(1) selecting raw materials of mud sand such as kaolin, feldspar, quartz and the like as main raw materials of the blank layer 1;
firstly, preparing a blank material, and weighing the following raw materials by weight: 26.5 parts of ball clay, 22.5 parts of nylon-aluminum-sodium sand, 11 parts of sodium potassium water abrasive, 10 parts of ultra-white stone powder, 8 parts of mud, 6 parts of medium-temperature sand, 4.5 parts of bauxite, 4 parts of pyrophyllite, 3 parts of diopside, 2 parts of high clay, 2 parts of ultra-white sand, 1 part of ultra-white mud, 0.3 part of dispergator, 0.3 part of alkali water agent and 0.3 part of reinforcing agent, putting the raw materials and water into a ball mill according to the proportion of 3:1 for ball milling, preparing a blank material by a spray tower after ball milling into slurry, wherein the water content of the powder is 6-7%, and the particle size of the powder is more than 95% of the balance of a 100-mesh screen. The blank material comprises the following chemical components in percentage by weight: SiO 2265.2% of Al2O321.9%, K2O accounts for 1.9%, and Na23.1% of O, 1.1% of CaO, 0.8% of MgO, and Fe2O30.5% of TiO20.2% of the total weight, and the balance of ignition loss and trace impurities; the dispergator is DuramaxD-3019; the alkali water agent is sodium silicate; the reinforcing agent is vinyl acetate.
Preparing a ground coat layer 24, wherein the ground coat in the embodiment comprises the following chemical components in percentage by weight: SiO 2255% of Al2O3Accounts for 13.5%, K2O accounts for 4% and Na22.2% of O, 0.38% of CaO, 0.25% of MgO, 12.2% of BaO, 2% of ZnO, and ZrO25 percent of the total weight, and others are scorching and trace impurities, and the specific gravity is adjusted to be 1.86g/cm3。

2) preparing a blank body: conveying the blank material prepared in the step (1) to a forming press to be pressed into a blank with the thickness of 3.8mm, the length of 2630mm and the width of 830mm, and conveying the blank into a drying kiln to be dried, wherein the temperature of the drying kiln is 180 ℃, the drying time is 65 minutes, and the water content of the dried blank is 0.3%;
(3) the ceramic ink jet machine digitally prints the functional ink with the oil-water separation physical discharge characteristic stripping effect prepared in the step (1) on the surface of the green body layer 1 to form a first functional ink layer 21;
(4) pouring the ground coat prepared in the step (1) for 1-2 minutes, and then drying in a glaze line section oven for 2 minutes, wherein the pouring amount of the ground coat is 580g/m2;
(5) The ceramic ink jet printer digitally prints the functional ink prepared in the step (1) and having the sinking effect due to the fact that the surface tension of the functional ink is different from that of the upper and lower glaze layers during high-temperature melting to form a second functional ink layer 22, and then the second functional ink layer 22 enters a glaze line segment oven to be dried for 1 minute;
(6) spraying the transparent glaze prepared in the third step in the step (1), and drying for 2 minutes, wherein the spraying amount of the transparent glaze is 380g/m2;
