Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a hanging apparatus, which includes a first hanging member 10, the first hanging member 10 is disposed on a side of the electrical cabinet near the isolating switch 100, and the first hanging member 10 is used for hanging on a first hanging portion 210 of the electrical cabinet, so that the isolating switch 100 is hung on one side of the electrical cabinet. The hanging device can optimize the connection mode of the isolating switch 100 on the electrical cabinet, and avoids deformation of the busbar 300.
It should be noted that the electrical cabinet has a first hanging part 210, the first hanging part 10 is disposed on the isolation switch 100, and the first hanging part 10 can be hung on the first hanging part 210, so that the isolation switch 100 can be hung on the electrical cabinet through the first hanging part 10.
In the present embodiment, the first hanging member 10 is disposed on a side of the isolation switch 100 close to the electrical cabinet, so that the isolation switch 100 can be hung on the electrical cabinet. Therefore, for the whole disconnecting switch 100 in the prior art is hung on the busbar 300, the whole disconnecting switch 100 is hung on the first hanging part 210 on the electrical cabinet through the first hanging part 10, and the problems that the weight of the disconnecting switch 100 is concentrated on the busbar 300, the busbar 300 is deformed and the like can be avoided.
It should be understood that the first hitching member 10 should be adapted to the first hitching section 210 so that the first hitching member 10 can be hitched to the first hitching section 210.
In addition, in order to ensure the safety of the hanging, in the embodiment, the first hanging piece 10 and the first hanging part 210 should have sufficient strength, for example, the first hanging piece 10 may be made of steel material, and the first hanging part 210 on the electrical cabinet may be made of angle steel.
In summary, the present embodiment provides a hanging apparatus, which includes a first hanging member 10, the first hanging member 10 is disposed on one side of the electrical cabinet close to the isolating switch 100, and the first hanging member 10 is configured to be hung on a first hanging portion 210 of the electrical cabinet, so that the isolating switch 100 is hung on one side of the electrical cabinet. In this way, in the actual operation process, the first hanging member 10 can be configured on one side of the isolating switch 100 close to the electrical cabinet, and then the first hanging member 10 is hung on the first hanging part 210, so that the isolating switch 100 can be integrally hung on the electrical cabinet, and the isolating switch 100 can be installed and fixed relative to the electrical cabinet. This application can realize the one side of connecing isolator 100 in the regulator cubicle through setting up first piece 10 and the first portion 210 that articulates, for prior art, this application can avoid isolator 100's weight to concentrate on female arranging 300, and lead to female problem of arranging 300 deformation.
Referring to fig. 2, optionally, the first hanging part 210 on the electrical cabinet may include a connecting member and a hanging plate extending from one end of the connecting member away from the electrical cabinet toward the first hanging part 10, and the hanging plate is parallel to the electrical cabinet.
Thus, when the connecting piece is arranged vertically to the electrical cabinet, the connecting piece and the hanging plate can form a right-angle piece which is perpendicular to each other, as shown in fig. 2. At this moment, the first hanging part 210 can be directly selected and used as the angle steel with proper specification without independent design and processing, the cost of the first hanging part 210 arranged on the electric cabinet can be reduced, the material is convenient to obtain, and the preparation efficiency is high. Of course, a person skilled in the art may modify the first hanging portion 210 on the electrical cabinet, or may use the original structure of the first hanging portion 210 on the electrical cabinet, but it should be noted that it should be ensured that the first hanging member 10 may be adapted to the first hanging portion 210, so that the first hanging member 10 may be hung on the first hanging portion 210 conveniently.
In addition, the hanging device may be configured to include a plurality of first hanging pieces 10, wherein the plurality of first hanging pieces 10 correspond to the plurality of first hanging portions 210 on the electrical cabinet one to one. Illustratively, three first hanging members 10 can be included in a one-to-one correspondence, so that the three first hanging members 10 can be hung on three first hanging portions 210 of the electrical cabinet in a one-to-one correspondence. And two adjacent first hanging parts 10 are arranged at intervals.
In order to further improve the hanging quality of the isolating switch 100 and the electrical cabinet, so that the isolating switch 100 can ensure sufficient connection strength and connection reliability when being installed on the electrical cabinet, the hanging device may further include a second hanging member 20, the second hanging member 20 is configured on one side of the isolating switch 100 close to the electrical cabinet, and is arranged at an interval from the first hanging member 10, and the second hanging member 20 is used for hanging on a second hanging portion 220 of the electrical cabinet.
It should be noted that the specific structure of the second hanging member 20 may be different from the first hanging member 10, or may be the same as the first hanging member 10.
In order to facilitate the hanging of the disconnector 100 on the electrical cabinet after the second hanging member 20 and the first hanging member 10 are provided, optionally, the second hanging member 20 is slidably arranged on a side of the disconnector 100 close to the electrical cabinet.
Therefore, in the hanging process, the isolating switch 100 can be inclined at a certain angle, the first hanging piece 10 is hung on the first hanging part 210, the second hanging piece 20 is pulled to slide on the shell of the isolating switch 100, one side of the isolating switch 100 close to the electrical cabinet is attached to the busbar 300, and the second hanging piece 20 is hung on the second hanging part 220.
In this embodiment, in order to facilitate the sliding of the second hanging member 20 on the housing of the isolating switch 100, optionally, the hanging device further comprises a sliding assembly, the sliding assembly comprises a sliding rail and a sliding track, the sliding rail is connected to one side of the second hanging member 20 close to the isolating switch 100, and the sliding track is configured on one side of the isolating switch 100 close to the second hanging member 20. In this way, the second hanging member 20 can be slidably connected to the slide rail disposed on one side of the isolating switch 100 through the slide rail, and the second hanging member 20 can be easily slid. Of course, the positions of the slide rail and the slide way can be interchanged.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in order to avoid the second hanging member 20 from separating from the isolating switch 100 when sliding on the housing of the isolating switch 100, optionally, the second hanging member 20 includes a body 21 for connecting with the isolating switch 100 and a second hook 22 disposed on the body 21, the second hook 22 is for hanging with the second hanging portion 220, the body 21 is further provided with a waist-shaped groove 211, the hanging device further includes a stopper 30, one end of the stopper 30 is disposed on the isolating switch 100, and the other end of the stopper 30 penetrates through the waist-shaped groove 211.
It should be noted that the second hook 22 is used to be engaged with the second engaging portion 220, so that the isolating switch 100 is engaged with the electrical cabinet through the second hook 22.
One end of the stopper 30 is disposed on the isolating switch 100, and the other end of the stopper 30 is disposed in the waist-shaped groove 211, so that when the second hanging member 20 slides relative to the housing of the isolating switch 100, the stopper 30 and the waist-shaped groove 211 are engaged, the body 21 of the second hanging member 20 can be pulled to move, and at this time, the movement of the second hanging member 20 is limited by the stopper 30 due to the stopper 30. The extending path of the waist-shaped groove 211 is the moving path of the second hanging piece 20. The length of the waist-shaped groove 211 can be determined by those skilled in the art according to the sliding distance of the second hanging member 20.
In this embodiment, the stop 30 may be a screw, so that the screw may be disposed on a side of the housing of the disconnector 100 close to the electrical cabinet.
In addition, when the hooking device adopts a screw as the stopper 30 for limiting, since the screw has a screw head portion, it is also possible to realize that the second hooking member 20 is disposed at one side of the isolating switch 100 by the screw without adopting other additional fitting or limiting structure so that the second hooking member 20 is disposed at one side of the isolating switch 100.
Alternatively, the number of the waist-shaped grooves 211 may be two, two waist-shaped grooves 211 are disposed on the body 21 at intervals, the number of the stop members 30 is also two, and two stop members 30 are disposed in one-to-one correspondence with the two waist-shaped grooves 211. In this way, the second hitching member 20 can be more stable during the sliding.
In order to facilitate the operator to conveniently pull the body 21 of the second hanging member 20 to slide on the housing of the isolating switch 100, optionally, a handle slot 212 is further provided on the body 21.
The hand-clasping groove 212 may be a groove concavely formed on the body 21, or a through hole formed through the body 21. In order to provide the operator with a better feel when manually pulling, the edges of the grip groove 212 may be rounded.
In order to enable the second hanging part 20 to be quickly hung on the second hanging part 220, optionally, referring to fig. 5, in this embodiment, the hanging device further includes an elastic member 40, one end of the elastic member 40 abuts against the second hanging part 20, and the other end of the elastic member 40 is used for abutting against the isolating switch 100, and the elastic member 40 is used for providing a driving force for the second hanging part 20 to move towards the second hanging part 220. Of course, the two ends of the elastic member 40 may be respectively connected to the second hanging member 20 and the isolating switch 100.
Therefore, when the isolating switch 100 is hooked on the electric cabinet, the second hanging part 20 is pulled to move, the elastic part 40 is stretched to store energy, after the first hanging part 10 and the first hanging part 210 are hooked well, the isolating switch 100 and the busbar 300 are tightly attached, at the moment, the second hanging part 20 is loosened, and the second hanging part 20 can be quickly hung on the second hanging part 220 under the action of the elastic part 40.
In another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a disconnecting switch 100, wherein the disconnecting switch 100 comprises a housing and the above-mentioned hanging device, and the first hanging member 10 of the hanging device is connected to one side of the housing. In addition, the first hooking part 210 of the hooking device is disposed on the electric cabinet. Since the structure and the advantages of the hanging device have been described in detail in the foregoing, they are not described herein again.
Optionally, the housing of the isolation switch 100 is further provided with a limiting groove 50, and the limiting groove 50 corresponds to the second hanging portion 220 of the electrical cabinet and/or the first hanging portion 210 of the electrical cabinet, and is used for clamping the second hanging portion 220 and/or the first hanging portion 210.
That is, when the isolating switch 100 is hung on one side of the electrical cabinet, the second hanging part 220 can be clamped in the limiting groove 50 of the housing of the isolating switch 100 (it should be noted that the action of hanging the second hanging part 20 on the second hanging part 220 should not be influenced when the second hanging part 220 is clamped in the limiting groove 50). Thus, when the isolating switch 100 is operated to be switched on through the operating handle of the isolating switch 100 and the operating handle of the isolating switch 100 on the side away from the electrical cabinet is pulled upwards, the second hanging part 220 can be clamped in the limiting groove 50, so that the isolating switch 100 and the electrical cabinet can be prevented from being disconnected; similarly, when the isolating switch 100 is hung on one side of the electrical cabinet, the first hanging part 210 may also be clamped in the limiting groove 50 of the housing of the isolating switch 100 (at this time, the limiting groove 50 is correspondingly opened in the position of the housing close to the first hanging part 10).
It should be understood that, when only the first hanging part 210 needs to be limited, the limiting groove 50 is disposed corresponding to the first hanging part 210; when only the second hanging part 220 needs to be limited, the limiting groove 50 is arranged corresponding to the second hanging part 220; when the first hanging part 210 and the second hanging part 220 are both limited, the two limiting grooves 50 are respectively arranged at the position where the shell is close to the first hanging part 210 and the position where the shell is close to the second hanging part 220.
For example, in other embodiments, taking the limiting groove 50 for clamping the second hanging part 220 as an example, when the hanging device has the first hanging part 10 and the second hanging part 20, in order to avoid that the first hanging part 10 and the second hanging part 20 are separated from the first hanging part 210 and the second hanging part 220 respectively when closing the switch, a stop plate may be disposed on one side of the isolating switch 100 close to the electrical cabinet, and the stop plate is located on one side of the second hanging part 20 close to the first hanging part 10 and extends toward the direction of the electrical cabinet. When the isolating switch 100 is hung on the electrical cabinet, the stop plate is located at a side of the second hanging part 220 close to the first hanging part 210.
Thus, when the disconnecting switch 100 is switched on by operating the operating handle of the disconnecting switch 100, and the operating handle of the side of the disconnecting switch 100 far from the electrical cabinet is pulled upwards, the stop plate abuts against the second hanging part 220, so that the first hanging part 10 and the second hanging part 20 can be prevented from being separated from the first hanging part 210 and the second hanging part 220 respectively. The stop plate is disposed at a position of the housing close to the first hanging member 10, and is used for stopping the disconnecting switch from separating from the first hanging part 210, and the description thereof is omitted.
The above description is only an alternative embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and variations of the present invention may occur to those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that the various technical features described in the above embodiments can be combined in any suitable manner without contradiction, and the utility model is not described in any way for the possible combinations in order to avoid unnecessary repetition.
