the art, as long as the arrangement of the wind deflector strip 2 on the partition bar 5 or alternatively or additionally on the tank container 15 is possible by means of a magnetically attractive connection of the magnet and iron strips.
Fig. 5 shows a perspective view of a weather strip for a refrigerator according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention in an assembled state. In this exemplary embodiment, the second member 7 is not visible in this figure, since it is completely enclosed in the partition beam 5.
Although the embodiment of the present invention has been described above by taking a side hung door type double door refrigerator as an example, it can be understood by those skilled in the art that the idea of the present invention is not limited to a side hung door type double door refrigerator, and the wind deflector is utilized when the wind deflector is used in the refrigerator. For example, a more-door refrigerator or a single-door refrigerator may also use the wind deflector as needed.
Although specific embodiments have been described above, these embodiments are not intended to limit the scope of the present disclosure, even if only a single embodiment is described with respect to a particular feature. The examples of features provided in the present disclosure are intended to be illustrative, not limiting, unless expressly stated otherwise. In the specific implementation, a plurality of features can be combined with each other according to actual needs, where technically feasible. Various substitutions, alterations, and modifications may be devised without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
