The support frame 2 comprises a first connecting plate 201, a second connecting plate 202 and four connecting columns 203; the first connecting plate 201 and the second connecting plate 202 are disposed opposite to each other and parallel to each other. The connecting column 203 is arranged between the first connecting plate 201 and the second connecting plate 202, one end of the connecting column 203 is fixedly connected with the first connecting plate 201, and the other end of the forest of the connecting column 203 is fixedly connected with the second connecting plate 202.
Referring to fig. 3, the turning lever 4 is rotatably connected to the support frame 2. Referring to fig. 2 to 5, a transfer device further comprises a first transport assembly 8. The steering wheel 3 is provided with a transport groove 9 and a motor groove 10, and the transport groove 9 and the motor groove 10 are both arranged on one surface of the steering wheel 3 far away from the first connecting plate 201; the first transportation assembly 8 is arranged in the transportation groove 9 and the motor groove 10, and a corresponding cover plate can be arranged at an opening of the motor groove 10; the first transport assembly 8 is connected to the steering wheel 3. The first transportation assembly 8 is used for being matched with other devices to transport the base paper to the steering wheel 3 for steering; after the steering is finished, the first transportation assembly 8 is matched with other devices to transport the base paper out of the steering wheel 3.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the first transport assembly 8 includes a first rotating roller 11, a second rotating roller 12, a first conveyor belt 13, and a second driving member. The first rotating roller 11 is arranged at one end of the conveying groove 9, and the first rotating roller 11 is rotatably connected to the steering wheel 3; the second rotating roller 12 is arranged at the other end of the transport chute 9, the second rotating roller 12 is rotatably connected to the steering wheel 3, and the rotating axis of the second rotating roller 12 is parallel to the rotating axis of the first rotating roller 11. The first belt 13 passes around the first rotating roller 11 and the second rotating roller 12, and the first belt 13 rotates in synchronization with the first rotating roller 11 and the second rotating roller 12. The second driving piece is connected with the second rotating roller 12, the second driving piece is also connected with the steering wheel 3, the second driving piece is used for driving the second rotating roller 12 to rotate, and the second rotating roller 12 drives the first rotating roller 11 to synchronously rotate through the first conveying belt 13, so that the base paper moves on the first conveying belt 13.
Referring to fig. 5, the second driving member includes a second motor 14, the second motor 14 is disposed in the motor slot 10, and the second rotating roller 12 is coaxially and fixedly connected with an output shaft of the second motor 14. After the second motor 14 is started, the output shaft of the second motor 14 rotates to further drive the second rotating roller 12 to rotate, the second rotating roller 12 rotates to drive the first conveying belt 13 to rotate, the first conveying belt 13 rotates to drive the first rotating roller 11 to synchronously rotate, and therefore the base paper moves on the first conveying belt 13.
The basic principle of a transfer device of this application embodiment does: when the transfer device works, an output shaft of a second motor 14 rotates to drive a second rotating roller 12 to rotate, and the second rotating roller 12 rotates to drive a first rotating roller 11 to synchronously rotate; in cooperation with other devices, the base paper is caused to enter the steering wheel 3. After the base paper is transported to the steering wheel 3, the first motor 5 is started, the output shaft of the first motor 5 rotates to drive the second gear 7 and the first gear 6 to rotate in sequence, and then the rotating rod 4 is driven to rotate, so that the steering wheel 3 is driven to rotate, and the base paper on the steering wheel 3 is made to turn. After the steering is finished, the second motor 14 is started again and is matched with other devices again, so that the base paper is separated from the steering wheel 3.
Referring to fig. 2, a transfer system includes the transfer device described above and a second transport assembly 15. The number of the second transport assemblies 15 is at least two, and the second transport assemblies 15 are arranged along the circumferential direction of the steering wheel 3. The second transport assembly 15 is used to transport the base paper onto the steering wheel 3 in cooperation with the first transport assembly 8. After the steering is finished, the second transportation assembly 15 is matched with the first transportation assembly 8, the base paper is transported out of the steering wheel 3, and then the base paper is transported to a designated position; the designated position can be a position of equipment for processing the base paper, and can also be a position for placing the base paper.
Referring to fig. 2 and 6, the second transport assembly 15 includes a first fixing plate 16, a third rotating roller 17, a fourth rotating roller 18, a second conveyor belt 19, and a third driving member. The first fixing plate 16 is provided with a plurality of blocks, and in this application, the first fixing plate 16 is provided with two blocks, and the two blocks of the first fixing plate 16 are oppositely arranged. The third rotating roller 17 is rotatably connected to an end of the first fixed plate 16 away from the steering wheel 3, the fourth rotating roller 18 is rotatably connected to an end of the first fixed plate 16 close to the steering wheel 3, and a rotation axis of the fourth rotating roller 18 is parallel to a rotation axis of the third rotating roller 17. The second belt conveyor 19 is wound around the third rotating roller 17 and the fourth rotating roller 18, and the second belt conveyor 19 is rotated in synchronization with the third rotating roller 17 and the fourth rotating roller 18. The third driving member is connected with the third rotating roller 17, and the third driving member is used for driving the third rotating roller 17 to rotate. After the third driving part is started, the third driving part drives the third rotating roller 17 to rotate, the third rotating roller 17 drives the second conveyor belt 19 to rotate, and the second conveyor belt 19 rotates to drive the fourth rotating roller 18 to synchronously rotate, so that the base paper is moved to a position close to or far away from the steering wheel 3 along the second conveyor belt 19.
Referring to fig. 7, the third driving member includes a third motor 20, the third rotating roller 17 is coaxially and fixedly connected with an output shaft of the third motor 20, and the third motor 20 is fixed on the ground 21. After the third motor 20 is started, the output shaft of the third motor 20 rotates to drive the third rotating roller 17 to rotate, the third rotating roller 17 rotates to drive the second conveyor belt 19 to rotate, and the second conveyor belt 19 rotates to drive the fourth rotating roller 18 to synchronously rotate, so that the base paper is moved on the second conveyor belt 19.
The basic principle of a transfer system of the embodiment of the application is as follows: for convenience of description, the second transport unit 15 is provided in two, one of the second transport units 15 is referred to as an in-feed unit 1501, and the other second transport unit 15 is referred to as an out-feed unit 1502. The feed assembly 1501 is adapted to cooperate with the first transport assembly 8 to transport the base paper onto the steering wheel 3. The feeding-out unit 1502 is used to feed out the base paper from the steering wheel 3 in cooperation with the first conveyance unit 8.
When the transfer system is in operation, the output shaft of the third motor 20 of the feeding assembly 1501 rotates to drive the third rotating roller 17 to rotate, so that the second conveyor belt 19 rotates, and the base paper is moved from one end of the second conveyor belt 19 far away from the steering wheel 3 to the other end of the second conveyor belt 19. Then, an output shaft of the second motor 14 rotates to drive the second rotating roller 12 to rotate, so that the first conveyor belt 13 rotates; the first conveyor belt 13 cooperates with the second conveyor belt 19 of the infeed assembly 1501 to transport the stock paper to the steering wheel 3. Then the first motor 5 is started, the output shaft of the first motor 5 drives the second gear 7 and the first gear 6 to rotate in sequence, and the first gear 6 rotates to enable the rotating rod 4 to rotate, so that the steering wheel 3 rotates and steers the base paper. After the steering wheel 3 finishes rotating, the second motor 14 is started again, meanwhile, the third motor 20 of the sending-out assembly 1502 is started, the third motor 20 is matched with the second motor 14, the base paper is sent out of the steering wheel 3, and the base paper is conveyed to a specified position through the second conveying belt 19 of the sending-out assembly 1502.

a steering wheel (3);
the rotating rod (4) is rotatably connected to the support frame (2), and one end, far away from the support frame (2), of the rotating rod (4) is coaxially and fixedly connected with the steering wheel (3); and the number of the first and second groups,
the first driving piece is connected with the rotating rod (4) and the supporting frame (2) and used for driving the rotating rod (4) to rotate.
2. A transfer device according to claim 1, wherein the first drive member comprises:
the first motor (5) is fixedly connected with the support frame (2);
the first gear (6) is coaxially and fixedly connected with the rotating rod (4); and the number of the first and second groups,

6. A transfer system, comprising:
a transfer device according to any one of claims 1 to 5; and the number of the first and second groups,
and at least two second conveying assemblies (15) are arranged along the circumferential direction of the steering wheel (3).
7. A transfer system according to claim 6, wherein the second transport assembly (15) comprises:
a first fixing plate (16) provided with a plurality of blocks;
a third rotating roller (17) rotatably connected to one end of the first fixing plate (16);
the fourth rotating roller (18) is rotatably connected to the other end of the first fixing plate (16), and the rotating axis of the fourth rotating roller (18) is parallel to that of the third rotating roller (17);
a second conveyor belt (19) passing around the third rotating roller (17) and the fourth rotating roller (18) and rotating synchronously with the third rotating roller (17) and the fourth rotating roller (18); and (c) a second step of,
