Description

本实用新型涉及一种无弹簧,密封性,永磁力,手动电器开关。
目前一般使用的开关,都以弹簧为切换定位力,如平开关、空气开关,这种开关使用次数多就会造成,弹簧松弛,定位力不够,切换阻尼。由于弹簧作为切换力,使结构不够紧奏,机械摩擦和磨损大,易破损,接触不平稳,触点易烧坏等。而现在已申请专利的永磁开关,其结构不够紧凑,实用性差,据检索类似如专利号:[1]CN2086936U,[2]CN88212726U。
本实用新型开关,为磁力切换开关,无弹簧,无机械切换装置,结构紧凑,以延长工作寿命。手柄滑块结构设计多变为目的。
本实用新型设计方案为一种永磁跷板开关。该开关的触点密封在绝缘壳体内,与外界隔离。由永磁体磁场经轭铁与壳体内的跷板衔铁形成磁回路,吸动跷板,使动触头运动。动触头与其中一固定触头内接处联接,俩个固定触头外接处接外电路。永磁体移动切换磁场同时带动动触头运动使电路开与关。
本开关比以往同类型开关有如下优点:
[1]由磁力作为切换力,省去了弹簧及机械装置。开关经久耐用,使用平稳可靠。
[2]由轭铁传输磁场,壳体厚薄不影响切换力。
[3]动触头为跷板式运动,开关的接触与断开性能强。
[4]手柄滑块的外形可随意设计。
[5]由于触头密封在壳体内,与外界隔离,可延长寿命,并防暴、防涩。
本开关具体结构由附图说明。附图[1]为开关的正面剖图,图[2]为则面剖图。
本开关壳体[1]为绝缘、密封体,底部装有两个固定触头[2]和[3],外接处与电路相接。其中一固定触头[3]的内接处由导线[4]与动触头联接。动触头与衔铁为一体,即跷板[5]。动触头为导电体,衔铁为导磁体。永磁体[6]磁场经轭铁[7]与衔铁[5]形成回路,吸动跷板。轭铁为两对导磁体,由绝缘材料隔开,形成一槽。当手推动滑块[8],使永磁体在轭铁槽中移动,磁场在槽中变换,使磁回路变换,带动跷板上下运动,同时动触头与固定触头[2],形成联接与断开,电路开与关。

Claims (3)

1、永磁跷板开关绝缘壳体(1)把跷板(5)、轭铁(7)和固定触头(2)(3)封装在壳体(1)内,轭铁(7)组成的滑槽安装在壳体(1)的上部,跷板(5)按装在壳体(1)空腔内及轭铁(7)三角底部,并由永磁场吸住,固定触头(2)和(3)按装在壳体的底部,其中一触头(2)或(3)的壳内触点与跷板(5)一端由导线(4)联接,触头(2)和(3)的壳外接点接外电路,其特征在于永磁体(6)通过轭铁(7)吸动跷板(5),当永磁体(6)在轭铁(7)槽中滑动,同时吸动跷板(5)运动使电路开或关。
2、根据权利要求1所述的永磁跷板开关,其特征是跷板(5)是由一层导磁体和另一层导电体结合制成。
3、根据权利要求1所述的永磁跷板开关,其特征为永磁体(6)运动的滑槽是由四块导磁体组成的轭铁槽(7),并与壳体(1)把跷板(5)上的动触点屏蔽在壳体腔内与外界隔离,保护触头延长寿命。
