In an embodiment of the present invention, the pick-and-place robot 40 may include a vacuum chuck and a motion module, and the motion module may drive the vacuum chuck to perform X, Y and Z-axis spatial motion; preferably, the pick-and-place robot 40 may further include a rotation driving module connected to the vacuum chuck so that the vacuum chuck can be arbitrarily rotated in a horizontal plane. The pick-and-place robot 40 may have the same structure as the prior art and will not be described in detail.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the automatic plate loading and unloading apparatus of the embodiment may further include a movable type negative pressure cleaning assembly 90, and the movable type negative pressure cleaning assembly 90 is configured to move back and forth above the elevating stage 51. The suction turning table 61 may be provided with a negative pressure suction portion such as a negative pressure hole and/or a groove (not shown) to perform negative pressure suction on the circuit board. When the circuit board is turned over, after the pick-and-place manipulator 40 places the circuit board on the adsorption turnover table 61, the turnover driving mechanism drives the adsorption turnover table 61 to turn over, and the turned-over circuit board is just placed on the circuit board carrier carried on the lifting carrying table 51.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the circuit board supply/reception device 20 includes a material frame 21 and a tray conveyance mechanism 22. The material frame 21 includes a first accommodating frame 211 and a second accommodating frame 212 arranged side by side along the X direction, and the first accommodating frame 211 and the second accommodating frame 212 are respectively provided with a lifting tray bracket 23 for carrying the tray 100. Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the first accommodating frame 211 is provided at a side of the suction/inverting table 61, and the second accommodating frame 212 is provided at a side of the elevating stage 51.
The tray conveying mechanism 22 is disposed on top of the material frame 21 and is used for conveying the trays from the first accommodating frame 211 to the second accommodating frame 212. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the tray conveying mechanism 22 includes two moving guide rails 221 disposed on the top of the frame in a manner of approaching or separating from each other in the Y direction, wherein a transmission chain 222 is disposed on one of the moving guide rails 221, and a toggle member 223 is mounted on the transmission chain 222.
The conveying of the material tray can be realized as follows: firstly, the tray bracket 23 in the first accommodating frame 211 jacks the tray 100 to the top of the first accommodating frame 211, and then the two moving guide rails 221 approach each other, so that the tray 100 is supported and limited; then, the transmission chain 222 rotates, and the stirring piece 223 stirs the tray 100 from the top of the first accommodating frame 211 to the top of the second accommodating frame 212; finally, the tray carrier 23 in the second receiving frame 2012 rises to a predetermined height, and the two moving rails 221 move away from each other, so that the tray 100 is carried by the tray carrier 23 in the second receiving frame 212.
When the circuit board is loaded, the circuit board feeding/receiving device 20 is in the feeding mode, and at this time, the tray carrying the circuit board can be stacked and placed in the first receiving groove 211, and when the tray conveying mechanism 22 conveys the tray from the first receiving groove 211 to the top of the second receiving groove 212, the pick-and-place manipulator 40 transfers the circuit board from the tray to the circuit board carrier, and the empty tray is stacked and stored in the second receiving groove 212. When the circuit board is placed in the receiving mode, the circuit board supply/receiving device 20 can store empty trays in the first receiving groove 211, and after the empty trays are lifted to a predetermined height, the pick-and-place manipulator 40 transfers the circuit boards from the circuit board carriers to the empty trays, and the tray conveying mechanism 22 conveys the trays loaded with the circuit boards to the second receiving groove 212 to be stacked and stored.
Referring to fig. 1 again, the automatic board loading and unloading apparatus of the embodiment may further include a detection camera 70, and the detection camera 70 may be disposed at a side of the carrier conveying device 30 away from the circuit board supplying/receiving device 20. In the working process, the pick-and-place manipulator 40 can move above the detection camera 70 after sucking the circuit board and the carrier cover plate, so as to identify and position the circuit board and the carrier cover plate.
