Further, a second mounting column 55 is disposed on the seat frame 1001, and a second hinge point 613 is disposed between the first hinge point 611 and the second mounting column 55; the first mounting post 56 and the second mounting post 55 are connected by a first spring 57, and when the bezel lifting support 1003 abuts against the first mounting post 56, the first spring 57 is in a tensioned state.
With the above arrangement, the first spring 57 is used to realize that the leg stretching assembly 11 in the contracted state is firstly unfolded to switch the multifunction seat to the leg-opened state, and then the seat frame member 1001 is controlled to be lifted to switch the multifunction seat to the zero-gravity posture. Further, the seat frame assembly 10 further includes a seat frame rear supporting rod 1004, one end of the seat frame rear supporting rod 1004 is hinged to the third hinge point 616 with the seat frame fixing member 1005, and the other end is hinged to the fourth hinge point 617 with the seat frame member 1001; the fifth hinge point 615 and the third hinge point 616 are located along the bezel fixture 1005 in a front-to-back manner, and the second mounting post 55 is located between the second hinge point 613 and the fourth hinge point 617. Stability of the multifunction seat during switching to the zero-gravity attitude is improved by the seat frame rear support bar 1004.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, the seat extension device further includes an armrest, and an outer side of each seat frame fixing member 1005 is fixed with the armrest. The armrest may be directly fixed to the outer side of the seat frame fixing member 1005, or the armrest may be fixed to the mounting plate 1008, and the mounting plate 1008 may be fixedly mounted to the outer side of the seat frame fixing member 1005.
When the seat extension device is in a sitting position, the height between the seat frame surface of the seat frame assembly 10 and the lower surface of the chassis 4 is H1, H1 is more than 320 mm; when the seat extension apparatus is in the TV posture and the zero gravity posture, the distance between the first hinge point 611 and the small footrest 1101 is the largest, and the distance is marked as L1, and L1 mm is greater than or equal to 500mm and less than or equal to 520 mm.

The seat extension device provided by the embodiment limits the included angle a between the seat frame surface of the seat frame assembly and the backrest and the included angle b between the seat frame surface of the seat frame assembly and the horizontal plane when the backrest driving assembly is in the maximum stroke, so that a is more than or equal to 20 degrees and less than or equal to 30 degrees, b is more than or equal to 120 degrees and less than or equal to 150 degrees, thereby realizing a zero-gravity state, enabling the legs of a user lying on the seat to be not lower than the heart, and relieving the inadaptable state of a special user.
The embodiment also provides a seat, which comprises the seat stretching device or the seat stretching device, and the zero gravity posture can be realized without large change of the existing seat structure, so that the cost is low.
Example two
The difference between this embodiment and the first embodiment is: the seat stretching device is a structure of manual control action.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 11, the seat frame driving front support 16, the seat frame driving assembly 17, the first seat frame driving member 1006 and the second seat frame driving member 1007 in the first embodiment are eliminated, and the backrest driving assembly 18 in the first embodiment is replaced with a gas spring.
The seat frame 1001 is provided with a third mounting column 52, and the third mounting column 52 is located between the first hinge point 611 and the second hinge point 613; the leg stretching assembly 11 is provided with a fourth mounting column 53, the fourth mounting column 53 is connected with the third mounting column 52 through a second spring 54, and when the leg stretching assembly 11 is separated from the leg opening limiting member 51, the second spring 54 is in a tensioned state. When the seat is switched to the sitting position, the entire leg extension assembly 11 is in the folded state using the tension provided by the second spring 54.
Specifically, the first hinge point 611, the second mounting column 55 and the second hinge point 613 are sequentially distributed, and the fourth mounting column 53 is located between the twentieth hinge point 610 and the first hinge point 611.
In the case of a manually controlled seat extension device, the armrest must be directly fixed to the outside of the seat frame attachment 1005.
The specific process of switching the seat extension device to the zero gravity posture is as follows:
the seat frame member 1001 and the fifth link 1107 are pushed by the pushing handrail reaction force to simultaneously move rearward until the fifth link 1107 comes into contact with the leg opening restriction member 51, thereby completing the leg opening state.
When the armrest is pushed continuously, the front seat frame supporting plate 1002 drives the seat frame lifting support 1003 to move upwards, so that the front seat frame supporting plate 1002 is separated from the first mounting column 56, and the seat extension device is switched to the zero gravity posture.
The first spring 57 is in a natural state when the seat extension device is in a zero gravity position.
It should be further added that the fixed connection mentioned in the present invention is a bolt connection or a welding connection, and the rotating connection is a hinge connection.

1. A seat extension device having a zero gravity position comprising a chassis (4), a seat extension bracket, a backrest (2) and a backrest drive assembly (18), the seat extension bracket comprising a leg extension assembly (11) that is extendable or retractable relative to the chassis (4), and a seat frame assembly (10) hinged to the leg extension assembly (11) at a first hinge point (611) and rotatably connected to the backrest (2); the backrest driving assembly (18) can drive the backrest (2) to rotate relative to the seat frame assembly (10); it is characterized in that the preparation method is characterized in that,
when the seat stretching device is in a zero-gravity posture, the backrest driving component (18) is in the maximum stroke, the included angles between the seat frame surface of the seat frame component (10) and the backrest (2) and the horizontal plane are respectively a and b, a is more than or equal to 20 degrees and less than or equal to 30 degrees, and b is more than or equal to 120 degrees and less than or equal to 150 degrees.

the rear end of the leg stretching assembly (11) is hinged to a first hinge point (611) with the front end of the seat frame piece (1001) and is hinged to the other end of the seat frame front support plate (1002), one end of the seat frame lifting support piece (1003) is hinged to the seat frame fixing piece (1005), and the other end of the seat frame lifting support piece is hinged to the middle of the seat frame front support plate (1002);
the seat frame member (1001) is provided with a leg opening limiting member (51) capable of abutting against the leg stretching assembly (11), and the leg opening limiting member (51), the first hinge point (611) and the second hinge point (613) are distributed from front to back along the seat frame member (1001).
3. The seat extension arrangement according to claim 2, wherein the seat frame fixing member (1005) is provided with a first mounting post (56) for supporting and limiting the seat frame lifting support (1003).
4. Seat extension arrangement according to claim 3, wherein a second mounting post (55) is provided on the seat frame member (1001), the second hinge point (613) being located at a front end of the second mounting post (55);
the first mounting column (56) and the second mounting column (55) are connected through a first spring (57), and when the seat frame lifting support (1003) abuts against the first mounting column (56), the first spring (57) is in a tensioned state.
5. The seat extension arrangement according to claim 4, wherein the seat frame assembly (10) further comprises:
a seat frame rear supporting rod (1004), wherein one end of the seat frame rear supporting rod (1004) is hinged with the seat frame fixing piece (1005) at a third hinge point (616), and the other end of the seat frame rear supporting rod is hinged with the seat frame piece (1001) at a fourth hinge point (617);
the seat frame lifting support piece (1003) is hinged to a fifth hinge point (615) with the seat frame fixing piece (1005), the fifth hinge point (615) is located at the front end of the third hinge point (616), and the second hinge point (613), the second mounting column (55) and the fourth hinge point (617) are distributed from front to back along the seat frame piece (1001).
6. The seat extension arrangement according to claim 5, wherein there are two seat frame assemblies (10), and the leg extension assemblies (11) are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the seat frame assemblies (10);
the front ends of the two seat frame pieces (1001) are connected through a seat frame front supporting piece (12), and the rear ends of the two seat frame pieces (1001) are respectively hinged to two ends of the lower end of the backrest (2) in the width direction;
one end of the backrest driving component (18) is connected to the middle of the seat frame front supporting piece (12), the other end of the backrest driving component is hinged to the lower end of the backrest (2), and a hinged point of the seat frame piece (1001) and the backrest (2) is located at the upper part of the hinged point of the backrest driving component (18) and the backrest (2).
7. The seat extension apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
a seat frame bottom support (15), wherein two ends of the seat frame bottom support (15) are respectively connected to the rear ends of the two seat frame fixing pieces (1005);
a seat frame driving front support member (16), one end of the seat frame driving front support member (16) is simultaneously and rotatably connected to the seat frame front support plate (1002) and the seat frame fixing member (1005) of one seat frame assembly (10), and the other end of the seat frame driving front support member is rotatably connected to the seat frame front support plate (1002) and the seat frame fixing member (1005) of the other seat frame assembly (10);
the seat frame driving assembly (17), one end of the seat frame driving assembly (17) is rotatably connected to the seat frame driving front supporting piece (16), the other end of the seat frame driving assembly is rotatably connected to the seat frame bottom supporting piece (15), and the seat frame driving assembly (17) is used for driving the seat frame driving front supporting piece (16) and the seat frame bottom supporting piece (15) to be close to or far away from each other.
8. The seat extension arrangement according to claim 7, further comprising, in one-to-one correspondence with the seat frame assembly (10):
one end of the first seat frame driving piece (1006) is hinged with the middle part of the seat frame front supporting plate (1002);
a second seat frame driving member (1007), one end of the second seat frame driving member (1007) is hinged to a sixth hinge point (618) with the seat frame fixing member (1005), and the other end is hinged to the other end of the first seat frame driving member (1006), and the fifth hinge point (615) is located between the sixth hinge point (618) and the third hinge point (616); the two second seat frame driving pieces (1007) are connected through the seat frame driving front supporting piece (16).
9. The seat extension apparatus of claim 2, further comprising:
the outer side of each seat frame fixing piece (1005) is fixed with the handrail.
10. Seat stretching device according to claim 2, wherein a third mounting post (52) is provided on said seat frame member (1001), said third mounting post (52) being located between said first hinge point (611) and said second hinge point (613);
the leg stretching assembly (11) is provided with a fourth mounting column (53), the fourth mounting column (53) is connected with the third mounting column (52) through a second spring (54), and when the leg stretching assembly (11) is separated from the leg opening limiting part (51), the second spring (54) is in a tensioning state.
11. A seat extension support, comprising:
the seat frame assembly (10) comprises a seat frame piece (1001), a seat frame front supporting plate (1002), a seat frame lifting supporting piece (1003) and a seat frame fixing piece (1005), wherein one end of the seat frame front supporting plate (1002) is hinged to a second hinge point (613) together with the seat frame piece (1001);
a leg extension assembly (11), wherein the rear end of the leg extension assembly (11) is hinged to a first hinge point (611) with the front end of the seat frame member (1001), and is hinged to the other end of the seat frame front support plate (1002), one end of the seat frame lifting support member (1003) is hinged to the seat frame fixing member (1005), and the other end of the seat frame lifting support member is hinged to the middle of the seat frame front support plate (1002);
a leg opening limiting piece (51) capable of abutting against the leg stretching assembly (11) is arranged on the seat frame piece (1001), and the leg opening limiting piece (51), the first hinge point (611) and the second hinge point (613) are distributed along the seat frame piece (1001) from front to back;
the maximum distance between the first hinge point (611) and the leg stretching component (11) is L1, and L1 mm is more than or equal to 500mm and less than or equal to 520 mm.
12. The seat extension bracket of claim 11, wherein the seat frame fixing member (1005) is provided with a first mounting post (56) for supporting and limiting the seat frame lifting support (1003).
13. The seat extension bracket according to claim 12, wherein a second mounting post (55) is provided on the seat frame member (1001), the second hinge point (613) being located at a forward end of the second mounting post (55);
the first mounting column (56) and the second mounting column (55) are connected through a first spring (57), and when the seat frame lifting support (1003) abuts against the first mounting column (56), the first spring (57) is in a tensioned state.
14. The seat extension bracket of claim 13 wherein said seat frame assembly (10) further comprises:
a seat frame rear supporting rod (1004), wherein one end of the seat frame rear supporting rod (1004) is hinged with the seat frame fixing piece (1005) at a third hinge point (616), and the other end of the seat frame rear supporting rod is hinged with the seat frame piece (1001) at a fourth hinge point (617);
the seat frame lifting support piece (1003) is hinged to a fifth hinge point (615) with the seat frame fixing piece (1005), the fifth hinge point (615) is located at the front end of the third hinge point (616), and the second hinge point (613), the second mounting column (55) and the fourth hinge point (617) are distributed from front to back along the seat frame piece (1001).
15. A seat comprising a seat extension arrangement as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 10 or a seat extension support as claimed in any one of claims 11 to 14.
