The mixing device 5 is a hollow tank structure, a piston type tank structure or a coil structure, when the hollow tank structure is adopted, the hollow tank structure can adopt a Venturi tank or a cylindrical tank, fluid can be conveyed from bottom to top or from top to bottom along the inside of the hollow tank, and a medium is input along the tangential direction of the hollow tank structure, so that the fluid and the medium form a vortex shape in a cavity of the hollow tank structure, the retention time of the fluid in the hollow tank structure is prolonged, the mixing uniformity of the fluid and the medium is improved, and meanwhile, in order to delay the flow of the fluid in the hollow tank structure, a guide plate can be spirally distributed or a grid is added, so that the mixing of the fluid and the medium is promoted; when adopting piston tank structure, can improve the mixed degree of consistency of fluid and medium through the piston, when through the coil structure, can make fluid and medium flow along the coil pipe, improve and mix the degree of consistency.

The first control valve 304 and the second control valve 404 are both close to the mixing device 5, which improves the control accuracy of the fluid and the medium, and the first control valve 304 and the second control valve 404 are flow regulating valves.
