Drawings
The above and other features of the present invention will become apparent with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which,
FIG. 1 illustrates a cross-sectional view of a vehicle clear glass according to one aspect of the present invention.
Detailed Description
It is easily understood that according to the technical solution of the present invention, a person skilled in the art can propose various alternative structures and implementation ways without changing the spirit of the present invention. Therefore, the following detailed description and the accompanying drawings are merely illustrative of the technical aspects of the present invention, and should not be construed as all of the present invention or as limitations or limitations on the technical aspects of the present invention.
The terms of orientation of up, down, left, right, front, back, top, bottom, and the like referred to or may be referred to in this specification are defined relative to the configuration shown in the drawings, and are relative terms, and thus may be changed correspondingly according to the position and the use state of the device. Therefore, these and other directional terms should not be construed as limiting terms. Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," "third," and the like are used for descriptive and descriptive purposes only and not for purposes of indication or implication as to the relative importance of the respective components.
Referring to fig. 1, there is shown a cross-sectional view of a transparent glass for a vehicle having a display function and a dimming function according to an embodiment of the present invention. In order not to impair the driver's view, the vehicle transparent pane can be arranged instead of the conventional tempered glass at the rear side window, and in addition, it can be arranged as an additional display element at a roof panel, for example, above the driver or rear passenger. The transparent pane for vehicles can be fixed in a sandwich manner, for example in an adhesively bonded manner, in the roof sheet metal or window sheet metal.
The transparent glass for a vehicle has a first glass layer 10, a second glass layer 20, and a dimming screen 30 and a touch screen 40 arranged in this order therebetween, wherein one of the first and second glass layers faces a passenger, and for convenience, in the following explanation, it is defined that the second glass layer 20 faces the passenger (which can also be referred to as an inner glass layer), and the first glass layer 10 faces away from the passenger (which can also be referred to as an outer glass layer). The first glass layer 10 and the second glass layer 20 can be made of conventional tempered glass or laminated glass, but they can also be made of organic glass, such as polycarbonate glass (PC glass), in order to reduce the weight of the transparent glass for vehicles while ensuring strength. Here, the transparency of the dimming screen 30 can be adjusted by the operator manipulating the touch panel 40. Further, instead of the entire display screen having a size substantially equal to that of the dimming screen 30, a plurality of display screen modules for displaying different contents are provided between the dimming screen 30 and the touch screen 40, thereby enabling flexible arrangement according to the customer's needs during the manufacturing process and thus reducing the production cost. On the other hand, the design of the partition can effectively improve the fixing stability of the display screen module in consideration of the flexibility of the display screen module.
In one embodiment, the individual components of the vehicle transparent pane can be fixed at a distance from one another by means of an adhesive material. The concept of "spaced apart from one another" means that the individual components are not allowed to come into direct contact with one another in order to be protected from damage. This arrangement can be achieved by arranging separate spacers between adjacent components, which can also be achieved by means of the adhesive material itself, i.e. as shown in fig. 1, by forming a separating adhesive layer 60 by means of the adhesive material. For the sake of simplicity and clarity, only one adhesive layer is provided with a reference numeral. The adhesive material can be, for example, a PVB (polyvinyl butyral) material.
Optionally, a display control element (not shown) is associated with the plurality of display modules, which is connected to the vehicle CAN bus and sets the display content of the individual display modules on the basis of the information read from the CAN bus. The information can relate to vehicle conditions (e.g., vehicle speed, location of the vehicle, temperature within the vehicle, or data related to in-vehicle entertainment equipment, etc.) and ambient environment (e.g., weather conditions or driving road conditions outside the vehicle). In addition, the passenger can also input the content to be displayed into the vehicle control system through a center console, a bluetooth device or a mobile phone, and finally the content is displayed through the display screen module.
Accordingly, the vehicle transparent glass can include a first display screen module 50 for displaying the above-mentioned vehicle state, which can be disposed in a side or corner region or a middle region of the vehicle transparent glass. Of course, the first display screen module can also be used to display the transparency of the rear dimming screen 30, for example, in the form of a scale or a number. In this case, the display control element of the first display screen module 50 is also connected to the touch screen 40 for adjusting the transparency value (which may also be referred to as a brightness value) displayed on the first display screen module 50 according to the state change of the touch screen 40. Here, the touch panel 40 may be structured by a capacitance system, an infrared scanning system, or a resistive film system. Of course, a dedicated display screen module can also be provided for displaying the transparency value of the dimming screen 30.
In addition, the transparent glass for the vehicle further comprises a second display screen module 51 for displaying the surrounding environment information or displaying according to the operation of the user, and the arrangement mode and the size of the second display screen module are designed according to the actual requirement. For example, when the information is displayed only in the form of text or icons, the second display screen module 51 can also be arranged in the side or corner regions in a smaller size. However, in order to improve display personalization and user experience, the second display screen module 51 can be designed in a larger size and arranged centrally between the touch screen 40 and the dimming screen 30, that is, in the center of the transparent glass for the vehicle as viewed from the outside, when displaying in the form of a picture or animation. For example, the second display screen module can display a corresponding picture or animation based on weather conditions.
It should be noted that the arrangement scheme of the display screen modules and the corresponding parameter selection can be designed as required, and are not limited to the above-mentioned scheme.
The transparent glass for the vehicle can provide different backgrounds by means of the light-adjusting screen 30 with adjustable transparency while providing vehicle information by using the display screen module. The light control panel 30 can be designed as a monochrome or color polymer dispersed liquid crystal, the transparency of which depends on the magnitude of the voltage applied thereto. For example, in the case of a monochromatic polymer dispersed liquid crystal of blue color, it appears black in the case where no voltage is applied, and it appears blue in the case where a voltage is applied. By means of the transparency adjustment element 70 provided, which is only indicated by a block in the drawing, the voltage applied to the dimming screen and thus its display transparency is changed by a user operation, for example by clicking or sliding the touch screen 40. The transparency adjustment element can be arranged integrally with the above-mentioned display control element.
Alternatively, the power supply of the vehicle itself connected to the dimming screen 30 by a cable can apply a voltage to the polymer dispersed liquid crystal. Instead of the power supply of the vehicle itself, it is also possible to provide a dedicated supply device (not shown) which is connected to the polymer dispersed liquid crystal by a cable. In order to avoid influencing the display of the dimming screen 30, the supply device is arranged between the dimming screen 30 and the first glass layer 10 (outer glass layer), i.e. behind the dimming screen 30 in a direction away from the display screen module. Alternatively, the dedicated supply device can be designed as a photovoltaic cell assembly connected to the dimming screen by a cable, in order to further reduce the energy consumption of the entire vehicle.
Finally, the utility model also relates to a vehicle having such a vehicle transparent pane, which is not described in detail here.
In summary, the transparent glass for a vehicle having the display function and the dimming function according to the present disclosure is not only convenient to operate, but also can flexibly arrange the display screen modules according to user requirements, thereby reducing the production cost and effectively improving the fixing stability of the display screen modules.
It should be understood that all of the above preferred embodiments are exemplary and not restrictive, and that various modifications and changes in the specific embodiments described above, which would occur to persons skilled in the art upon consideration of the above teachings, are intended to be within the scope of the utility model.
